    The overall objective of the project "Strengthening the Cross-border Disease Preparedness and Response System" is to foster cross-border cooperation enhancing the core capacities for surveillance and response to cross-border threats to health, both in relation to answering current COVID-19 pandemic emergency needs, as well as creating the joint framework for disease preparedness and control system in a frontier area.
