    The project aims at enhancing the competence and administrative capacity of the competent civil protection authorities of the participating regions of Greece and Cyprus to deal effectively with natural and man-made disasters and crises through the pilot design and development of a cross-border integrated intelligent resource management system, decision-making and counseling in order to achieve high efficiency in administrative and operational actions. The project will create the first cross-border intelligent decision-making system, which is a prototype approach at European level. The originality and added value of the cross-border approach is that: 1) the system will be improved for both countries by the experiences of both, 2) the two countries will share resources and know-how in operating the system, improving it, disasters, user training, 3) the exchange of information and data between the two countries will be strengthened (English)
