The aim of the project is to promote, consolidate and enhance organic agriculture in Valtellina and Val Poschiavo, through a synergic action coherent with the mountain's vocation, its tradition and the need to establish sustainable production and consumption models. This is pursued by creating the conditions for the conversion of producers and processors to an organic approach, and spreading that culture among tour operators and consumers. (English)
