The project envisages renovation, renovation, repair and implementation of energy efficiency measures for an administrative building of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior — Pernik with address: Pernik, 1 Samokov Street, and under ADS No 2104/01.03.2011, as corrected by APDS No 2132/09.06.2011 of the Ministry of the Interior, is a public state-owned building, which is a building with identifier 55871.502.585, located on a plot of land with identifier 55871.502.585, according to sketch No 15-67173-02.02.2018 on a cadastral map and cadastral registers of Pernik for business and administrative purposes. The building houses: Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior — Pernik, State Agency “Technical Operations”. The site is located in Pernik, 1 Samokov Str. in Area with Public Functions of High Public Interest, according to the IPGLR and was built in 1951. It has two hulls, one on five floors and the other on four floors without a basement. The site has an area of 784 m² and total area — 3 330 m², according to the Public State Property Act. The project aims to bring the site to a state regulated by the current legislation, implementing the mandatory measures prescribed in the energy efficiency audit and the technical audit of the building, along with other activities that will prolong its operational suitability, reduce energy consumption and improve its architectural appearance. Проектът предвижда обновяване, саниране, ремонт и въвеждане на мерки за енергийна ефективност на административна сграда на Областна дирекция на МВР – Перник с адрес: гр. Перник, ул. “Самоков“ №1, и съгласно АДС № 2104/01.03.2011, поправен с АПДС № 2132/09.06.2011 г. на МВР е публична държавна собственост, представляваща сграда с идентификатор 55871.502.585.1, намираща се в поземлен имот с идентификатор 55871.502.585 съгласно скица № 15-67173-02.02.2018 г. по кадастрална карта и кадастрални регистри на гр. Перник, с предназначение за делова и административна дейност. В сградата се помещават: Областна дирекция на МВР – Перник, Държавна агенция „Технически операции“. Обектът се намира в гр. Перник, ул. "Самоков" 1 в Зона с публични функции с висок обществен интерес, съгласно ИПГВР и е построен през 1951 год. Тя е с два корпуса, единия на пет етажа а другия на четири етажа без сутерен. Обектът е със ЗП 784 м2 и РЗП - 3230 м2, съгласно Акта за публична държавна собственост. Проектът цели привеждане на обекта в състояние, регламентирано от действащото законодателство, изпълнявайки задължителните мерки, предписани в обследването за енергийна ефективност и техническото обследване на сградата, ведно с други дейности, които ще удължат експлоатационната й годност, ще намалят енергийното потребление и ще подобрят архитектурният й облик.
