With the implementation of this project, Montana Municipality will continue to operate the Regional Information Center — Montana for the period 2022-2023, as part of the national network of 27 regional information centers. This will ensure at local level the provision of timely and reliable information on the opportunities to apply under the different procedures and programmes co-financed by the ESIF/European Funds under shared management, will promote the implemented projects and good practices. This will be done by providing expert information on the spot in the office, by telephone or e-mail, as well as during organised public events, including those in cooperation with managing authorities and on the new integrated territorial approach. The implementation of the project will be achieved through the implementation of several sub-activities related to ensuring an efficient working environment; development of information materials; organising, conducting and participating in various public events; participation of the experts of the AIC-Montana in the mediation and public consultation units; management and publicity of the project. С изпълнението на настоящия проект Община Монтана ще продължи функциониране на Областен информационен център - Монтана за периода 2022 - 2023, като част от националната Мрежа от 27 областни информационни центъра. По този начин на местно ниво ще се осигури предоставянето на навременна и достоверна информация за възможностите за кандидатстване по отделните процедури и програми, съфинансирани от ЕСИФ/Европейските фондове при споделено управление, ще се популяризират реализираните проекти и добрите практики. Това ще стане чрез предоставяне на експертна информация на място в офиса, по телефона или електронната поща, както и по време на организираните публични събития, включително и такива в сътрудничество с управляващите органи и във връзка с новия интегриран териториален подход. Изпълнението на проекта ще бъде постигнато чрез реализирането на няколко поддейности, свързани с осигуряване на ефективна работна среда; разработване на информационни материали; организиране, провеждане и участие в различни публични събития; участие на експертите на ОИЦ-Монтана в звената за медиация и за публични консултации; управление и публичност на проекта.
