The project will provide support and provision of social services in three residential centres — Center for Care for Persons with Mental Disorders; Center for care for people with different forms of dementia and Center for care for elderly people in impossibility for self-service, as a contribution in the context of the overall process of enabling independent living of older people and persons with disabilities by providing quality, accessible and effective cross-sectoral long-term care services tailored to the real needs of people in the community. The implementation of the project will ensure the provision of the new services in the community on the territory of Pernik Municipality, for which a suitable infrastructure has been built with funds from the Operational Programme “Regions in Growth”. The project proposal will be implemented in implementation of the measures set out in the Action Plan for the period 2018-2021 for the implementation of the National Strategy for Long-Term Care. Проектът ще осигури подкрепа и предоставяне на социални услуги в три центъра от резидентен тип - Център за грижа за лица с психични разстройства; Център за грижа за лица с различни форми на деменция и Център за грижа за възрастни хора в невъзможност за самообслужване, като принос в контекста на цялостния процес за създаване на възможност за независим живот на възрастните хора и хората с увреждания чрез предоставяне на качествени, достъпни и ефективни междусекторни услуги за дългосрочна грижа, съобразени с реалните потребности на хората в общността. Изпълнението на проекта ще обезпечи предоставянето на новите услуги в общността на територията на Община Перник, за които е изградена подходяща инфраструктура със средства от Оперативна програма „Региони в растеж”. Проектното предложение ще се реализира в изпълнение на заложените мерки в Плана за действие за периода 2018-2021 за изпълнение на Националната стратегия за дългосрочна грижа. (Bulgarian)
