Дружеството "ОРАКУЛ ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ" ООД е новорегистрирано предприятие, което си е поставило амбициозната цел да е сред иноваторите в България. При съвременната търговия проблемът с намирането на евтини, но качествени суровини е ключ към успешна реализация на търговските продукти. Много от евтините чуждестранни продукти със съмнителен произход, предназначени за българския пазар използват суровини със съмнително качество, които водят до кратък живот на продукта, а в някои случаи дори до здравословни проблеми при употребата му. Насочили сме нашата идея към закупуването на модулна инсталация за пречистване и регенериране на отпадни продукти чрез която да се реализират методите на хидродинамична кавитационна експозиция на високоинтензивна, баро-мембранна ултрафилтрационна сепарация и нестационарни електрохимични мембранни процеси с използване на променлив асинхронен ток. С тази технология ще придобием възможност за оползотворяването на суровия глицерин, страничен продукт при производството на биодизел, който към момента се явява остатъчен материал, който не само че не носи добавена стойност, но и има неблагоприятно екологично въздействие. В постигането на поставените високи цели компанията ще се уповава на опита и експертизата на предприемача и на членовете на Екипа на предприемача, от една страна, а от друга ще разчита на високата добавена стойност от инвестициите в ново специализирано оборудване.Техниката, която се предвижда да се закупи по проекта ще позволи прилагането на модерни методи на работа все още неприлагани на територията на страната. Новорегистрираното предприятие ще развива своята основна икономическа дейност в Сектор от НСНМСП, изведен като приоритетен за създаване и развитие на нови предприятия: С20.41 „Производство на сапун, миещи, почистващи и полиращи препарати". The company “Orakul ENGINEERING” Ltd. is a newly registered company that has set its ambitious goal to be among the innovators in Bulgaria. In modern trade, the problem of finding cheap but quality raw materials is the key to successful realisation of commercial products. Many of the cheap foreign products of dubious origin intended for the Bulgarian market use raw materials of dubious quality, which lead to a short life of the product, and in some cases even to health problems during its use. We have focused our idea on the purchase of a modular plant for purification and regeneration of waste products through which to realise the methods of hydrodynamic cavitation exposure to high-intensity, baro-membrane ultrafiltration separation and non-stationary electrochemical membrane processes using alternating asynchronous current. With this technology, we will be able to utilise raw glycerin, a by-product in the production of biodiesel, which is currently a residual material which not only does not bring added value, but also has an adverse environmental impact. In achieving the high goals the company will rely on the experience and expertise of the entrepreneur and the members of the entrepreneur’s team, on the one hand, and on the other will rely on the high added value of investments in new specialised equipment. The technology that is planned to be purchased under the project will allow the application of modern working methods not yet applied on the territory of the country. The newly registered enterprise will develop its main economic activity in a sector of NRSSME, which is prioritised for the creation and development of new enterprises: C20.41 “Manufacture of soap, washing, cleaning and polishing preparations”. La société «Orakul ENGINEERING» Ltd. est une société nouvellement enregistrée qui s’est fixé pour objectif ambitieux d’être parmi les innovateurs en Bulgarie. Dans le commerce moderne, le problème de trouver des matières premières bon marché mais de qualité est la clé du succès de la réalisation de produits commerciaux. Beaucoup des produits étrangers bon marché d’origine douteuse destinés au marché bulgare utilisent des matières premières de qualité douteuse, ce qui conduit à une courte durée de vie du produit et, dans certains cas, à des problèmes de santé au cours de son utilisation. Nous avons concentré notre idée sur l’achat d’une installation modulaire de purification et de régénération des déchets par laquelle nous pourrons réaliser les méthodes d’exposition à la cavitation hydrodynamique à haute intensité, à la séparation par ultrafiltration baro-membrane et aux procédés membranaires électrochimiques non stationnaires à l’aide d’un courant asynchrone alternatif. Avec cette technologie, nous serons en mesure d’utiliser la glycérine brute, un sous-produit dans la production de biodiesel, qui est actuellement une matière résiduelle qui non seulement n’apporte pas de valeur ajoutée, mais a également un impact négatif sur l’environnement. Pour atteindre les objectifs élevés, l’entreprise s’appuiera sur l’expérience et l’expertise de l’entrepreneur et des membres de l’équipe de l’entrepreneur, d’une part, et d’autre part, sur la haute valeur ajoutée des investissements dans de nouveaux équipements spécialisés. La technologie qui est prévue pour être achetée dans le cadre du projet permettra l’application de méthodes de travail modernes non encore appliquées sur le territoire du pays. Das Unternehmen „Orakul ENGINEERING“ Ltd. ist ein neu eingetragenes Unternehmen, das sein ehrgeiziges Ziel gesetzt hat, zu den Innovatoren in Bulgarien zu gehören. Im modernen Handel ist das Problem der Suche nach billigen, aber qualitativ hochwertigen Rohstoffen der Schlüssel zur erfolgreichen Realisierung kommerzieller Produkte. Viele der billigen ausländischen Erzeugnisse zweifelhafter Herkunft, die für den bulgarischen Markt bestimmt sind, verwenden Rohstoffe von zweifelhafter Qualität, die zu einer kurzen Lebensdauer des Erzeugnisses führen, und in einigen Fällen sogar zu gesundheitlichen Problemen bei der Verwendung. Wir haben uns auf den Kauf einer modularen Anlage zur Reinigung und Regeneration von Abfallprodukten konzentriert, durch die die Methoden der hydrodynamischen Kavitationsexposition gegenüber hoher Intensität, Baro-Membran-Ultrafiltrationstrennung und nichtstationären elektrochemischen Membranprozessen mittels wechselnder asynchroner Strömung realisiert werden können. Mit dieser Technologie werden wir in der Lage sein, Rohglyzerin, ein Nebenprodukt bei der Herstellung von Biodiesel, zu verwenden, das derzeit ein Restmaterial ist, das nicht nur keinen Mehrwert bringt, sondern auch negative Umweltauswirkungen hat. Bei der Erreichung der hohen Ziele setzt das Unternehmen einerseits auf die Erfahrung und Expertise des Unternehmers und der Mitglieder des Unternehmerteams und andererseits auf den hohen Mehrwert von Investitionen in neue Spezialausrüstungen. Die im Rahmen des Projekts geplante Technologie ermöglicht die Anwendung moderner Arbeitsmethoden, die auf dem Territorium des Landes noch nicht angewandt werden. Das neu registrierte Unternehmen wird seine Haupttätigkeit in einem Sektor von NRSSME ausbauen, der für die Gründung und Entwicklung neuer Unternehmen Vorrang hat: C20.41 „Herstellung von Seifen-, Wasch-, Reinigungs- und Poliermitteln“. Het bedrijf „Orakul ENGINEERING” Ltd. is een nieuw geregistreerd bedrijf dat zijn ambitieuze doel heeft gesteld om een van de vernieuwers in Bulgarije te zijn. In de moderne handel is het probleem van het vinden van goedkope, maar kwalitatief hoogwaardige grondstoffen de sleutel tot een succesvolle realisatie van commerciële producten. Veel van de goedkope buitenlandse producten van dubieuze oorsprong die bestemd zijn voor de Bulgaarse markt, gebruiken grondstoffen van twijfelachtige kwaliteit, die leiden tot een korte levensduur van het product, en in sommige gevallen zelfs tot gezondheidsproblemen tijdens het gebruik ervan. We hebben ons idee gericht op de aankoop van een modulaire installatie voor de zuivering en regeneratie van afvalproducten om de methoden van hydrodynamische cavitatie blootstelling aan hoge intensiteit, baro-membraan ultrafiltratie scheiding en niet-stationaire elektrochemische membraan processen te realiseren met behulp van alternerende asynchrone stroom. Met deze technologie kunnen we ruwe glycerine gebruiken, een bijproduct bij de productie van biodiesel, dat momenteel een restmateriaal is dat niet alleen geen toegevoegde waarde heeft, maar ook negatieve gevolgen heeft voor het milieu. Bij het bereiken van de hoge doelen zal het bedrijf vertrouwen op de ervaring en expertise van de ondernemer en de leden van het team van de ondernemer, enerzijds, en zal anderzijds vertrouwen op de hoge toegevoegde waarde van investeringen in nieuwe gespecialiseerde apparatuur. De technologie die gepland is om in het kader van het project te worden aangekocht, zal de toepassing mogelijk maken van moderne werkmethoden die nog niet op het grondgebied van het land worden toegepast. De nieuw geregistreerde onderneming zal haar belangrijkste economische activiteit ontwikkelen in een sector van NRSSME, die prioriteit krijgt voor de oprichting en ontwikkeling van nieuwe ondernemingen: C20.41 „Vervaardiging van zeep, was-, reinigings- en polijstmiddelen”. Nel commercio moderno, il problema di trovare materie prime economiche ma di qualità è la chiave per realizzare con successo i prodotti commerciali. Molti dei prodotti stranieri a buon mercato di dubbia origine destinati al mercato bulgaro utilizzano materie prime di dubbia qualità, che portano ad una breve durata del prodotto, e in alcuni casi anche a problemi di salute durante il suo utilizzo. Abbiamo focalizzato la nostra idea sull'acquisto di un impianto modulare per la depurazione e la rigenerazione dei prodotti di scarto attraverso il quale realizzare i metodi di esposizione idrodinamica cavitazione ad alta intensità, separazione baro-membrana ultrafiltrazione e processi a membrana elettrochimica non stazionaria a membrana alternata a corrente asincrona. Con questa tecnologia saremo in grado di utilizzare la glicerina grezza, un sottoprodotto nella produzione di biodiesel, che attualmente è un materiale residuo che non solo non apporta valore aggiunto, ma ha anche un impatto negativo sull'ambiente. Nel raggiungere gli alti obiettivi l'azienda si baserà sull'esperienza e la competenza dell'imprenditore e dei membri del team dell'imprenditore, da un lato, e dall'altro si affiderà all'elevato valore aggiunto degli investimenti in nuove attrezzature specializzate. La tecnologia che si prevede di acquistare nell'ambito del progetto consentirà l'applicazione di metodi di lavoro moderni non ancora applicati sul territorio del paese. L'impresa di nuova registrazione svilupperà la sua principale attività economica in un settore di NRSSME, che è prioritario per la creazione e lo sviluppo di nuove imprese: C20.41 "Fabbricazione di saponi, preparazioni per il lavaggio, la pulizia e la lucidatura". La empresa «Orakul ENGINEERING» Ltd. es una empresa recientemente registrada que se ha fijado su ambicioso objetivo de estar entre los innovadores en Bulgaria. En el comercio moderno, el problema de encontrar materias primas baratas pero de calidad es la clave para la realización exitosa de productos comerciales. Muchos de los productos extranjeros baratos de origen dudoso destinados al mercado búlgaro utilizan materias primas de dudosa calidad, que llevan a una vida corta del producto, y en algunos casos incluso a problemas de salud durante su uso. Hemos centrado nuestra idea en la compra de una planta modular para la purificación y regeneración de productos de desecho a través de la cual realizar los métodos de exposición a cavitación hidrodinámica a alta intensidad, separación de ultrafiltración baromembrana y procesos de membrana electroquímica no estacionaria utilizando corriente asíncrona alterna. Con esta tecnología, podremos utilizar la glicerina cruda, un subproducto en la producción de biodiésel, que actualmente es un material residual que no solo no aporta valor añadido, sino que también tiene un impacto ambiental adverso. Para lograr los altos objetivos, la empresa se basará en la experiencia y la experiencia del empresario y de los miembros del equipo del empresario, por un lado, y por el otro se basará en el alto valor añadido de las inversiones en nuevos equipos especializados. La tecnología que se prevé adquirir en el marco del proyecto permitirá la aplicación de métodos de trabajo modernos que aún no se aplican en el territorio del país.
