Проектът на "Ал-Корп" ЕООД има за цел да осигури 30 устойчиви нови работни места на територията на МИГ "Долни Чифлик и Бяла" за безработни и неактивни лица, вкл. представители на силно уязвими групи на пазара на труда - хора над 54 г., хора с увреждания, безработни лица с ниско образование /под средното/, вкл. и без никаква професия, безработни/неактивни лица от ромски произход. Проектът ще окаже дългосрочни положителни ефекти върху целевите групи за участие и реално включване в заетост чрез прилагането на комбинация от целенасочени мерки и иновативни методи за подбор на лица от целевите групи, осигуряване на устойчива заетост, оборудване на работните места и осигуряване на подходящи условия на труд. Проектът предвижда разкриване на 30 нови работни места в структуроопределящ отрасъл за местната икономика, а именно: секторът на специализираните строителни дейности, което ще даде възможност за професионална реализация на 30 безработни/неактивни лица от територията на МИГ "Долни Чифлик и Бяла" . Проектът допринася и за постигане на съответствие между квалификацията и уменията на безработните и неактивните лица и изискванията на пазара на труда чрез предоставяне на обучение за придобиване на втора степен на професионална квалификация за 10 представители на целевите групи в приоритетно за местната икономика професионално направление 582 "Строителство", професия "Строител-монтажник", специалност 5820404 "Дограма и стъклопоставяне". Реализирането на проектните дейности допринася за справяне с основните предизвикателства, свързани със заетостта на територията на МИГ и постигане на реален принос за повишаване на конкурентоспособността на работната сила и тяхната успешна и трайна интеграция на пазара на труда съобразно местните потребности и потенциал за развитие. Очакваните резултати от изпълнението на проекта са подобряване на достъпа до заетост и намаляване на безработицата на територията на МИГ, вкл. сред представителите на най-уязвимите групи на пазара на труда. The project of Al-Corp Ltd. aims to provide 30 sustainable new jobs on the territory of the LAG Dolni Chiflik and Byala for unemployed and inactive persons, including representatives of highly vulnerable groups on the labour market — people over 54 years old, people with disabilities, unemployed people with low education (below average), including without any occupation, unemployed/inactive people of Roma origin. The project will have long-term positive effects on the target groups for participation and real inclusion in employment through the implementation of a combination of targeted measures and innovative methods for selecting individuals from the target groups, ensuring sustainable employment, equipping workplaces and ensuring appropriate working conditions. The project foresees the creation of 30 new jobs in a structurally defining sector for the local economy, namely: the sector of specialised construction activities, which will enable the professional realisation of 30 unemployed/inactive persons from the territory of LAG Dolni Chiflik and Byala. The project also contributes to achieving a correspondence between the qualifications and skills of the unemployed and the inactive persons with the requirements of the labour market by providing training for the acquisition of a second degree of professional qualification for 10 representatives of the target groups in priority for the local economy professional field 582 “Construction”, profession “Construction-Installation”, specialty 5820404 “Windows and glazing”. The implementation of the project activities contributes to addressing the main employment challenges in the LAG territory and achieving a real contribution to increasing the competitiveness of the workforce and their successful and lasting integration into the labour market according to local needs and development potential. The expected results of the project are improving access to employment and reducing unemployment on the territory of the LAG, including among the representatives of the most vulnerable groups on the labour market. Le projet d’Al-Corp Ltd. vise à fournir 30 nouveaux emplois durables sur le territoire du GAL Dolni Chiflik et Byala aux chômeurs et aux personnes inactives, y compris les représentants de groupes très vulnérables sur le marché du travail — personnes âgées de plus de 54 ans, personnes handicapées, chômeurs ayant un faible niveau d’instruction (inférieure à la moyenne), y compris sans profession, chômeurs/inactifs d’origine rom. Le projet aura des effets positifs à long terme sur les groupes cibles en matière de participation et d’inclusion réelle dans l’emploi grâce à la mise en œuvre d’une combinaison de mesures ciblées et de méthodes innovantes pour sélectionner les personnes parmi les groupes cibles, garantir un emploi durable, équiper les lieux de travail et garantir des conditions de travail appropriées. Le projet prévoit la création de 30 nouveaux emplois dans un secteur à définition structurelle pour l’économie locale, à savoir: le secteur de la construction spécialisée, qui permettra la réalisation professionnelle de 30 chômeurs/inactifs du territoire du GAL Dolni Chiflik et Byala. Le projet contribue également à la réalisation d’une correspondance entre les qualifications et les compétences des chômeurs et des personnes inactives avec les exigences du marché du travail en fournissant une formation pour l’acquisition d’un deuxième degré de qualification professionnelle à 10 représentants des groupes cibles en priorité pour le domaine professionnel de l’économie locale 582 «Construction-Installation», spécialité 5820404 «Fenêtres et vitrages». La mise en œuvre des activités du projet contribue à relever les principaux défis en matière d’emploi sur le territoire des GAL et à contribuer réellement à accroître la compétitivité de la main-d’œuvre et son intégration réussie et durable sur le marché du travail en fonction des besoins locaux et du potentiel de développement. Les résultats escomptés du projet sont l’amélioration de l’accès à l’emploi et la réduction du chômage sur le territoire du GAL, y compris parmi les représentants des groupes les plus vulnérables sur le marché du travail. Das Projekt der Al-Corp Ltd. zielt darauf ab, 30 nachhaltige neue Arbeitsplätze auf dem Gebiet der LAG Dolni Chiflik und Byala für Arbeitslose und Nichterwerbstätige zu schaffen, darunter Vertreter von besonders schutzbedürftigen Gruppen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt – Menschen über 54 Jahre, Menschen mit Behinderungen, Arbeitslose mit niedrigem Bildungsniveau (unterdurchschnittlich), auch ohne Erwerbszweck, Arbeitslose/Nichterwerbstätige Roma-Ursprung. Das Projekt wird sich langfristig positiv auf die Zielgruppen für die Teilhabe und die tatsächliche Eingliederung in die Beschäftigung auswirken, indem es eine Kombination aus gezielten Maßnahmen und innovativen Methoden zur Auswahl von Einzelpersonen aus den Zielgruppen, zur Gewährleistung nachhaltiger Beschäftigung, zur Ausstattung von Arbeitsplätzen und zur Gewährleistung geeigneter Arbeitsbedingungen führt. Das Projekt sieht die Schaffung von 30 neuen Arbeitsplätzen in einem strukturell definierten Sektor für die lokale Wirtschaft vor: der Bereich der spezialisierten Bautätigkeiten, der die berufliche Durchführung von 30 Arbeitslosen/Nichterwerbstätigen aus dem Gebiet der LAG Dolni Chiflik und Byala ermöglicht. Das Projekt trägt auch dazu bei, eine Korrespondenz zwischen den Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten von Arbeitslosen und Nichterwerbstätigen mit den Erfordernissen des Arbeitsmarktes zu erreichen, indem es Schulungen für den Erwerb eines zweiten Grades beruflicher Qualifikationen für 10 Vertreter der Zielgruppen, die vorrangig für das lokale Wirtschaftsfach 582 „Konstruktion“, Beruf „Bau-Installation“, Spezialgebiet 5820404 „Windows und Verglasung“ vorgesehen sind, anbietet. Die Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten trägt dazu bei, die wichtigsten beschäftigungspolitischen Herausforderungen im Gebiet der LAG zu bewältigen und einen echten Beitrag zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Arbeitskräfte und ihrer erfolgreichen und dauerhaften Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt entsprechend den lokalen Bedürfnissen und Entwicklungspotenzialen zu leisten. Het project van Al-Corp Ltd. heeft tot doel 30 duurzame nieuwe banen te bieden op het grondgebied van de LAG Dolni Chiflik en Byala voor werklozen en inactieven, waaronder vertegenwoordigers van zeer kwetsbare groepen op de arbeidsmarkt — personen ouder dan 54 jaar, mensen met een handicap, werklozen met een laag onderwijs (ondergemiddeld), ook zonder beroep, werklozen/inactieven van Roma. Het project zal op lange termijn positieve effecten hebben op de doelgroepen voor participatie en daadwerkelijke inclusie in de werkgelegenheid door de uitvoering van een combinatie van gerichte maatregelen en innovatieve methoden voor het selecteren van personen uit de doelgroepen, het waarborgen van duurzame werkgelegenheid, het toerusten van werkplekken en het waarborgen van passende arbeidsomstandigheden. Het project voorziet in het scheppen van 30 nieuwe banen in een structureel gedefinieerde sector voor de lokale economie, namelijk: de sector van gespecialiseerde bouwactiviteiten, die de professionele realisatie mogelijk maakt van 30 werklozen/inactieven uit het grondgebied van de LAG Dolni Chiflik en Byala. Het project draagt ook bij tot het bereiken van overeenstemming tussen de kwalificaties en vaardigheden van werklozen en de inactieven met de behoeften van de arbeidsmarkt door het verstrekken van opleidingen voor het verwerven van een tweede graad van beroepskwalificatie voor 10 vertegenwoordigers van de doelgroepen die prioritair zijn voor het beroepsveld van de lokale economie 582 „Bouwnijverheid”, beroep „Bouwnijverheid”, specialiteit 5820404 „Windows en beglazing”. De uitvoering van de projectactiviteiten draagt bij tot het aanpakken van de belangrijkste uitdagingen op het gebied van werkgelegenheid in het LAG-gebied en het bereiken van een reële bijdrage aan het vergroten van het concurrentievermogen van de beroepsbevolking en hun succesvolle en duurzame integratie op de arbeidsmarkt overeenkomstig de lokale behoeften en ontwikkelingspotentieel. De verwachte resultaten van het project zijn het verbeteren van de toegang tot werkgelegenheid en het terugdringen van de werkloosheid op het grondgebied van de LAG, onder meer onder de vertegenwoordigers van de meest kwetsbare groepen op de arbeidsmarkt. Il progetto di Al-Corp Ltd. mira a fornire 30 nuovi posti di lavoro sostenibili sul territorio del GAL Dolni Chiflik e Byala a persone disoccupate e inattive, tra cui rappresentanti di gruppi altamente vulnerabili sul mercato del lavoro — persone di età superiore ai 54 anni, persone con disabilità, disoccupati con un basso livello di istruzione (sotto la media), anche senza alcuna occupazione, persone disoccupate/inattive di origine rom. Il progetto avrà effetti positivi a lungo termine sui gruppi destinatari per la partecipazione e l'effettiva inclusione nell'occupazione attraverso l'attuazione di una combinazione di misure mirate e metodi innovativi per selezionare le persone tra i gruppi destinatari, garantire un'occupazione sostenibile, dotare i luoghi di lavoro e garantire condizioni di lavoro adeguate. Il progetto prevede la creazione di 30 nuovi posti di lavoro in un settore strutturalmente definito per l'economia locale, vale a dire: il settore delle attività di costruzione specializzate, che consentirà la realizzazione professionale di 30 disoccupati/inattivi provenienti dal territorio del GAL Dolni Chiflik e Byala. Il progetto contribuisce inoltre al raggiungimento di una corrispondenza tra le qualifiche e le competenze dei disoccupati e delle persone inattive con le esigenze del mercato del lavoro fornendo una formazione per l'acquisizione di un secondo grado di qualifica professionale per 10 rappresentanti dei gruppi destinatari in via prioritaria per il settore professionale dell'economia locale 582 "Costruzione", professione "Istruzione-Installazione", specialità 5820404 "Windows e vetri". L'attuazione delle attività del progetto contribuisce ad affrontare le principali sfide occupazionali nel territorio dei GAL e a conseguire un contributo reale all'aumento della competitività della forza lavoro e alla loro integrazione riuscita e duratura nel mercato del lavoro in funzione delle esigenze locali e del potenziale di sviluppo. I risultati attesi del progetto sono il miglioramento dell'accesso all'occupazione e la riduzione della disoccupazione sul territorio del GAL, anche tra i rappresentanti dei gruppi più vulnerabili sul mercato del lavoro. El proyecto de Al-Corp Ltd. tiene por objeto proporcionar 30 nuevos puestos de trabajo sostenibles en el territorio del GAL Dolni Chiflik y Byala para personas desempleadas e inactivas, incluidos representantes de grupos altamente vulnerables en el mercado laboral: personas mayores de 54 años, personas con discapacidad, personas desempleadas con baja educación (por debajo de la media), incluso sin ocupación, personas desempleadas o inactivas de origen romaní. El proyecto tendrá efectos positivos a largo plazo en los grupos destinatarios para la participación y la inclusión real en el empleo mediante la aplicación de una combinación de medidas específicas y métodos innovadores para seleccionar a las personas de los grupos destinatarios, garantizar un empleo sostenible, equipar los lugares de trabajo y garantizar condiciones de trabajo adecuadas. El proyecto prevé la creación de 30 nuevos puestos de trabajo en un sector estructuralmente definido para la economía local, a saber: el sector de las actividades de construcción especializada, que permitirá la realización profesional de 30 desempleados/inactivos del territorio del GAL Dolni Chiflik y Byala. El proyecto también contribuye a lograr una correspondencia entre las cualificaciones y las competencias de los desempleados y las personas inactivas con las necesidades del mercado laboral, proporcionando formación para la adquisición de un segundo grado de cualificación profesional para 10 representantes de los grupos destinatarios prioritarios en el campo profesional de la economía local 582 «Construcción», profesión «Construcción-Instalación», especialidad 5820404 «ventanas y acristalamiento». La ejecución de las actividades del proyecto contribuye a hacer frente a los principales retos en materia de empleo en el territorio del GAL y a lograr una contribución real al aumento de la competitividad de la mano de obra y su integración satisfactoria y duradera en el mercado laboral de acuerdo con las necesidades locales y el potencial de desarrollo. Los resultados esperados del proyecto son mejorar el acceso al empleo y reducir el desempleo en el territorio del GAL, incluso entre los representantes de los grupos más vulnerables del mercado laboral.
