Проектът е насочен към развитието на единен модел за изграждане на капацитет за действия на населението при възникването на наводнения и последващи кризи. Общата цел на проекта е повишаване на капацитета на национално ниво за действия при наводнения и последващи кризи чрез създаване и развитие на необходимата инфраструктура и методологическа рамка за подготовка на населението на територията на Република България за защита и реакция при наводнения и последващи кризи.Целевите групи по проекта са: ученици; лица на възраст над 60 г.; населението в трудоспособна възраст; доброволци; общински администрации; медии.Дейностите, предвидени в рамките на настоящия проект са изцяло насочени към постигане на следните специфични цели: Ремонт и оборудване на 6 регионални обучителни центъра; Изграждане на капацитет на преподавателския състав в 6-те центъра; Обучение на ученици; Обучение на възрастни хора; Обучение на другите целеви групи по проекта; Финални симулационни учения по центрове с представители на всички групи обучени участници; Проучване на готовността на населението за действия при наводнения и последващи кризи и създаване на стратегия за последващи действия; Разработване и издаване на информационни и комуникационни материали.Очакваните резултати от изпълнението на проекта са, както следва: Създадени 6 регионални обучителни центъра; Проучен опит и добри практики на 2 държави членки на ЕС; Изграден капацитет на обучители; Повишен капацитета на регионално и национално ниво за ефективни и ефикасни действия на населението при наводнения и последващи кризи; Развит цялостен модел за повишаване капацитета на национално ниво за действия при наводнения и последващи кризи, чрез проучване на готовността на населението и създаване на стратегия за последващи действия. The project aims at developing a single model for capacity building for population actions in the event of floods and subsequent crises. The overall objective of the project is to increase the capacity at national level for actions in floods and subsequent crises by creating and developing the necessary infrastructure and methodological framework for preparing the population on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for protection and response to floods and subsequent crises.The objectives of the project are: pupils; persons over 60 years of age; the working-age population; volunteers; municipal administrations; media.The activities envisaged under this project are fully aimed at achieving the following specific objectives: Repair and equipment of 6 regional training centres; Capacity building of teaching staff in the 6 centres; Training of pupils; Adult education; Training of the other target groups of the project; Final simulation exercises by centres with representatives of all groups of trained participants; Study population preparedness for floods and follow-up crises and establish a follow-up strategy; Development and publishing of information and communication materials.The expected results of the project implementation are as follows: Established 6 regional training centres; Researched experience and good practices of 2 EU Member States; Capacity building of trainers; Increased capacity at regional and national level to act effectively and efficiently in the event of floods and subsequent crises; Developed a comprehensive model to increase capacity at national level for flooding and post-crisis action, by exploring the preparedness of the population and establishing a follow-up strategy. Le projet vise à développer un modèle unique de renforcement des capacités pour les actions en faveur de la population en cas d’inondations et de crises ultérieures. L’objectif général du projet est d’accroître la capacité au niveau national d’actions en cas d’inondations et de crises subséquentes en créant et en développant les infrastructures et le cadre méthodologique nécessaires pour préparer la population sur le territoire de la République de Bulgarie à la protection et à la réaction aux inondations et aux crises subséquentes. Les objectifs du projet sont les suivants: les élèves; les personnes âgées de plus de 60 ans; la population en âge de travailler; volontaires; les administrations municipales; Media.Les activités envisagées dans le cadre de ce projet visent pleinement à atteindre les objectifs spécifiques suivants: Réparation et équipement de 6 centres régionaux de formation; Renforcement des capacités du personnel enseignant dans les 6 centres; La formation des élèves; L’éducation des adultes; Formation des autres groupes cibles du projet; Des exercices de simulation finaux par des centres avec des représentants de tous les groupes de participants formés; Étudier la préparation de la population aux inondations et aux crises de suivi et mettre en place une stratégie de suivi; Élaboration et publication de matériel d’information et de communication. Les résultats escomptés de la mise en œuvre du projet sont les suivants: Création de 6 centres régionaux de formation; L’expérience et les bonnes pratiques de deux États membres de l’UE; Le renforcement des capacités des formateurs; C) Renforcement de la capacité, aux niveaux régional et national, d ‘agir efficacement en cas d’ inondations et de crises ultérieures; Mise au point d’un modèle global visant à renforcer les capacités nationales en matière d’inondations et de mesures d’après-crise, en explorant l’état de préparation de la population et en établissant une stratégie de suivi. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, ein einheitliches Modell für den Kapazitätsaufbau für Bevölkerungsaktionen bei Überschwemmungen und nachfolgenden Krisen zu entwickeln. Übergeordnetes Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Kapazitäten auf nationaler Ebene für Maßnahmen bei Überschwemmungen und nachfolgenden Krisen durch die Schaffung und Entwicklung der notwendigen Infrastruktur und methodischen Rahmenbedingungen für die Vorbereitung der Bevölkerung im Hoheitsgebiet der Republik Bulgarien auf den Schutz und die Reaktion auf Überschwemmungen und nachfolgende Krisen zu erhöhen.Die Ziele des Projekts sind: Schülerinnen und Schüler; Personen über 60 Jahre; die Bevölkerung im erwerbsfähigen Alter; Freiwillige; kommunale Verwaltungen; Medien.Die im Rahmen dieses Projekts geplanten Maßnahmen zielen in vollem Umfang darauf ab, die folgenden spezifischen Ziele zu erreichen: Reparatur und Ausrüstung von 6 regionalen Ausbildungszentren; Aufbau von Kapazitäten des Lehrpersonals in den sechs Zentren; Ausbildung der Schüler; Erwachsenenbildung; Ausbildung der anderen Zielgruppen des Projekts; Abschließende Simulationsübungen durch Zentren mit Vertretern aller Gruppen ausgebildeter Teilnehmer; Untersuchung der Bevölkerungsvorsorge auf Überschwemmungen und Folgekrisen und Aufstellung einer Folgestrategie; Entwicklung und Veröffentlichung von Informations- und Kommunikationsmaterialien. Het project is gericht op de ontwikkeling van één model voor capaciteitsopbouw voor bevolkingsacties in geval van overstromingen en daaropvolgende crises. De algemene doelstelling van het project is het vergroten van de capaciteit op nationaal niveau voor acties bij overstromingen en daaropvolgende crises door het creëren en ontwikkelen van de nodige infrastructuur en methodologische kaders voor de voorbereiding van de bevolking op het grondgebied van de Republiek Bulgarije op bescherming en respons op overstromingen en daaropvolgende crises.De doelstellingen van het project zijn: leerlingen; personen ouder dan 60 jaar; de bevolking in de werkende leeftijd; vrijwilligers; gemeentelijke overheden; media.De in het kader van dit project beoogde activiteiten zijn volledig gericht op het bereiken van de volgende specifieke doelstellingen: Reparatie en uitrusting van 6 regionale opleidingscentra; Capaciteitsopbouw van onderwijzend personeel in de zes centra; Opleiding van leerlingen; Volwasseneneducatie; Opleiding van de andere doelgroepen van het project; Eindsimulatieoefeningen door centra met vertegenwoordigers van alle groepen opgeleide deelnemers; De paraatheid van de bevolking voor overstromingen en vervolgcrises te bestuderen en een follow-upstrategie vast te stellen; Ontwikkeling en publicatie van informatie- en communicatiemateriaal. Il progetto mira a sviluppare un modello unico per lo sviluppo di capacità per le azioni della popolazione in caso di inondazioni e successive crisi. El proyecto tiene por objeto desarrollar un modelo único de desarrollo de capacidades para las acciones de población en caso de inundaciones y crisis posteriores. El objetivo general del proyecto es aumentar la capacidad a nivel nacional para las acciones en caso de inundaciones y crisis posteriores mediante la creación y el desarrollo de las infraestructuras y el marco metodológico necesarios para preparar a la población en el territorio de la República de Bulgaria para la protección y respuesta a las inundaciones y crisis posteriores. Los objetivos del proyecto son: alumnos; personas mayores de 60 años; la población en edad de trabajar; voluntarios; las administraciones municipales; los medios de comunicación.Las actividades previstas en el marco de este proyecto tienen por objeto alcanzar los siguientes objetivos específicos: Reparación y equipamiento de 6 centros regionales de capacitación; Desarrollo de capacidades del personal docente en los 6 centros; La formación de los alumnos; Educación de adultos; Formación de los demás grupos destinatarios del proyecto; Ejercicios finales de simulación realizados por centros con representantes de todos los grupos de participantes capacitados; Estudiar la preparación de la población ante las inundaciones y las crisis de seguimiento y establecer una estrategia de seguimiento; Desarrollo y publicación de materiales de información y comunicación. Los resultados esperados de la ejecución del proyecto son los siguientes: B) Creó 6 centros regionales de capacitación; Experiencia investigada y buenas prácticas de dos Estados miembros de la UE; Desarrollo de capacidades de los formadores; Aumento de la capacidad a nivel regional y nacional para actuar de manera eficaz y eficiente en caso de inundaciones y crisis posteriores; B) Elaboró un modelo amplio para aumentar la capacidad a nivel nacional para las inundaciones y las medidas posteriores a las crisis, estudiando la preparación de la población y estableciendo una estrategia de seguimiento.
