Настоящият проект обхваща социалните услуги на територията на община Габрово, които предстои да бъдат реформирани, съобразно Националната стратегия „Визия за деинституционализацията на децата в Република България“, Карта на услугите за подкрепа в общността и в семейна среда и Карта на резидентните услуги. В тази връзка, проектът предвижда извършване на строително-ремонтни дейности в част от сграда на ул. Ивайло № 13, гр. Габрово, за пребазиране на съществуващия Център за обществена подкрепа, с цел разширяване на дейността му и увеличаване на неговия капацитет. По проекта ще бъде изградена сензорна градина и ще бъде доставено оборудване за целите на бъдещата услуга Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства, която Община Габрово се ангажира да създаде посредством обединяването на съществуващите Център за рехабилитация и интеграция за деца от аутистичния спектър и Дневен център за деца с увреждания. Предвиденото оборудване ще спомогне за разширяване, допълване, подобряване и надграждане на условията и методите за работа с децата с увреждания. Реализацията на проекта в неговата цялост ще допринесе за създаване на благоприятни условия за предоставяне на качествени комплексни социални услуги в общността за деца и техните семейства и ще стимулира тяхната социална интеграция. This project covers the social services on the territory of Gabrovo Municipality, which are to be reformed according to the National Strategy “Vision for the Deinstitutionalisation of Children in the Republic of Bulgaria”, Map of Support Services in the Community and in a Family Environment and Map of Residential Services. In this regard, the project envisages carrying out construction and renovation works in part of a building on 13 Ivaylo Street, Gabrovo, to re-base the existing Public Support Center in order to expand its activities and increase its capacity. The project will build a sensory garden and will provide equipment for the purposes of the future service Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities and their Families, which Gabrovo Municipality is committed to establishing through the integration of the existing Rehabilitation and Integration Center for children from the autistic spectrum and the Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities. The envisaged equipment will help to expand, complement, improve and upgrade the conditions and methods of working with children with disabilities. The implementation of the project in its entirety will contribute to creating favorable conditions for providing quality complex social services in the community for children and their families and will stimulate their social integration. Ce projet couvre les services sociaux sur le territoire de la municipalité de Gabrovo, qui doivent être réformés conformément à la stratégie nationale «Vision pour la désinstitutionnalisation des enfants en République de Bulgarie», à la carte des services d’appui dans la communauté et dans un environnement familial et à la carte des services résidentiels. À cet égard, le projet prévoit d’effectuer des travaux de construction et de rénovation dans une partie d’un bâtiment situé sur le 13, rue Ivaylo, Gabrovo, afin de rebâtir le Centre d’appui public existant afin d’étendre ses activités et d’accroître sa capacité. Le projet permettra de construire un jardin sensoriel et de fournir du matériel pour les besoins du futur centre de garderie pour enfants handicapés et leurs familles, que la municipalité de Gabrovo s’est engagée à mettre en place par l’intégration du Centre de réadaptation et d’intégration pour les enfants autistes et du Centre de garde pour enfants handicapés. Les équipements envisagés contribueront à élargir, compléter, améliorer et améliorer les conditions et les méthodes de travail avec les enfants handicapés. La mise en œuvre du projet dans son ensemble contribuera à créer des conditions favorables à la fourniture de services sociaux complexes de qualité dans la communauté aux enfants et à leurs familles et stimulera leur intégration sociale. Dieses Projekt umfasst die sozialen Dienstleistungen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Gabrovo, die gemäß der Nationalen Strategie „Vision für die Deinstitutionalisierung von Kindern in der Republik Bulgarien“, der Karte der Unterstützungsdienste in der Gemeinschaft und in einem Familienumfeld und einer Karte von Wohndienstleistungen reformiert werden sollen. In diesem Zusammenhang sieht das Projekt die Durchführung von Bau- und Renovierungsarbeiten in einem Gebäude auf der 13 Ivaylo Straße, Gabrovo, vor, um das bestehende Public Support Center neu zu gründen, um seine Aktivitäten auszubauen und seine Kapazitäten zu erhöhen. Das Projekt wird einen sensorischen Garten bauen und Ausrüstung für die Zwecke des zukünftigen Service Tagespflegezentrums für Kinder mit Behinderungen und ihre Familien bereitstellen, das Gabrovo Gemeinde verpflichtet ist, durch die Integration des bestehenden Rehabilitations- und Integrationszentrums für Kinder aus dem autistischen Spektrum und des Tagespflegezentrums für Kinder mit Behinderungen einzurichten. Die vorgesehene Ausrüstung wird dazu beitragen, die Bedingungen und Methoden der Arbeit mit Kindern mit Behinderungen zu erweitern, zu ergänzen, zu verbessern und zu verbessern. Dit project heeft betrekking op de sociale diensten op het grondgebied van de gemeente Gabrovo, die moeten worden hervormd overeenkomstig de nationale strategie „Bezoek voor deïnstitutionalisering van kinderen in de Republiek Bulgarije”, kaart van ondersteunende diensten in de Gemeenschap en in een gezinsomgeving en kaart van residentiële diensten. In dit verband beoogt het project bouw- en renovatiewerkzaamheden uit te voeren in een deel van een gebouw aan de straat 13 Ivaylo, Gabrovo, om het bestaande Public Support Center te herbevestigen om zijn activiteiten uit te breiden en de capaciteit ervan te vergroten. Het project zal een zintuiglijke tuin bouwen en zal voorzien in apparatuur voor de toekomstige service Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities and their Families, die de gemeente Gabrovo wil oprichten door de integratie van het bestaande Revalidatie- en Integratiecentrum voor kinderen uit het autistische spectrum en het Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities. De beoogde uitrusting zal bijdragen tot de uitbreiding, aanvulling, verbetering en verbetering van de voorwaarden en methoden voor het werken met kinderen met een handicap. Questo progetto riguarda i servizi sociali sul territorio del comune di Gabrovo, che devono essere riformati secondo la strategia nazionale "Visione per la deistituzionalizzazione dei bambini nella Repubblica di Bulgaria", mappa dei servizi di sostegno nella Comunità e in un ambiente familiare e mappa dei servizi residenziali. A questo proposito, il progetto prevede la realizzazione di lavori di costruzione e ristrutturazione in parte di un edificio su 13 Ivaylo Street, Gabrovo, per rifondare l'attuale Centro di Supporto Pubblico al fine di espandere le proprie attività e aumentarne la capacità. Il progetto costruirà un giardino sensoriale e fornirà attrezzature per il futuro servizio di Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities and their Families, che il Comune di Gabrovo si impegna a creare attraverso l'integrazione dell'attuale Centro di Riabilitazione e Integrazione per i bambini dello spettro autistico e del Centro di assistenza diurna per i bambini con disabilità. Le attrezzature previste contribuiranno ad ampliare, integrare, migliorare e migliorare le condizioni e i metodi di lavoro con i bambini con disabilità. Este proyecto abarca los servicios sociales en el territorio del municipio de Gabrovo, que se reformarán de conformidad con la Estrategia nacional «Visión para la desinstitucionalización de los niños en la República de Bulgaria», el Mapa de los servicios de apoyo en la comunidad y en un entorno familiar y el mapa de los servicios residenciales. A este respecto, el proyecto prevé la realización de obras de construcción y renovación en parte de un edificio situado en la calle 13 de Ivaylo, Gabrovo, para replantear el Centro de Apoyo Público existente a fin de ampliar sus actividades y aumentar su capacidad. El proyecto construirá un jardín sensorial y proporcionará equipo para los fines del futuro centro de atención diurna para niños con discapacidad y sus familias, que el municipio de Gabrovo se ha comprometido a establecer mediante la integración del Centro de Rehabilitación e Integración existente para niños del espectro autista y el Centro de Atención de Días para Niños con Discapacidad. El equipo previsto ayudará a ampliar, complementar, mejorar y mejorar las condiciones y métodos de trabajo con niños con discapacidad. La ejecución del proyecto en su totalidad contribuirá a crear condiciones favorables para la prestación de servicios sociales complejos y de calidad en la comunidad a los niños y sus familias y estimulará su integración social.
