Развитието на обществото е в пряка зависимост от интеграцията на науката и бизнеса. За да се постигне устойчиво развитие между бизнесa и образователния процес, следва да се отдели специално внимание на професионалното израстване на научниte работници и мотивирането им да продължат образованието си в ОНС "Доктор", изследвайки иновативни модели, базирани на задълбочена научна дейност.Проектно предложение "Инвестиции в обучението на студенти, докторанти, постдокторанти и преподаватели - гарант за по-добро бъдеще" е насочено именно към подобряване условията за научноизследователска дейност на представителите на целевата група в Икономически университет - Варна. Проектното предложение има надграждащ ефект по отношение на успешно реализирания проект от Икономически университет - Варна по процедура BG051PO001-3.3.06-0010, „Качеството на обучението на докторанти и постдокторанти - социална отговорност на университет и бизнес“, финансиран по ОП "Развитие на човешките ресурси“ 2007-2013.Необходимостта от реализирането на проекта е налице, предвид динамиката на научноизследователската работа и обстоятелството, че все по-малко млади хора, завършили ОКС "Магистър" намират интерес към научно развитие и обучение в докторантура.Стимулирането на младите научноизследователски кадри е инвестиция в бъдещето, която е необходимост за съвременното ни общество.Сред основните дейности, заложени в проектното предложение са: - осигуряване на подкрепа и стимули за научно развитие;- провеждане на информационни кампании, целящи да покажат ползите от научната дейност;- предоставяне на възможност за обмяна на добри практики и чуждестранен опит;- както и подпомагане на успешното разработване и защита на дисертационен труд и др.Реализирането на посочените дейности би утвърдило науката и научната дейност в Икономически университет - Варна като перспективна професионална област за развитие, чийто директен ефект намира отражение върху увеличаване броя на младите изследователи. The development of society is directly dependent on the integration of science and business. In order to achieve sustainable development between the business and the educational process, special attention should be paid to the professional growth of researchers and their motivation to continue their education at the PhD NS, exploring innovative models based on in-depth scientific activity.Project proposal “Investments in the training of students, doctoral students, post-doctoral students and lecturers — guarantor for a better future” is aimed precisely at improving the conditions for research activities of the representatives of the target group at the University of Economics — Varna. The project proposal has an additional effect on the successfully implemented project by the University of Economics — Varna under procedure BG051PO001-3.3.06-0010, “Quality of the training of PhD students and post-doctoral students — social responsibility of university and business”, financed under OP “Human Resources Development” 2007-2013. The need for the realisation of the project is present, given the dynamics of the research work and the fact, that fewer and fewer young people who have graduated from Master’s Degree find an interest in scientific development and training in PhD studies. The promotion of young researchers is an investment in the future, which is a necessity for our modern society. Among the main activities set out in the project proposal are: — providing support and incentives for scientific development;- conducting information campaigns aimed at demonstrating the benefits of scientific activity;- providing an opportunity for exchange of good practices and foreign experience;- as well as support for the successful development and protection of dissertation work, etc. The realisation of these activities would strengthen science and scientific activity at the University of Economics — Varna as a promising professional field for development, the direct effect of which has an impact on the increase of the number of young researchers. Le développement de la société dépend directement de l’intégration de la science et des affaires. Afin de parvenir à un développement durable entre l’entreprise et le processus éducatif, une attention particulière devrait être accordée à la croissance professionnelle des chercheurs et à leur motivation à poursuivre leurs études au doctorat NS, en explorant des modèles innovants basés sur une activité scientifique approfondie.La proposition de projet «Investissements dans la formation des étudiants, doctorants, post-doctorants et conférenciers — garant d’un avenir meilleur» vise précisément à améliorer les conditions des activités de recherche des représentants du groupe cible à l’Université d’économie — Varna. La proposition de projet a un effet supplémentaire sur le projet mis en œuvre avec succès par l’Université d’Economie — Varna selon la procédure BG051PO001-3.3.06-0010, «Qualité de la formation des doctorants et des étudiants postdoctoraux — responsabilité sociale de l’université et des entreprises», financé au titre de l’OP «Développement des ressources humaines» 2007-2013. La nécessité de la réalisation du projet est présente, compte tenu de la dynamique des travaux de recherche et du fait que de moins en moins de jeunes diplômés du Master trouvent un intérêt pour le développement scientifique et la formation dans le domaine des études doctorales. La promotion des jeunes chercheurs est un investissement dans l’avenir, ce qui est une nécessité pour notre société moderne. Parmi les principales activités proposées dans le projet figurent: — fournir un soutien et des incitations au développement scientifique;- mener des campagnes d’information visant à démontrer les avantages de l’activité scientifique;- offrir une possibilité d’échange de bonnes pratiques et d’expériences étrangères;- ainsi qu’un soutien au succès du développement et de la protection des travaux de thèse, etc. La réalisation de ces activités renforcerait l’activité scientifique et scientifique à l’Université d’économie — Varna en tant que domaine professionnel prometteur pour le développement, dont l’effet direct a un impact sur l’augmentation du nombre de jeunes chercheurs. Die Entwicklung der Gesellschaft hängt direkt von der Integration von Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft ab. Um eine nachhaltige Entwicklung zwischen Wirtschaft und Bildungsprozess zu erreichen, sollte besonderes Augenmerk auf das berufliche Wachstum von Forschern und ihre Motivation gelegt werden, ihre Ausbildung am PhD NS fortzusetzen, innovative Modelle auf der Grundlage tiefgreifender wissenschaftlicher Tätigkeit zu erforschen.Projektvorschlag „Investitionen in die Ausbildung von Studierenden, Doktoranden, Postdoktoranden und Dozenten – Garant für eine bessere Zukunft“ zielt gerade darauf ab, die Bedingungen für Forschungsaktivitäten der Vertreter der Zielgruppe an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Varna zu verbessern. Der Projektvorschlag hat eine zusätzliche Wirkung auf das erfolgreich umgesetzte Projekt der Wirtschaftsuniversität Varna im Verfahren BG051PO001-3.3.06-0010, „Qualität der Ausbildung von Doktoranden und Postdoktoranden – Soziale Verantwortung von Universität und Wirtschaft“, finanziert im Rahmen des OP „Human Resources Development“ 2007-2013. Die Notwendigkeit der Realisierung des Projekts ist angesichts der Dynamik der Forschungsarbeit und der Tatsache vorhanden, dass immer weniger junge Menschen, die am Masterabschluss absolviert haben, Interesse an wissenschaftlicher Entwicklung und Ausbildung in der Promotion finden. Unterstützung und Anreize für die wissenschaftliche Entwicklung;- Durchführung von Informationskampagnen, die darauf abzielen, die Vorteile wissenschaftlicher Tätigkeiten zu demonstrieren;- die Möglichkeit des Austauschs bewährter Verfahren und ausländischer Erfahrungen zu bieten;- sowie Unterstützung für die erfolgreiche Entwicklung und den Schutz von Dissertationsarbeiten usw. Die Durchführung dieser Aktivitäten würde die Wissenschaft und wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Varna als vielversprechenden Berufsfeld für die Entwicklung stärken, deren unmittelbare Auswirkung auf die Zunahme der Zahl junger Forscher hat. De ontwikkeling van de samenleving is rechtstreeks afhankelijk van de integratie van wetenschap en bedrijfsleven. Om duurzame ontwikkeling tussen het bedrijfsleven en het onderwijsproces te bereiken, moet bijzondere aandacht worden besteed aan de professionele groei van onderzoekers en hun motivatie om hun opleiding aan het doctoraat NS voort te zetten, het verkennen van innovatieve modellen op basis van diepgaande wetenschappelijke activiteit.Projectvoorstel „Investeringen in de opleiding van studenten, promovendi, postdoctorale studenten en docenten — garant voor een betere toekomst” is juist gericht op het verbeteren van de voorwaarden voor onderzoeksactiviteiten van de vertegenwoordigers van de doelgroep aan de Universiteit van Economie — Varna. Het projectvoorstel heeft een aanvullend effect op het succesvol uitgevoerde project van de Universiteit van Economie — Varna onder procedure BG051PO001-3.3.06-0010, „Kwaliteit van de opleiding van promovendi en postdoctorale studenten — maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid van universiteit en bedrijfsleven”, gefinancierd in het kader van OP „Human Resources Development” 2007-2013. De noodzaak van de realisatie van het project is aanwezig, gezien de dynamiek van het onderzoekswerk en het feit dat steeds minder jongeren die afgestudeerd zijn aan Master’s Degree een interesse vinden in wetenschappelijke ontwikkeling en opleiding in doctoraatsstudies. De promotie van jonge onderzoekers is een investering in de toekomst, wat een noodzaak is voor onze moderne samenleving. Een van de belangrijkste activiteiten zijn: — het verlenen van ondersteuning en stimulansen voor wetenschappelijke ontwikkeling;- het voeren van voorlichtingscampagnes gericht op het aantonen van de voordelen van wetenschappelijke activiteit;- het bieden van een mogelijkheid voor de uitwisseling van goede praktijken en buitenlandse ervaring;- evenals steun voor de succesvolle ontwikkeling en bescherming van proefschriftenwerk, enz. De uitvoering van deze activiteiten zou de wetenschap en de wetenschappelijke activiteit aan de Universiteit van Economie — Varna versterken als een veelbelovend beroepsveld voor ontwikkeling, waarvan het directe effect een impact heeft op de toename van het aantal jonge onderzoekers. Lo sviluppo della società dipende direttamente dall'integrazione tra scienza e imprese. Al fine di raggiungere uno sviluppo sostenibile tra l'impresa e il processo educativo, occorre prestare particolare attenzione alla crescita professionale dei ricercatori e alla loro motivazione a proseguire la loro formazione presso il dottorato NS, esplorando modelli innovativi basati su un'approfondita attività scientifica.La proposta di progetto "Investimenti nella formazione di studenti, dottorandi, studenti post-dottorali e docenti — garante per un futuro migliore" mira proprio a migliorare le condizioni per le attività di ricerca dei rappresentanti del gruppo di riferimento presso l'Università di Economia — Varna. La proposta di progetto ha un effetto aggiuntivo sul progetto attuato con successo dall'Università di Economia — Varna sotto la procedura BG051PO001-3.3.06-0010, "Qualità della formazione dei dottorandi e degli studenti post-dottorato — responsabilità sociale dell'università e delle imprese", finanziato nell'ambito del PO "Sviluppo delle risorse umane" 2007-2013. La necessità di realizzare il progetto è presente, date le dinamiche del lavoro di ricerca e il fatto che sempre meno giovani che si sono diplomati al Master trovano un interesse per lo sviluppo scientifico e la formazione negli studi di dottorato. La promozione dei giovani ricercatori è un investimento nel futuro, che è una necessità per la nostra società moderna. Tra le proposte principali del progetto sono previste le attività di ricerca. — fornire sostegno e incentivi per lo sviluppo scientifico;- condurre campagne di informazione volte a dimostrare i benefici dell'attività scientifica;- fornire un'opportunità per lo scambio di buone pratiche ed esperienze straniere;- così come il sostegno per lo sviluppo e la protezione di successo del lavoro di dissertazione, ecc. La propuesta de proyecto tiene un efecto adicional en el proyecto ejecutado con éxito por la Universidad de Economía — Varna bajo el procedimiento BG051PO001-3.3.06-0010, «Calidad de la formación de estudiantes de doctorado y estudiantes postdoctorales — Responsabilidad social de la universidad y las empresas», financiado en el marco del PO «Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos» 2007-2013.
