Ай Ти Дабълю Аплайанс Компонентс ЕООД присъства на българския пазар повече от 15 години и е един от утвърдените производители на електронни и електромеханични модули за битова техника. Основната цел на проекта е да се проведат специализирани, специфични обучения за придобиване на компетенции на селектирани работни места, чрез които която дейност да се повиши квалификацията на персонала, а чрез нея, постигане на устойчива заетост в преработвателното предприятие. Целева група са 155 настоящи служители, заемащи конкретни специфични работни позиции, които имат установена нужда от повишаване на уменията в производствените процеси на Ай Ти Дабълю. Като конкретни мерки за постигане на посочените цели, проектът предвижда провеждане на следните дейности:-Специфично обучение на 120 лица на позиции “Работник Сглобяване на детайли”, “Машинни оператори”, “Зареждач”, “Монтажник, производствен контрол”, “Оператор, автоматизирана монтажна линия”, "Работник, зареждане и сплавяне; -Специфични обучения на 35 лица на позиции: ръководител производствени участъци, специалист „Логистика“, специалист „Финанси“, специалист „Доставки“, продуктов инженер, служители в отдел качество, ръководител леене на пластмаси, насторойчици, технически директор и инженер поддръжка;Дейностите ще бъдат изпълнени при прилагане на най-добри практики за избор на обучители и съдържание на обучителните програми, придобити с опита при изпълнение на множество вътрешни проекти и проекти, финансирани по ЕСИФ.Заложените цели и дейности напълно отговарят пряко на идентифицираната потребност от повишаване нивото на знания и уменията на специалистите, които заемат конкретни работни позиции в производството на електронни компоненти и производство на електромеханични компоненти. От тях се очаква да прилагат съвременни форми на работа и управление на качество, не само в тесния смисъл на качество на продукта, а качество на целия процес на производство, управление и организация. It has been present on the Bulgarian market for more than 15 years and is one of the established manufacturers of electronic and electromechanical modules for household equipment. The main objective of the project is to carry out specialised, specific trainings for the acquisition of competences of selected jobs, through which activity to improve the qualification of the staff and through it to achieve sustainable employment in the processing plant. The target group is 155 current employees occupying specific specific jobs, who have an identified need for upskilling in the production processes of IT Doubleu. As concrete measures to achieve the stated objectives, the project envisages carrying out the following activities:-Specific training of 120 persons in the positions “Worker Assembly of Details”, “Machinery Operators”, “Loader”, “Installer, Production Control”, “Operator, Automated Assembly Line”, “Worker, Loading and Alloying”; —Specific trainings for 35 persons in positions: head of production areas, specialist “Logistics”, specialist “Finances”, specialist “Supplies”, product engineer, employees in the department of quality, plastic casting manager, actors, technical director and maintenance engineer;The activities will be implemented in application of best practices for selecting trainers and content of the training programs, acquired with the experience in the implementation of many internal projects and projects funded by ESIF.The objectives and activities set out fully respond directly to the identified need to increase the level of knowledge and skills of the specialists who occupy specific working positions in the production of electronic components and production of electromechanical components. They are expected to apply modern forms of work and quality management, not only in the strict sense of product quality, but the quality of the entire process of production, management and organisation. Il est présent sur le marché bulgare depuis plus de 15 ans et est l’un des fabricants établis de modules électroniques et électromécaniques pour les équipements ménagers. L’objectif principal du projet est de dispenser des formations spécialisées et spécifiques pour l’acquisition de compétences pour des emplois sélectionnés, par le biais de l’activité visant à améliorer la qualification du personnel et, par son intermédiaire, à obtenir un emploi durable dans l’usine de transformation. Le groupe cible est de 155 employés actuels occupant des emplois spécifiques, qui ont un besoin identifié de renforcement des compétences dans les processus de production de l’IT Doubleu. En tant que mesures concrètes pour atteindre les objectifs énoncés, le projet envisage de mener les activités suivantes:-Formation spécifique de 120 personnes aux postes «Assemblage de détails des travailleurs», «Opérateurs de machines», «Loader», «Installer, Contrôle de production», «Exploitation, Ligne d’assemblage automatisée», «Travailleurs, Chargement et Alliage»; —Formations spécifiques pour 35 personnes occupant des postes: responsable des domaines de production, spécialiste «Logistique», spécialiste «Finances», spécialiste «fournitures», ingénieur produit, employés dans le département de la qualité, responsable de la coulée plastique, acteurs, directeur technique et ingénieur de maintenance;Les activités seront mises en œuvre en application des meilleures pratiques de sélection des formateurs et du contenu des programmes de formation, acquises avec l’expérience dans la mise en œuvre de nombreux projets et projets internes financés par les Fonds ESI.Les objectifs et activités définis répondent pleinement au besoin identifié d’augmenter le niveau de connaissances et de compétences des spécialistes qui occupent des postes de travail spécifiques dans la production de composants électroniques et la production de composants électromécaniques. Ils sont censés appliquer des formes modernes de travail et de gestion de la qualité, non seulement au sens strict de la qualité des produits, mais aussi la qualité de l’ensemble du processus de production, de gestion et d’organisation. Es ist seit mehr als 15 Jahren auf dem bulgarischen Markt präsent und ist einer der etablierten Hersteller von elektronischen und elektromechanischen Modulen für Haushaltsgeräte. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Durchführung spezieller, spezieller Schulungen für den Erwerb von Kompetenzen ausgewählter Arbeitsplätze, durch die die Qualifizierung des Personals verbessert und damit eine nachhaltige Beschäftigung in der Verarbeitungsanlage erreicht werden soll. Zielgruppe sind 155 aktuelle Mitarbeiter, die spezifische Arbeitsplätze besetzen, die einen Bedarf an Weiterbildung in den Produktionsprozessen von IT Doubleu festgestellt haben. Als konkrete Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der genannten Ziele sieht das Projekt folgende Tätigkeiten vor: Spezifische Ausbildung von 120 Personen in den Positionen „Arbeitermontage von Details“, „Maschinenbetreiber“, „Lader“, „Installer, Produktionssteuerung“, „Operator, Automatisierte Montagelinie“, „Arbeitnehmer, Verlade- und Legierungen“; —Spezifische Schulungen für 35 Personen in Positionen: Leiter der Produktionsbereiche, Spezialist „Logistik“, Spezialist „Finanzen“, Spezialist „Supplies“, Produktingenieur, Mitarbeiter in der Abteilung Qualität, Kunststoffgussleiter, Schauspieler, technischer Direktor und Wartungsingenieur;Die Aktivitäten werden in Anwendung von Best Practices für die Auswahl von Trainern und Inhalten der Ausbildungsprogramme umgesetzt, die mit der Erfahrung in der Umsetzung vieler interner Projekte und Projekte von ESIF erworben wurden.Die Ziele und Aktivitäten entsprechen voll und ganz der identifizierten Notwendigkeit, das Niveau der Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten der Spezialisten, die spezifische Arbeitspositionen in der Herstellung von elektronischen Bauteilen und der Produktion von elektromechanischen Komponenten besetzen, zu erhöhen. Het is al meer dan 15 jaar actief op de Bulgaarse markt en is een van de gevestigde fabrikanten van elektronische en elektromechanische modules voor huishoudelijke apparatuur. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het uitvoeren van gespecialiseerde, specifieke opleidingen voor het verwerven van competenties van geselecteerde banen, via welke activiteit om de kwalificatie van het personeel te verbeteren en via het project duurzame werkgelegenheid in het verwerkingsbedrijf te bereiken. De doelgroep is 155 huidige werknemers met specifieke specifieke banen, die een vastgestelde behoefte hebben aan bijscholing in de productieprocessen van IT Doubleu. Als concrete maatregelen om de genoemde doelstellingen te bereiken, voorziet het project in de uitvoering van de volgende activiteiten:-Specifieke opleiding van 120 personen in de functies „Worker Assembly of Details”, „Machinery Operators”, „Loader”, „Installer, Productiecontrole”, „Operator, Automated Assembly Line”, „Werknemer, Loading and Alloying”; —Specifieke opleidingen voor 35 personen in functies: hoofd van de productiegebieden, specialist „Logistics”, specialist „Finances”, specialist „Supplies”, productingenieur, medewerkers op de afdeling kwaliteit, kunststof gieten manager, acteurs, technisch directeur en onderhoudsingenieur;De activiteiten zullen worden uitgevoerd in toepassing van beste praktijken voor het selecteren van trainers en inhoud van de opleidingsprogramma’s, opgedaan met de ervaring in de uitvoering van vele interne projecten en projecten gefinancierd door ESIF.De doelstellingen en activiteiten uiteengezet volledig inspelen op de vastgestelde behoefte om het niveau van kennis en vaardigheden van de specialisten die specifieke werkposities in de productie van elektronische componenten en de productie van elektromechanische componenten. Van hen wordt verwacht dat zij moderne vormen van werk en kwaliteitsmanagement toepassen, niet alleen in de strikte zin van productkwaliteit, maar ook in de kwaliteit van het gehele proces van productie, beheer en organisatie. È presente sul mercato bulgaro da oltre 15 anni ed è uno dei produttori affermati di moduli elettronici ed elettromeccanici per apparecchiature domestiche. L'obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di svolgere formazioni specializzate e specifiche per l'acquisizione di competenze di lavori selezionati, attraverso le quali l'attività per migliorare la qualificazione del personale e attraverso di essa per raggiungere un'occupazione sostenibile nell'impianto di trasformazione. Il gruppo target è costituito da 155 attuali dipendenti che occupano posti specifici specifici, che hanno un'esigenza identificata di miglioramento delle competenze nei processi produttivi di IT Doubleu. Come misure concrete per raggiungere gli obiettivi dichiarati, il progetto prevede lo svolgimento delle seguenti attività:- Formazione specifica di 120 persone nelle posizioni "Assemblaggio operaio dei dettagli", "Operatori meccanici", "Loader", "Installer, Controllo produzione", "Operatore, Linea di assemblaggio automatizzato", "Lavoro, Carico e Legamento"; —Formazione specifica per 35 persone in posizioni: responsabile delle aree di produzione, specialista "Logistica", specialista "Finanze", specialista "Forniture", ingegnere di prodotto, dipendenti del dipartimento di qualità, responsabile della colata plastica, attori, direttore tecnico e ingegnere della manutenzione;Le attività saranno attuate in applicazione delle best practice per la selezione dei formatori e dei contenuti dei programmi di formazione, acquisite con l'esperienza nella realizzazione di numerosi progetti interni e progetti finanziati da ESIF.Gli obiettivi e le attività previste rispondono pienamente alla necessità individuata di aumentare il livello di conoscenze e competenze degli specialisti che occupano specifiche posizioni di lavoro nella produzione di componenti elettronici e nella produzione di componenti elettromeccanici. Si prevede che applichino forme moderne di lavoro e gestione della qualità, non solo nel senso stretto della qualità del prodotto, ma anche della qualità dell'intero processo di produzione, gestione e organizzazione. Ha estado presente en el mercado búlgaro desde hace más de 15 años y es uno de los fabricantes establecidos de módulos electrónicos y electromecánicos para equipos domésticos. El objetivo principal del proyecto es llevar a cabo formaciones especializadas y específicas para la adquisición de competencias de trabajos seleccionados, a través de las cuales la actividad para mejorar la cualificación del personal y a través de ella lograr un empleo sostenible en la planta de transformación. El grupo destinatario es 155 empleados actuales que ocupan puestos específicos específicos, que tienen una necesidad identificada de mejora de las capacidades en los procesos de producción de TI Doubleu. Como medidas concretas para alcanzar los objetivos señalados, el proyecto prevé la realización de las siguientes actividades: — Formación específica de 120 personas en los puestos de «Asamblea de detalles de trabajadores», «Operadores de maquinaria», «Loader», «Installer, Control de Producción», «Operador, Línea de Montaje Automatizado», «Trabajador, Carga y Aleación»; —Formación específica para 35 personas en puestos: jefe de áreas de producción, especialista «Logística», especialista «Finanzas», especialista «Suministros», ingeniero de productos, empleados en el departamento de calidad, gerente de fundición de plástico, actores, director técnico e ingeniero de mantenimiento;Las actividades se llevarán a cabo en aplicación de las mejores prácticas para la selección de formadores y el contenido de los programas de formación, adquiridos con la experiencia en la ejecución de muchos proyectos internos y proyectos financiados por los Fondos EIE.Los objetivos y actividades se establecen en plena respuesta a la necesidad identificada de aumentar el nivel de conocimientos y habilidades de los especialistas que ocupan puestos de trabajo específicos en la producción de componentes electrónicos y la producción de componentes electromecánicos. Se espera que apliquen formas modernas de trabajo y gestión de la calidad, no solo en el sentido estricto de la calidad del producto, sino también en la calidad de todo el proceso de producción, gestión y organización.
