    Настоящият проект "Повишаване на квалификацията, компетенциите и уменията на служителите в „Хоум Аксесорес” ЕООД" предвижда обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация на 40 заети лица, както и обучение по Ключова компетентност 2 "Общуване на чужди езици" - английски и немски език. Търговията на дребно е втория по големина отрасъл в сектора на услугите след финансовите услуги. Тя създава 4,5 % от добавената стойност в икономиката на ЕС и осигурява почти 10 % от всички работни места в Съюза. Домакинствата в ЕС харчат до една трета от своите средства в магазините за търговия на дребно. Този отрасъл е и важна водеща сила за новаторството и производителността. Ефективността и производителността на търговията на дребно и в частност на „Хоум Аксесорес” ЕООД зависи от квалификацията и качествата на персонала. Очакваните резултати от проекта са повишаването на адекватността на уменията на служителите, спрямо нуждите на компанията и осигуряването на предпоставки за задържането на служителите в компанията. Проектът ще подкрепи процесите на учене през целия живот и ще осигури повишаване качеството на човешките ресурси. (Bulgarian)

    The present project “Enhancing the qualification, competences and skills of employees at Home Accessores EOOD” provides training for the acquisition of professional qualification of 40 employees, as well as training in Key Competence 2 “Communication of Foreign Languages” — English and German. Retail is the second largest service sector after financial services. It generates 4.5 % of the value added in the EU economy and accounts for almost 10 % of all jobs in the EU. EU households spend up to a third of their money in retail stores. This industry is also an important driving force for innovation and productivity. The efficiency and productivity of the retail trade and in particular of Home Accessories Ltd. depends on the qualifications and qualities of the staff. The expected results of the project are to increase the adequacy of employees’ skills to the needs of the company and to provide prerequisites for retaining employees in the company. The project will support life-long learning processes and improve the quality of human resources. (English)

    Le présent projet «Améliorer les qualifications, les compétences et les aptitudes des employés chez Home Accessores EOOD» prévoit une formation pour l’acquisition de qualifications professionnelles de 40 employés, ainsi que des formations en compétences clés 2 «Communication des langues étrangères» — anglais et allemand. Le commerce de détail est le deuxième secteur de services après les services financiers. Il génère 4,5 % de la valeur ajoutée dans l’économie de l’UE et représente près de 10 % de l’ensemble des emplois dans l’UE. Les ménages de l’UE dépensent jusqu’à un tiers de leur argent dans les magasins de détail. Cette industrie est également un moteur important de l’innovation et de la productivité. L’efficacité et la productivité du commerce de détail et en particulier de Home Accessories Ltd. dépendent des qualifications et des qualités du personnel. Les résultats escomptés du projet sont d’accroître l’adéquation des compétences des employés aux besoins de l’entreprise et de fournir des conditions préalables au maintien des employés dans l’entreprise.     Das vorliegende Projekt „Verbesserung der Qualifikation, Kompetenzen und Kompetenzen der Mitarbeiter bei Home Accessores EOOD“ bietet Schulungen zum Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen von 40 Mitarbeitern sowie Schulungen in Schlüsselkompetenz 2 „Kommunikation von Fremdsprachen“ – Englisch und Deutsch. Der Einzelhandel ist nach Finanzdienstleistungen der zweitgrößte Dienstleistungssektor. Sie erwirtschaftet 4,5 % der Wertschöpfung in der EU-Wirtschaft und macht fast 10 % aller Arbeitsplätze in der EU aus. Die EU-Haushalte geben bis zu einem Drittel ihres Geldes in Einzelhandelsgeschäften aus. Diese Branche ist auch eine wichtige treibende Kraft für Innovation und Produktivität. Die Effizienz und Produktivität des Einzelhandels und insbesondere der Home Accessories Ltd. hängt von den Qualifikationen und Qualitäten des Personals ab. Die erwarteten Ergebnisse des Projekts bestehen darin, die Eignung der Mitarbeiter an die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens zu erhöhen und Voraussetzungen für den Erhalt der Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen zu schaffen.     Het huidige project „Verbetering van de kwalificaties, competenties en vaardigheden van werknemers bij Home Accessores EOOD” voorziet in opleiding voor het verwerven van een beroepskwalificatie van 40 werknemers, evenals opleiding in sleutelcompetentie 2 „Communicatie van vreemde talen” — Engels en Duits. Retail is na financiële diensten de op een na grootste dienstensector. Het genereert 4,5 % van de toegevoegde waarde in de EU-economie en is goed voor bijna 10 % van alle banen in de EU. EU-huishoudens besteden maximaal een derde van hun geld aan detailhandelszaken. Deze sector is ook een belangrijke drijvende kracht achter innovatie en productiviteit. De efficiëntie en productiviteit van de detailhandel en met name van Home Accessories Ltd. zijn afhankelijk van de kwalificaties en kwaliteiten van het personeel. De verwachte resultaten van het project zijn om de vaardigheden van de werknemers beter af te stemmen op de behoeften van het bedrijf en om voorwaarden te bieden voor het behoud van werknemers in het bedrijf.     Il presente progetto "Migliorare la qualifica, le competenze e le capacità dei dipendenti di Home Accessores EOOD" prevede la formazione per l'acquisizione di qualifiche professionali di 40 dipendenti, nonché la formazione in Competenza chiave 2 "Comunicazione delle lingue straniere" — inglese e tedesco. Il commercio al dettaglio è il secondo settore dei servizi dopo i servizi finanziari. Genera il 4,5 % del valore aggiunto nell'economia dell'UE e rappresenta quasi il 10 % di tutti i posti di lavoro nell'UE. Le famiglie dell'UE spendono fino a un terzo del loro denaro nei negozi al dettaglio. Questo settore è anche una forza trainante importante per l'innovazione e la produttività. L'efficienza e la produttività del commercio al dettaglio e in particolare di Home Accessories Ltd. dipendono dalle qualifiche e dalle qualità del personale. I risultati attesi del progetto sono di aumentare l'adeguatezza delle competenze dei dipendenti alle esigenze dell'azienda e di fornire i prerequisiti per il mantenimento dei dipendenti in azienda.     El presente proyecto «Mejorar la cualificación, competencias y habilidades de los empleados de Home Accessores EOOD» ofrece formación para la adquisición de la cualificación profesional de 40 empleados, así como formación en Competencia Clave 2 «Comunicación de lenguas extranjeras» — Inglés y Alemán. El comercio minorista es el segundo sector de servicios más grande después de los servicios financieros. Genera el 4,5 % del valor añadido en la economía de la UE y representa casi el 10 % de todos los puestos de trabajo en la UE. Los hogares de la UE gastan hasta un tercio de su dinero en tiendas minoristas. Esta industria es también un motor importante para la innovación y la productividad. La eficiencia y productividad del comercio minorista y, en particular, de Home Accessories Ltd. dependen de las cualificaciones y cualidades del personal.
