Глобалното разпространение на пандемията COVID-19 и въведените ограничителни мерки доведоха до спад на европейската икономика и до понижение на износа на стоки и услуги. Очакваното повишаване на заболеваемостта през близките месеци налага предприемане на мерки за адекватна и навременна подкрепа на засегнатите икономически субекти. Проектното предложение цели да създаде възможност НАП да структурира по бърз и ефективен начин мярка за подкрепа на МСП, преустановили или ограничили дейността си в резултат на заповеди на министъра на здравеопазването за въвеждане на ограничителни противоепидемични мерки.С изпълнението на проекта ще се предостави бърз достъп на МСП, засегнати от временните противоепидемични мерки, до оборотен капитал, с цел запазване на тяхната дейност. The global spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown measures put in place have led to a decline in the European economy and a decline in exports of goods and services. The expected increase in morbidity in the coming months calls for measures to be taken to provide adequate and timely support to the economic actors concerned. The project proposal aims to enable the NRA to structure in a rapid and effective way a measure to support SMEs that have suspended or restricted their activities as a result of orders of the Minister of Health to introduce restrictive containment measures.The implementation of the project will give SMEs affected by temporary containment measures quick access to working capital in order to maintain their activities. La propagation mondiale de la pandémie de COVID-19 et les mesures de confinement mises en place ont entraîné un déclin de l’économie européenne et une baisse des exportations de biens et de services. L’augmentation attendue de la morbidité dans les mois à venir exige que des mesures soient prises pour apporter un soutien adéquat et en temps utile aux acteurs économiques concernés. La proposition de projet vise à permettre à l’ARN de structurer rapidement et efficacement une mesure de soutien aux PME qui ont suspendu ou restreint leurs activités à la suite de l’ordre du ministre de la Santé d’introduire des mesures restrictives de confinement. La mise en œuvre du projet donnera aux PME concernées par des mesures de confinement temporaires un accès rapide au fonds de roulement afin de maintenir leurs activités. (French)

Die weltweite Ausbreitung der COVID-19-Pandemie und die ergriffenen Lockdown-Maßnahmen haben zu einem Rückgang der europäischen Wirtschaft und einem Rückgang der Waren- und Dienstleistungsexporte geführt. Die in den kommenden Monaten erwartete Zunahme der Morbidität erfordert Maßnahmen, um den betroffenen Wirtschaftsakteuren eine angemessene und rechtzeitige Unterstützung zu bieten. Der Projektvorschlag zielt darauf ab, die NRB in die Lage zu versetzen, rasch und wirksam eine Maßnahme zur Unterstützung von KMU zu strukturieren, die ihre Tätigkeiten aufgrund von Anordnungen des Gesundheitsministers ausgesetzt oder eingeschränkt haben, um restriktive Eindämmungsmaßnahmen einzuführen.Die Durchführung des Projekts wird KMU ermöglichen, die von vorübergehenden Eindämmungsmaßnahmen betroffen sind, raschen Zugang zu Betriebskapital zu erhalten, um ihre Tätigkeiten aufrechtzuerhalten. De wereldwijde verspreiding van de COVID-19-pandemie en de ingevoerde lockdownmaatregelen hebben geleid tot een daling van de Europese economie en een daling van de uitvoer van goederen en diensten. Gezien de verwachte toename van de morbiditeit in de komende maanden moeten maatregelen worden genomen om de betrokken economische actoren tijdig adequate steun te verlenen. Het projectvoorstel heeft tot doel de NRI in staat te stellen snel en doeltreffend een maatregel te structureren ter ondersteuning van kmo’s die hun activiteiten hebben opgeschort of beperkt als gevolg van een bevel van de minister van Volksgezondheid om beperkende inperkingsmaatregelen in te voeren. De uitvoering van het project zal kmo’s die getroffen zijn door tijdelijke inperkingsmaatregelen snel toegang geven tot werkkapitaal om hun activiteiten te handhaven. (Dutch)

La diffusione globale della pandemia di COVID-19 e le misure di confinamento messe in atto hanno portato a un declino dell'economia europea e a un calo delle esportazioni di beni e servizi. Il previsto aumento della morbilità nei prossimi mesi richiede l'adozione di misure per fornire un sostegno adeguato e tempestivo agli attori economici interessati. La proposta di progetto mira a consentire all'ANR di strutturare in modo rapido ed efficace una misura a sostegno delle PMI che hanno sospeso o limitato le loro attività a seguito dell'ordine del ministro della Sanità di introdurre misure restrittive di contenimento. L'attuazione del progetto darà alle PMI interessate da misure di contenimento temporanee un rapido accesso al capitale circolante al fine di mantenere le loro attività. (Italian)

La propagación mundial de la pandemia de COVID-19 y las medidas de confinamiento aplicadas han dado lugar a un descenso de la economía europea y a una disminución de las exportaciones de bienes y servicios. El aumento previsto de la morbilidad en los próximos meses exige que se adopten medidas para prestar un apoyo adecuado y oportuno a los agentes económicos afectados. La propuesta de proyecto tiene por objeto permitir a la ANR estructurar de manera rápida y eficaz una medida de apoyo a las PYME que hayan suspendido o restringido sus actividades como resultado de las órdenes del Ministro de Sanidad de introducir medidas restrictivas de contención. La ejecución del proyecto permitirá a las PYME afectadas por medidas temporales de contención un acceso rápido al capital circulante para mantener sus actividades. (Spanish)
