Проектът е насочен и в подкрепа за лесен достъп до заетост и социално - икономическо интегриране на уязвимите групи, лица с ниска конкурентоспособност на пазара на труда, лица с ниска степен на образование, представители на маргинализираните общности и др. социално изключени лица, осигурявайки им работни места, доходи, устойчива заетост, подобряване достъпа до социални и здравни услуги, повишаване на здравната култура и др. Основна цел на проектното предложение е социално-икономическото развитие на територията на община Угърчин, осигуряващо нови работни места, намаляване на бедността и социално включване, в частност увеличаване броя на лицата от уязвими етнически общности, включени в заетост, образование, обучение, социални и здравни услуги с изключителен фокус върху ромската общност. Планираните дейности в проектното предложение са в контекста на разписаните цели и приоритети на ОП РЧР и СВОМР на МИГ - Троян, Априлци, Угърчин 2014-2020 г. Основни дейности, включени в проектната инициатива са:-Подобряване достъпа до заетост;-Подобряване достъпа до социални и здравни услуги;-Информация и комуникация;-Организация и управление на проекта. Дейностите са насочени към достигане до различни рискови групи на пазара на труда, с фокус върху ромите и предоставяне на равни възможности за консултиране и подпомагане за отпадането им от групата на икономически неактивните лица на пазара на труда, предоставяне на заетост, обучения и подкрепа за повишаване на здравната им култура и повишаване информираността относно социалните и здравните им права. The project is also aimed at supporting easy access to employment and social — economic integration of vulnerable groups, people with low competitiveness in the labour market, people with low levels of education, representatives of marginalised communities, etc., providing them with jobs, income, sustainable employment, improving access to social and health services, improving health culture, etc. The main objective of the project proposal is the socio-economic development of the territory of Ugarchin Municipality, providing new jobs, poverty reduction and social inclusion, in particular increasing the number of people from vulnerable ethnic communities involved in employment, education, training, social and health services with an exclusive focus on the Roma community. The planned activities in the project proposal are in the context of the planned objectives and priorities of OP HRD and CSLLD of LAG Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin 2014-2020. Main activities included in the project initiative are:-Improving access to employment;-Improving access to social and health services;- Information and communication;-Organisation and project management. The activities are aimed at reaching different groups at risk on the labour market, with a focus on Roma and providing equal opportunities for counselling and support for dropping out of the group of economically inactive people on the labour market, providing employment, training and support to increase their health culture and raising awareness of their social and health rights. Le projet vise également à faciliter l’accès à l’emploi et à l’intégration sociale — économique des groupes vulnérables, des personnes à faible compétitivité sur le marché du travail, des personnes ayant un faible niveau d’éducation, des représentants des communautés marginalisées, etc., en leur fournissant des emplois, des revenus, des emplois durables, en améliorant l’accès aux services sociaux et de santé, en améliorant la culture de la santé, etc. Le principal objectif du projet est le développement socio-économique du territoire de la municipalité d’Ugarchin, la création de nouveaux emplois, la réduction de la pauvreté et l’inclusion sociale, en particulier l’augmentation du nombre de personnes issues de communautés ethniques vulnérables impliquées dans l’emploi, l’éducation, la formation, les services sociaux et de santé, l’accent étant mis exclusivement sur la communauté rom. Les activités prévues dans la proposition de projet s’inscrivent dans le cadre des objectifs et priorités planifiés du PO HRD et du CSLLD du GAL Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin 2014-2020. Les principales activités incluses dans l’initiative du projet sont:-Améliorer l’accès à l’emploi;-Améliorer l’accès aux services sociaux et de santé;- Information et communication;- Organisation et gestion du projet. Les activités visent à atteindre les différents groupes à risque sur le marché du travail, en mettant l’accent sur les Roms et en offrant l’égalité des chances en matière de conseils et d’aide en faveur du décrochage du groupe des personnes économiquement inactives sur le marché du travail, en fournissant un emploi, une formation et un soutien afin d’accroître leur culture de santé et de sensibiliser à leurs droits sociaux et de santé. Das Projekt zielt auch darauf ab, den einfachen Zugang zu Beschäftigung und Soziales – wirtschaftliche Integration schutzbedürftiger Gruppen, Menschen mit geringer Wettbewerbsfähigkeit auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, Menschen mit niedrigem Bildungsniveau, Vertreter marginalisierter Gemeinschaften usw. – zu fördern, ihnen Arbeitsplätze, Einkommen, nachhaltige Beschäftigung zu bieten, den Zugang zu Sozial- und Gesundheitsdiensten zu verbessern, die Gesundheitskultur zu verbessern usw. Das Hauptziel des Projekts ist die sozioökonomische Entwicklung des Gebiets der Gemeinde Ugarchin, die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze, Armutsbekämpfung und soziale Eingliederung, insbesondere die Erhöhung der Zahl der Menschen aus gefährdeten ethnischen Gemeinschaften, die in Beschäftigung, allgemeine und berufliche Bildung, Sozial- und Gesundheitsdienstleistungen mit einem ausschließlichen Schwerpunkt auf die Roma-Gemeinschaft eingebunden sind. Die geplanten Maßnahmen des Projektvorschlags stehen im Zusammenhang mit den geplanten Zielen und Prioritäten des OP HRD und der CSLLD der LAG Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin 2014-2020. Die wichtigsten Aktivitäten der Projektinitiative sind: Verbesserung des Zugangs zur Beschäftigung;- Verbesserung des Zugangs zu Sozial- und Gesundheitsdiensten;- Information und Kommunikation;- Organisation und Projektmanagement. Die Aktivitäten zielen darauf ab, verschiedene Gruppen, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt gefährdet sind, zu erreichen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf den Roma liegt und Chancengleichheit für Beratung und Unterstützung für das Ausscheiden aus der Gruppe wirtschaftlich nicht erwerbstätiger Menschen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, die Bereitstellung von Arbeitsplätzen, Ausbildung und Unterstützung zur Stärkung ihrer Gesundheitskultur und zur Sensibilisierung für ihre sozialen und gesundheitlichen Rechte bietet. Het project heeft ook tot doel de gemakkelijke toegang tot werkgelegenheid en sociale — economische integratie van kwetsbare groepen, mensen met een laag concurrentievermogen op de arbeidsmarkt, mensen met een laag opleidingsniveau, vertegenwoordigers van gemarginaliseerde gemeenschappen, enz. te ondersteunen en hen banen, inkomen, duurzame werkgelegenheid, verbetering van de toegang tot sociale en gezondheidsdiensten, verbetering van de gezondheidscultuur, enz. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van het grondgebied van de gemeente Ugarchin, die nieuwe banen biedt, armoedebestrijding en sociale inclusie, met name het verhogen van het aantal mensen uit kwetsbare etnische gemeenschappen dat betrokken is bij werkgelegenheid, onderwijs, opleiding, sociale en gezondheidsdiensten, met exclusieve aandacht voor de Roma-gemeenschap. De geplande activiteiten in het projectvoorstel liggen in het kader van de geplande doelstellingen en prioriteiten van OP HRD en CSLLD van LAG Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin 2014-2020. Il progetto mira inoltre a sostenere un facile accesso all'occupazione e all'integrazione sociale — economica dei gruppi vulnerabili, delle persone a bassa competitività sul mercato del lavoro, delle persone con un basso livello di istruzione, dei rappresentanti delle comunità emarginate, ecc., fornendo loro posti di lavoro, reddito, occupazione sostenibile, migliorare l'accesso ai servizi sociali e sanitari, migliorare la cultura sanitaria, ecc. L'obiettivo principale della proposta di progetto è lo sviluppo socioeconomico del territorio del Comune di Ugarchina, fornendo nuovi posti di lavoro, la riduzione della povertà e l'inclusione sociale, in particolare aumentando il numero di persone provenienti da comunità etniche vulnerabili coinvolte nei servizi di occupazione, istruzione, formazione, sociale e sanitaria con un'attenzione esclusiva alla comunità Rom. Le attività previste nella proposta di progetto sono nel contesto degli obiettivi e delle priorità previste del PO HRD e del CSLLD del GAL Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin 2014-2020. El proyecto también tiene por objeto apoyar el fácil acceso al empleo y la integración social y económica de los grupos vulnerables, las personas con baja competitividad en el mercado laboral, las personas con bajos niveles de educación, los representantes de las comunidades marginadas, etc., proporcionarles empleo, ingresos, empleo sostenible, mejorar el acceso a los servicios sociales y sanitarios, mejorar la cultura sanitaria, etc. El principal objetivo de la propuesta de proyecto es el desarrollo socioeconómico del territorio del municipio de Ugarchin, proporcionando nuevos puestos de trabajo, reducción de la pobreza e inclusión social, en particular aumentando el número de personas de comunidades étnicas vulnerables que participan en el empleo, la educación, la formación, los servicios sociales y de salud, con especial atención a la comunidad romaní. Las actividades previstas en la propuesta de proyecto se enmarcan en los objetivos y prioridades previstos del PO DDH y CSLLD del GAL Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin 2014-2020. Principales actividades incluidas en la iniciativa del proyecto son:-Mejorar el acceso al empleo;-Mejorar el acceso a los servicios sociales y sanitarios;- Información y comunicación;-Organización y gestión de proyectos.
