Проектът има за цел да подкрепи намерението на Община Пловдив да създаде ново социално предприятие, което да окаже едно значимо положително социално въздействие върху живота на хората с увреждания. Тридесет и двама души с различни видове увреждания ще бъдат наети на пълен работен ден и на непълно работно време за период от дванадесет месеца. Те ще бъдат обучени да изпълняват различни видове операции, свързани с производството на промоционални текстилни торбички и магнити за хладилник. В допълнение са предвидени различни видове интервенции, с които да се подкрепи процесът на социална и професионална интеграция на целевата група. За постигане на тази цел ще бъдат наети психолози и социални консултанти, които ще работят с хората с увреждания, за да подобрят тяхната мотивация, психологическо състояние и социални умения. На работниците с увреждания ще бъде предоставено обучение за повишаване на тяхната социална компетентност. Социалното предприятие ще бъде управлявано с помощта на директор и счетоводител. Петима работници от целевата група на безработните и неактивни лица ще бъдат наети допълнително, за да подкрепят производствения процес. Проектът предвижда още провеждането на анализ на потребностите с цел създаването на работеща маркетингова стратегия. За популяризиране на продуктите на социалното предприятие ще бъдат използвани платформи в социалните медии и уебсайтове. (Bulgarian)

The project aims to support the intention of the Municipality of Plovdiv to create a new social enterprise that will have a significant positive social impact on the lives of people with disabilities. Thirty-two people with different types of disabilities will be employed full-time and part-time for a period of twelve months. They will be trained to perform different types of operations related to the production of promotional textile bags and refrigerator magnets. In addition, different types of interventions are envisaged to support the process of social and professional integration of the target group. To achieve this goal, psychologists and social consultants will be recruited to work with people with disabilities to improve their motivation, psychological status and social skills. Workers with disabilities will be provided with training to enhance their social competence. The social enterprise will be managed with the help of a director and an accountant. Five targeted workers of the unemployed and inactive will be further recruited to support the production process. The project also provides for a needs analysis in order to create a working marketing strategy. Social media platforms and websites will be used to promote social enterprise products. (English)

Le projet vise à soutenir l’intention de la municipalité de Plovdiv de créer une nouvelle entreprise sociale qui aura un impact social positif significatif sur la vie des personnes handicapées. Trente-deux personnes souffrant de différents types d’incapacités seront employées à temps plein et à temps partiel pendant une période de douze mois. Ils seront formés pour effectuer différents types d’opérations liées à la production de sacs textiles promotionnels et d’aimants de réfrigérateur. En outre, différents types d’interventions sont envisagés pour soutenir le processus d’intégration sociale et professionnelle du groupe cible. Pour atteindre cet objectif, des psychologues et des consultants sociaux seront recrutés pour travailler avec les personnes handicapées afin d’améliorer leur motivation, leur statut psychologique et leurs compétences sociales. Les travailleurs handicapés recevront une formation pour renforcer leurs compétences sociales. L’entreprise sociale sera gérée avec l’aide d’un directeur et d’un comptable. Cinq travailleurs ciblés des chômeurs et des inactifs seront encore recrutés pour soutenir le processus de production. Le projet prévoit également une analyse des besoins afin de créer une stratégie de marketing opérationnelle. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Absicht der Gemeinde Plovdiv zu unterstützen, ein neues soziales Unternehmen zu gründen, das erhebliche positive soziale Auswirkungen auf das Leben von Menschen mit Behinderungen hat. 32 Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Arten von Behinderungen werden für einen Zeitraum von zwölf Monaten Vollzeit- und Teilzeitbeschäftigungen sein. Sie werden geschult, um verschiedene Arten von Operationen im Zusammenhang mit der Herstellung von Werbetextilbeuteln und Kühlschrankmagneten durchzuführen. Darüber hinaus sind verschiedene Arten von Interventionen vorgesehen, um den Prozess der sozialen und beruflichen Integration der Zielgruppe zu unterstützen. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, werden Psychologen und Sozialberater eingestellt, um mit Menschen mit Behinderungen zusammenzuarbeiten, um ihre Motivation, ihren psychologischen Status und ihre sozialen Fähigkeiten zu verbessern. Arbeitnehmer mit Behinderungen werden geschult, um ihre soziale Kompetenz zu verbessern. Das soziale Unternehmen wird mit Hilfe eines Direktors und eines Buchhalters geführt. Het project is bedoeld om het voornemen van de gemeente Plovdiv te ondersteunen om een nieuwe sociale onderneming op te richten die een aanzienlijke positieve sociale impact zal hebben op het leven van mensen met een handicap. Tweeëndertig personen met verschillende soorten handicaps zullen gedurende een periode van twaalf maanden voltijds en deeltijds in dienst zijn. Zij zullen worden opgeleid om verschillende soorten activiteiten uit te voeren in verband met de productie van promotionele textielzakken en koelkastmagneten. Daarnaast worden verschillende interventietypes overwogen om het proces van sociale en professionele integratie van de doelgroep te ondersteunen. Om dit doel te bereiken, zullen psychologen en sociaal adviseurs worden aangeworven om met mensen met een handicap te werken om hun motivatie, psychologische status en sociale vaardigheden te verbeteren. Werknemers met een handicap zullen een opleiding krijgen om hun sociale competentie te vergroten. De sociale onderneming zal worden beheerd met de hulp van een directeur en een accountant. Vijf werknemers van werklozen en inactieven voor wie steun wordt aangevraagd, zullen verder worden aangeworven om het productieproces te ondersteunen. Het project voorziet ook in een behoefteanalyse om een werkende marketingstrategie te ontwikkelen. Il progetto mira a sostenere l'intenzione del Comune di Plovdiv di creare una nuova impresa sociale che avrà un significativo impatto sociale positivo sulla vita delle persone con disabilità. Trentadue persone con diversi tipi di disabilità saranno impiegate a tempo pieno e part-time per un periodo di dodici mesi. Saranno formati per eseguire diversi tipi di operazioni relative alla produzione di borse tessili promozionali e magneti frigoriferi. Inoltre, sono previsti diversi tipi di interventi per sostenere il processo di integrazione sociale e professionale del gruppo destinatario. Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, gli psicologi e i consulenti sociali saranno reclutati per lavorare con persone con disabilità per migliorare la loro motivazione, lo stato psicologico e le competenze sociali. Ai lavoratori con disabilità verrà impartita una formazione per migliorare la loro competenza sociale. L'impresa sociale sarà gestita con l'aiuto di un direttore e di un commercialista. Cinque lavoratori destinatari dei disoccupati e inattivi saranno ulteriormente assunti per sostenere il processo di produzione. Il progetto prevede inoltre un'analisi delle esigenze al fine di creare una strategia di marketing di lavoro. El proyecto tiene como objetivo apoyar la intención de la Municipalidad de Plovdiv de crear una nueva empresa social que tenga un impacto social positivo significativo en la vida de las personas con discapacidad. Treinta y dos personas con diferentes tipos de discapacidad serán empleadas a tiempo completo y a tiempo parcial durante un período de doce meses. Serán capacitados para realizar diferentes tipos de operaciones relacionadas con la producción de bolsas textiles promocionales e imanes frigoríficos. Además, se prevén diferentes tipos de intervenciones para apoyar el proceso de integración social y profesional del grupo destinatario. Para lograr este objetivo, se contratará a psicólogos y consultores sociales para trabajar con personas con discapacidad a fin de mejorar su motivación, estado psicológico y habilidades sociales. Los trabajadores con discapacidad recibirán formación para mejorar su competencia social. La empresa social se gestionará con la ayuda de un director y un contable. Cinco trabajadores desempleados e inactivos seleccionados serán contratados para apoyar el proceso de producción. El proyecto también prevé un análisis de las necesidades con el fin de crear una estrategia de marketing de trabajo.
