Проектното предложение има за цел да се предоставят услуги на деца в ранна детска възраст и техните семейства за подобряване на достъпа до здравна грижа, формиране на родителски умения, подобряване на семейната среда, повишаване на училищната готовност на децата за включване в образователната система, както и предотвратяване на настаняването на деца в специализирани институции. Чрез подобряване на готовността на децата за включване в образователната система и подкрепата за формиране на родителски умения сред уязвимите групи родители, се цели да се ограничи и предаването на бедността между поколенията. Услугите ще се предоставят в Център за деца и семейства, създаден по Проекта за социално включване за интегрирани услуги за ранно детско развитие, насочени към деца до 7 годишна възраст от уязвими групи, вкл. деца с увреждания и техните семейства, както и бъдещи родители. The project proposal aims to provide services to early childhood children and their families to improve access to health care, the formation of parental skills, improving the family environment, increasing the school readiness of children for inclusion in the education system, as well as preventing the placement of children in specialised institutions. By improving children’s readiness for inclusion in education and supporting the formation of parental skills among vulnerable parent groups, the aim is also to limit intergenerational transmission of poverty. The services will be provided in the Center for Children and Families established under the Social Inclusion Project for integrated early childhood development services aimed at children under 7 years of age from vulnerable groups, including children with disabilities and their families, as well as future parents. La proposition de projet vise à fournir des services aux enfants de la petite enfance et à leur famille afin d’améliorer l’accès aux soins de santé, la formation des compétences parentales, l’amélioration de l’environnement familial, l’amélioration de la préparation scolaire des enfants à l’intégration dans le système éducatif et la prévention du placement des enfants dans des établissements spécialisés. En améliorant la préparation des enfants à l’inclusion dans l’éducation et en favorisant la formation des compétences parentales parmi les groupes de parents vulnérables, l’objectif est également de limiter la transmission intergénérationnelle de la pauvreté. Les services seront fournis dans le Centre pour les enfants et les familles créé dans le cadre du projet d’inclusion sociale pour des services intégrés de développement de la petite enfance destinés aux enfants de moins de 7 ans issus de groupes vulnérables, y compris les enfants handicapés et leurs familles, ainsi qu’aux futurs parents. Der Projektvorschlag zielt darauf ab, Kindern und ihren Familien im Kindesalter Dienstleistungen anzubieten, um den Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung zu verbessern, die Bildung von elterlichen Fähigkeiten zu verbessern, das familiäre Umfeld zu verbessern, die Schulbereitschaft von Kindern für die Aufnahme in das Bildungssystem zu erhöhen und die Unterbringung von Kindern in spezialisierte Einrichtungen zu verhindern. Durch die Verbesserung der Bereitschaft der Kinder zur Eingliederung in die Bildung und die Förderung der Bildung von elterlichen Fähigkeiten unter schutzbedürftigen Elterngruppen soll auch die generationenübergreifende Übertragung von Armut eingeschränkt werden. Die Dienstleistungen werden in dem im Rahmen des Projekts „Soziale Eingliederung“ eingerichteten Zentrum für Kinder und Familien für integrierte frühkindliche Entwicklungsdienste für Kinder unter 7 Jahren aus gefährdeten Gruppen, einschließlich Kindern mit Behinderungen und deren Familien, sowie zukünftiger Eltern angeboten. Het projectvoorstel is gericht op het verlenen van diensten aan jonge kinderen en hun gezinnen om de toegang tot gezondheidszorg te verbeteren, de vorming van ouderlijke vaardigheden te verbeteren, de gezinsomgeving te verbeteren, de schoolbereidheid van kinderen voor opname in het onderwijsstelsel te vergroten en de plaatsing van kinderen in gespecialiseerde instellingen te voorkomen. Door de bereidheid van kinderen om in het onderwijs te worden opgenomen te verbeteren en de vorming van ouderlijke vaardigheden bij kwetsbare oudergroepen te ondersteunen, is het doel ook de overdracht van armoede tussen generaties te beperken. De diensten zullen worden verleend in het Centrum voor kinderen en gezinnen dat is opgericht in het kader van het project voor sociale integratie voor geïntegreerde diensten voor de ontwikkeling van jonge kinderen, gericht op kinderen jonger dan 7 jaar uit kwetsbare groepen, waaronder kinderen met een handicap en hun gezinnen, alsook toekomstige ouders. La proposta di progetto mira a fornire servizi ai bambini della prima infanzia e alle loro famiglie per migliorare l'accesso all'assistenza sanitaria, la formazione delle competenze dei genitori, il miglioramento dell'ambiente familiare, l'aumento della prontezza scolastica dei bambini per l'inclusione nel sistema educativo, nonché la prevenzione del collocamento dei bambini in istituti specializzati. Migliorando la disponibilità dei minori all'inclusione nell'istruzione e sostenendo la formazione delle competenze genitoriali tra i gruppi di genitori vulnerabili, l'obiettivo è anche quello di limitare la trasmissione intergenerazionale della povertà. I servizi saranno forniti nel Centro per i Bambini e le Famiglie istituito nell'ambito del Progetto di Inclusione Sociale per servizi integrati di sviluppo della prima infanzia rivolti ai bambini di età inferiore ai 7 anni provenienti da gruppi vulnerabili, compresi i bambini con disabilità e le loro famiglie, nonché i futuri genitori. La propuesta de proyecto tiene por objeto proporcionar servicios a los niños en la primera infancia y a sus familias para mejorar el acceso a la atención de la salud, la formación de aptitudes parentales, la mejora del entorno familiar, el aumento de la preparación escolar de los niños para su inclusión en el sistema educativo, así como la prevención de la colocación de niños en instituciones especializadas. Mediante la mejora de la preparación de los niños para la inclusión en la educación y el apoyo a la formación de aptitudes parentales entre los grupos de padres vulnerables, el objetivo es también limitar la transmisión intergeneracional de la pobreza. Los servicios se prestarán en el Centro para los Niños y las Familias establecido en el marco del Proyecto de Inclusión Social para servicios integrados de desarrollo de la primera infancia destinados a los niños menores de 7 años de grupos vulnerables, incluidos los niños con discapacidad y sus familias, así como a los futuros padres.
