Звеното за социални услуги в домашна среда към Домашен социален патронаж – гр.Пещера ще предоставя почасови услуги за лична помощ на хора с увреждания и хора над 65 г. в невъзможност за самообслужване, за комунално – битови дейности и в подкрепа на социалното включване чрез предоставяне на социалната услуга “Личен асистент”. Основните проблеми на хората с увреждания и хората над 65 г., които са в частична или пълна невъзможност да се самообслужват вкъщи, най-често поради здравословни проблеми и обикновено самотноживеещи, е невъзможността да организират самостоятелно бита си и ежедневните си дейности, както и липсата на социални контакти. В резултат на изпълнение на дейностите ще се подобри качеството на живот на хората с увреждания и хората над 65 г. в невъзможност за самообслужване чрез създаване на условия и подкрепа за ефективно упражняване правото им на независим живот и социално включване, при зачитане на правата им, съобразяване с техните възможности и специфични потребности. The Department for Social Services in Home Environment at Home Social Patronage — Peshtera will provide hourly services for personal assistance to people with disabilities and people over 65 years old, inability to self-service, for utility and household activities and in support of social inclusion through the provision of the social service “Personal Assistant”. The main problems of people with disabilities and people over 65, who are in partial or total inability to self-service at home, most often due to health problems and usually lonely, is the inability to organise their own lifestyles and their daily activities, as well as the lack of social contacts. As a result of the implementation of the activities, the quality of life of people with disabilities and people over 65 will be improved in a self-service capacity by creating conditions and supporting the effective exercise of their right to independent life and social inclusion, while respecting their rights, taking into account their capacities and specific needs. Le Département des services sociaux dans l’environnement familial à domicile Patronage social — Peshtera fournira des services horaires d’assistance personnelle aux personnes handicapées et aux personnes âgées de plus de 65 ans, l’incapacité de se faire en libre-service, pour les activités d’utilité et de ménage et à l’appui de l’inclusion sociale par la fourniture du service social «Assistant personnel». Les principaux problèmes des personnes handicapées et des personnes de plus de 65 ans, qui sont dans l’incapacité partielle ou totale du libre-service à domicile, le plus souvent en raison de problèmes de santé et généralement isolés, sont l’incapacité d’organiser leurs propres modes de vie et leurs activités quotidiennes, ainsi que le manque de contacts sociaux. Grâce à la mise en œuvre des activités, la qualité de vie des personnes handicapées et des personnes de plus de 65 ans sera améliorée dans une capacité en libre-service en créant les conditions et en soutenant l’exercice effectif de leur droit à une vie indépendante et à l’inclusion sociale, tout en respectant leurs droits, en tenant compte de leurs capacités et de leurs besoins spécifiques. Das Department for Social Services in Home Environment at Home Social Patronage – Peshtera bietet Stundendienste für persönliche Hilfe für Menschen mit Behinderungen und Menschen über 65 Jahre, Unfähigkeit zur Selbstbedienung, für Versorgungs- und Haushaltstätigkeiten und zur Unterstützung der sozialen Inklusion durch die Erbringung des Sozialdienstes „Personal Assistant“. Die Hauptprobleme von Menschen mit Behinderungen und Menschen über 65, die teilweise oder völlig in der Lage sind, sich zu Hause zu versorgen, meist aufgrund gesundheitlicher Probleme und in der Regel einsam, sind die Unfähigkeit, ihren eigenen Lebensstil und ihre täglichen Aktivitäten zu organisieren, sowie das Fehlen sozialer Kontakte. Infolge der Durchführung der Maßnahmen wird die Lebensqualität von Menschen mit Behinderungen und Menschen über 65 Jahren in Form von Selbstbedienungskapazitäten verbessert, indem Bedingungen geschaffen und die wirksame Ausübung ihres Rechts auf unabhängiges Leben und soziale Inklusion unterstützt werden, wobei ihre Rechte unter Berücksichtigung ihrer Kapazitäten und spezifischen Bedürfnisse gewahrt werden. Het Department for Social Services in Home Environment at Home Social Patronage — Peshtera biedt uurdiensten voor persoonlijke bijstand aan mensen met een handicap en personen ouder dan 65 jaar, onvermogen tot zelfbediening, voor nutsvoorzieningen en huishoudelijke activiteiten en ter ondersteuning van sociale inclusie door middel van de sociale dienst „Personal Assistant”. De belangrijkste problemen van mensen met een handicap en 65-plussers, die gedeeltelijk of volledig niet in staat zijn om thuis zelfbediening te verrichten, meestal als gevolg van gezondheidsproblemen en meestal eenzaam, zijn het onvermogen om hun eigen levensstijl en hun dagelijkse activiteiten te organiseren, evenals het gebrek aan sociale contacten. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van de activiteiten zal de levenskwaliteit van personen met een handicap en personen ouder dan 65 jaar in zelfbedieningscapaciteit worden verbeterd door voorwaarden te scheppen en de daadwerkelijke uitoefening van hun recht op zelfstandig leven en sociale inclusie te ondersteunen, met inachtneming van hun rechten, rekening houdend met hun capaciteiten en specifieke behoeften. El Departamento de Servicios Sociales en el Hogar del Patronato Social de Peshtera proporcionará servicios por hora para la asistencia personal a personas con discapacidad y mayores de 65 años, incapacidad para autoservicio, servicios públicos y actividades domésticas y en apoyo de la inclusión social mediante la prestación del servicio social «Asistente Personal». Los principales problemas de las personas con discapacidad y las personas mayores de 65 años, que están en incapacidad parcial o total de autoservicio en el hogar, a menudo debido a problemas de salud y por lo general solos, son la incapacidad de organizar su propio estilo de vida y sus actividades diarias, así como la falta de contactos sociales.
