Осигуряването на достъпни, висококачествени и устойчиви услуги за семейства и възрастни хора в риск, хора с увреждания и техните семейства, както и възможности за достъп до пазара на труда за икономически неактивните лица е един от ефективните инструменти за подобряване качеството на техния живот, както и за тяхното пълноценно включване в обществото.Реализирането на проекта ще подобри качеството на живот на уязвимите групи, достъпа до социални услуги в общността и до пазара на труда чрез въвеждане на комплексни действия на територията на община Венец. Дейностите са от голямо значение за общината, тъй като за възрастните хора и хората с увреждания липсват перспективи и възможности за ресоциализация, не са развити алтернативните услуги и те разчитат единствено на своите близки. В тази връзка ще бъдат проведени мероприятия за професионално ориентиране и консултиране и подобряване на достъпа до услуги за кариерно развитие, насърчаване участието на пазара на труда, мотивиране и възстановяване на трудовата активност, проведени обучения по "Дигитална компетентност" и професионално обучение за "Болногледач", ще бъде осигурена заетост на лица с увреждания, както и ще бъде стартирана иновативна социална услуга: "Социално (Bulgarian)

Providing affordable, high-quality and sustainable services for families and elderly people at risk, people with disabilities and their families, as well as opportunities for access to the labour market for economically inactive persons is one of the effective tools for improving their quality of life as well as for their full inclusion in society. The implementation of the project will improve the quality of life of vulnerable groups, access to social services in the community and the labour market by introducing complex actions on the territory of the municipality of Venets. The activities are of great importance to the municipality, as older people and people with disabilities lack prospects and opportunities for re-socialisation, alternative services are not developed and they rely only on their relatives. Fournir des services abordables, de qualité et durables aux familles et aux personnes âgées à risque, aux personnes handicapées et à leurs familles, ainsi que des possibilités d’accès au marché du travail pour les personnes économiquement inactives est l’un des outils efficaces pour améliorer leur qualité de vie et leur pleine intégration dans la société. La mise en œuvre du projet améliorera la qualité de vie des groupes vulnérables, l’accès aux services sociaux dans la communauté et le marché du travail en introduisant des actions complexes sur le territoire de la municipalité de Vénits. Les activités sont d’une grande importance pour la municipalité, étant donné que les personnes âgées et les personnes handicapées manquent de perspectives et de possibilités de resocialisation, que les services alternatifs ne sont pas développés et qu’ils ne dépendent que de leurs proches. Die Bereitstellung erschwinglicher, qualitativ hochwertiger und nachhaltiger Dienstleistungen für gefährdete Familien und ältere Menschen, Menschen mit Behinderungen und ihre Familien sowie Möglichkeiten für den Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt für wirtschaftlich nicht erwerbstätige Personen ist eines der wirksamen Instrumente zur Verbesserung ihrer Lebensqualität und ihrer vollständigen Eingliederung in die Gesellschaft. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird die Lebensqualität schutzbedürftiger Gruppen, den Zugang zu sozialen Dienstleistungen in der Gemeinschaft und auf dem Arbeitsmarkt durch die Einführung komplexer Maßnahmen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Venets verbessern. Die Aktivitäten sind für die Gemeinde von großer Bedeutung, da ältere Menschen und Menschen mit Behinderungen keine Aussichten und Möglichkeiten für eine Resozialisierung haben, alternative Dienstleistungen nicht entwickelt werden und nur auf ihre Angehörigen angewiesen sind. Het bieden van betaalbare, kwalitatief hoogwaardige en duurzame diensten voor gezinnen en ouderen die risico lopen, mensen met een handicap en hun gezinnen, evenals kansen op toegang tot de arbeidsmarkt voor economisch inactieven, is een van de doeltreffende instrumenten om hun levenskwaliteit te verbeteren en volledig te integreren in de samenleving. De uitvoering van het project zal de levenskwaliteit van kwetsbare groepen verbeteren, de toegang tot sociale diensten in de gemeenschap en de arbeidsmarkt verbeteren door complexe acties op het grondgebied van de gemeente Venets in te voeren. De activiteiten zijn van groot belang voor de gemeente, aangezien ouderen en mensen met een handicap geen vooruitzichten en mogelijkheden voor resocialisatie hebben, alternatieve diensten niet worden ontwikkeld en alleen afhankelijk zijn van hun familieleden. Fornire servizi a prezzi accessibili, di alta qualità e sostenibili per le famiglie e gli anziani a rischio, le persone con disabilità e le loro famiglie, nonché opportunità di accesso al mercato del lavoro per le persone economicamente inattive è uno degli strumenti efficaci per migliorare la loro qualità di vita e per la loro piena inclusione nella società. L'attuazione del progetto migliorerà la qualità della vita dei gruppi vulnerabili, l'accesso ai servizi sociali nella comunità e nel mercato del lavoro introducendo azioni complesse sul territorio del comune di Venets. Le attività sono di grande importanza per il comune, in quanto le persone anziane e le persone con disabilità non hanno prospettive e opportunità di risocializzazione, i servizi alternativi non sono sviluppati e si affidano solo ai loro familiari. La prestación de servicios asequibles, de alta calidad y sostenibles para las familias y las personas mayores en situación de riesgo, las personas con discapacidad y sus familias, así como las oportunidades de acceso al mercado laboral para las personas económicamente inactivas es una de las herramientas eficaces para mejorar su calidad de vida, así como para su plena inclusión en la sociedad. La ejecución del proyecto mejorará la calidad de vida de los grupos vulnerables, el acceso a los servicios sociales en la comunidad y el mercado laboral mediante la introducción de acciones complejas en el territorio del municipio de Venets. Las actividades son de gran importancia para el municipio, ya que las personas mayores y las personas con discapacidad carecen de perspectivas y oportunidades de resocialización, no se desarrollan servicios alternativos y dependen únicamente de sus familiares.
