Разкриване и функциониране на социалните услуги Център за обществена подкрепа и Дневен център за подкрепа на деца и младежи с увреждания и техните семейства, чрез въведена комплексна подкрепа и интегрирани социално-здравни, консултативни и терапевтични услуги, които да доведат до създаване на необходимите условия за подобряване на начина и качеството на живот на децата в риск и техните семейства, както и на децата и младежите с увреждания и техните семейства. Изграждането на нови социални услуги е в изпълнение на Актуализирания план за действие за изпълнение на Националната стратегия "Визия за деинституционализация на децата в Република България" , чиято основна цел е "Гарантиране на правото на децата на семейна среда и достъп до качествена грижа и услуги според индивидуалните им потребности". Opening and functioning of social services Public Support Centre and Day Care Centre for Support of Children and Youth with Disabilities and their Families, through integrated support and integrated socio-health, advisory and therapeutic services, which will create the necessary conditions for improving the way and quality of life of children at risk and their families, as well as children and young people with disabilities and their families. The construction of new social services is the implementation of the Updated Action Plan for the implementation of the National Strategy “Vision for deinstitutionalisation of children in the Republic of Bulgaria”, the main objective of which is “Ensuring the right of children to a family environment and access to quality care and services according to their individual needs”. Ouverture et fonctionnement des services sociaux Centre public d’appui et Centre de garde pour le soutien aux enfants et aux jeunes handicapés et à leur famille, grâce à un soutien intégré et à des services socio-sanitaires intégrés, consultatifs et thérapeutiques, qui créeront les conditions nécessaires à l’amélioration du mode de vie et de la qualité de vie des enfants à risque et de leur famille, ainsi que des enfants et des jeunes handicapés et de leur famille. La construction de nouveaux services sociaux est la mise en œuvre du Plan d’action actualisé pour la mise en œuvre de la Stratégie nationale «Vision pour la désinstitutionnalisation des enfants en République de Bulgarie», dont l’objectif principal est de garantir le droit des enfants à un milieu familial et l’accès à des soins et à des services de qualité en fonction de leurs besoins individuels. Öffnung und Funktionsweise der öffentlichen Unterstützungszentrum und des Tagesbetreuungszentrums zur Unterstützung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Behinderungen und ihrer Familien durch integrierte Unterstützung und integrierte Sozial-, Beratungs- und therapeutische Dienste, die die notwendigen Voraussetzungen für die Verbesserung der Lebensweise und der Lebensqualität gefährdeter Kinder und ihrer Familien sowie von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Behinderungen und ihren Familien schaffen. Der Aufbau neuer sozialer Dienste ist die Umsetzung des aktualisierten Aktionsplans zur Umsetzung der nationalen Strategie „Vision zur Deinstitutionalisierung von Kindern in der Republik Bulgarien“, deren Hauptziel darin besteht, „das Recht von Kindern auf ein familiäres Umfeld und den Zugang zu qualitativ hochwertigen Betreuungs- und Dienstleistungen entsprechend ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen zu gewährleisten“. Opening en werking van sociale diensten van het Public Support Centre en Day Care Centre voor de ondersteuning van kinderen en jongeren met een handicap en hun gezinnen, door middel van geïntegreerde ondersteuning en geïntegreerde sociale gezondheids-, advies- en therapeutische diensten, die de noodzakelijke voorwaarden zullen scheppen om de manier en kwaliteit van leven van risicokinderen en hun gezinnen te verbeteren, alsook van kinderen en jongeren met een handicap en hun gezinnen. De bouw van nieuwe sociale diensten is de uitvoering van het geactualiseerde actieplan voor de uitvoering van de nationale strategie „Visie voor de deïnstitutionalisering van kinderen in de Republiek Bulgarije”, waarvan de belangrijkste doelstelling is „het recht van kinderen op een gezinsomgeving en toegang tot hoogwaardige zorg en diensten overeenkomstig hun individuele behoeften waarborgen”.
