Проектното предложение за получаване на безвъзмездна финансова помощ по процедура за директно предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Енергийна ефективност в периферните райони”, Приоритетна ос 2 „Подкрепа за енергийна ефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони“ на Оперативна програма „Региони в растеж“ 2014-2020 г. цели да повиши енергийната ефективност на обществена сграда на държавната администрация, находяща се в гр. Троян, ул. "Г. С. Раковски" №1, изпълнявайки енергоспестяващи мерки – топлоизолация на външни стени и покрива, подмяна на дограма, обновяване на отоплението, вентилацията и осветлението. При изпълнение на предписаните енергоспестяващи мерки сградата ще удовлетвори изискванията за енергийна ефективност, топлосъхранение и икономия на енергия в сгради в съответствие с Наредба № 7 от 2004 г., акт.към 14.04.2015г. и ще достигне клас на енергопотреблениe “В”. The project proposal for receiving a grant under the direct grant procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 “Energy efficiency in peripheral regions”, Priority Axis 2 “Support for energy efficiency in support centres in peripheral areas” of Operational Programme Regions in Growth 2014-2020 aims to increase the energy efficiency of a public building of the state administration located in Troyan, 1, G. S. Rakovski Str., implementing energy-saving measures — thermal insulation of external walls and roofs, replacement of windows, renovation of heating, ventilation and lighting. When implementing the prescribed energy saving measures, the building will meet the requirements for energy efficiency, heat storage and energy savings in buildings in accordance with Regulation No 7 of 2004, Act on 14 April 2015 and will reach class “B”. La proposition de projet pour bénéficier d’une subvention dans le cadre de la procédure de subvention directe BG16RFOP001-2.001 «Efficacité énergétique dans les régions périphériques», axe prioritaire 2 «Soutien à l’efficacité énergétique dans les centres de soutien dans les zones périphériques» du programme opérationnel Régions en croissance 2014-2020 vise à accroître l’efficacité énergétique d’un bâtiment public de l’administration publique situé à Troyan, 1, G. S. Rakovski Str., mettant en œuvre des mesures d’économie d’énergie — isolation thermique des murs extérieurs et des toits, remplacement des fenêtres, rénovation du chauffage, de la ventilation et de l’éclairage. Lors de la mise en œuvre des mesures d’économies d’énergie prescrites, le bâtiment répondra aux exigences en matière d’efficacité énergétique, de stockage de chaleur et d’économies d’énergie dans les bâtiments conformément au règlement no 7 de 2004, loi du 14 avril 2015 et atteindra la classe «B». Der Projektvorschlag für die Gewährung einer Finanzhilfe im Rahmen des Direktzuschussverfahrens BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Energieeffizienz in Randregionen“, Prioritätsachse 2 „Förderung der Energieeffizienz in Förderzentren in Randgebieten“ des operationellen Programms Regionen im Wachstum 2014-2020 zielt darauf ab, die Energieeffizienz eines öffentlichen Gebäudes der staatlichen Verwaltung in Troyan, 1, G. S. Rakovski Str., zu steigern, energiesparende Maßnahmen – Wärmedämmung von Außenwänden und Dächern, Austausch von Fenstern, Renovierung von Heizung, Lüftung und Beleuchtung. Bei der Umsetzung der vorgeschriebenen Energieeinsparungsmaßnahmen wird das Gebäude die Anforderungen an Energieeffizienz, Wärmespeicherung und Energieeinsparungen in Gebäuden gemäß der Verordnung Nr. 7 von 2004 vom 14. April 2015 erfüllen und die Klasse „B“ erreichen. (German)

Het projectvoorstel voor het ontvangen van een subsidie in het kader van de rechtstreekse subsidieprocedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Energie-efficiëntie in perifere regio’s”, prioritaire as 2 „Ondersteuning van energie-efficiëntie in ondersteunende centra in perifere gebieden” van operationele programmaregio’s in groei 2014-2020, heeft tot doel de energie-efficiëntie te verhogen van een openbaar gebouw van de overheid in Troyan, 1, G. S. Rakovski Str., uitvoering van energiebesparende maatregelen — thermische isolatie van externe muren en daken, vervanging van ramen, renovatie van verwarming, ventilatie en verlichting. Bij de uitvoering van de voorgeschreven energiebesparingsmaatregelen zal het gebouw voldoen aan de eisen inzake energie-efficiëntie, warmteopslag en energiebesparing in gebouwen overeenkomstig Regeling nr. 7 van 2004, Wet van 14 april 2015 en zal het gebouw klasse „B” bereiken. S. Rakovski Str., attuazione di misure di risparmio energetico — isolamento termico di pareti e tetti esterni, sostituzione di finestre, ristrutturazione del riscaldamento, ventilazione e illuminazione. Nell'attuare le misure di risparmio energetico prescritte, l'edificio soddisferà i requisiti in materia di efficienza energetica, stoccaggio del calore e risparmio energetico negli edifici ai sensi del regolamento n. 7 del 2004, legge del 14 aprile 2015 e raggiungerà la classe "B". S. Rakovski Str., aplicando medidas de ahorro de energía — aislamiento térmico de paredes y techos exteriores, sustitución de ventanas, renovación de calefacción, ventilación e iluminación. Al aplicar las medidas de ahorro energético prescritas, el edificio cumplirá los requisitos de eficiencia energética, almacenamiento de calor y ahorro de energía en los edificios de conformidad con el Reglamento n.º 7 de 2004, Ley de 14 de abril de 2015 y alcanzará la clase «B».
