С изпълнението на проект "Реконструкция и рехабилитация на площад "Албена" - гр. Силистра" се цели повишаване привлекателността на града, качеството и комфорта на обитаване, чрез интегрирано въздействие върху значими градски пространства. Основните дейности в проекта са свързани с реконструкция и рехабилитация на алейната мрежа, тротоарни настилки, възстановяване на водно огледало и паметник "1800 години Силистра", създаване на детска площадка и зони за отдих, изграждане на велоалея, въвеждане на видеонаблюдение и енергоспестяващо осветление и осигуряване на достъпна среда за хора със затруднена мобилност. Основната целева група с оглед спецификата на проекта обхваща цялото население на гр. Силистра, което с реализацията на проекта ще бъде облагодетелствано от създадената привлекателна градска среда, която ще повиши качеството на живот, социалното включване и ще подобри екологичната среда. The implementation of the project “Reconstruction and rehabilitation of Albena Square — Silistra” aims to increase the attractiveness of the city, the quality and comfort of living through an integrated impact on significant urban spaces. The main activities in the project are related to reconstruction and rehabilitation of the alley network, pavement, restoration of a water mirror and monument “1800 years Silistra”, creation of children’s playground and recreation areas, construction of the bike lane, introduction of video surveillance and energy-saving lighting and providing an accessible environment for people with difficult mobility. The main target group in view of the specificity of the project covers the entire population of Silistra, which with the realisation of the project will benefit from the created attractive urban environment, which will increase the quality of life, social inclusion and improve the environmental environment. La mise en œuvre du projet «Reconstruction et réhabilitation de la place Albena — Silistra» vise à accroître l’attractivité de la ville, la qualité et le confort de la vie grâce à un impact intégré sur des espaces urbains importants. Les principales activités du projet concernent la reconstruction et la remise en état du réseau de ruelles, le trottoir, la restauration d’un miroir d’eau et du monument «1800 ans Silistra», la création d’aires de jeux et de loisirs pour enfants, la construction de la voie cyclable, l’introduction de la vidéosurveillance et l’éclairage économe en énergie et la mise en place d’un environnement accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Compte tenu de la spécificité du projet, le principal groupe cible couvre l’ensemble de la population de Silistra, qui, avec la réalisation du projet, bénéficiera d’un environnement urbain attrayant créé, qui améliorera la qualité de vie, l’inclusion sociale et l’environnement environnemental. Die Umsetzung des Projekts „Rekonstruktion und Sanierung des Albena-Platzes – Silistra“ zielt darauf ab, die Attraktivität der Stadt, die Qualität und den Komfort des Lebens durch integrierte Auswirkungen auf bedeutende städtische Räume zu erhöhen. Die wichtigsten Aktivitäten des Projekts betreffen den Wiederaufbau und die Sanierung des Gassennetzes, den Gehweg, die Wiederherstellung eines Wasserspiegels und Denkmals „1800 Jahre Silistra“, die Schaffung von Kinderspielplätzen und Erholungsgebieten, den Bau der Fahrradspur, die Einführung von Videoüberwachung und energiesparender Beleuchtung und die Schaffung eines barrierefreien Umfelds für Menschen mit schwieriger Mobilität. Die wichtigste Zielgruppe im Hinblick auf die Spezifität des Projekts umfasst die gesamte Bevölkerung von Silistra, die mit der Realisierung des Projekts von dem geschaffenen attraktiven städtischen Umfeld profitieren wird, das die Lebensqualität, die soziale Inklusion und die Umwelt verbessern wird. De uitvoering van het project „Reconstructie en rehabilitatie van het Albenaplein — Silistra” heeft tot doel de aantrekkelijkheid van de stad, de kwaliteit en het comfort van het leven te vergroten door een geïntegreerde impact op belangrijke stedelijke ruimtes. De belangrijkste activiteiten van het project hebben betrekking op de wederopbouw en rehabilitatie van het steegnetwerk, de bestrating, de restauratie van een waterspiegel en monument „1800 jaar Silistra”, de aanleg van speeltuinen en recreatiegebieden voor kinderen, de aanleg van de fietsbaan, de invoering van videobewaking en energiebesparende verlichting en het bieden van een toegankelijke omgeving voor mensen met een moeilijke mobiliteit. Gezien de specificiteit van het project omvat de belangrijkste doelgroep de gehele bevolking van Silistra, die met de realisatie van het project zal profiteren van de gecreëerde aantrekkelijke stedelijke omgeving, die de kwaliteit van leven, sociale inclusie en verbetering van het milieu zal verbeteren. L'attuazione del progetto "Recostruzione e riabilitazione di Piazza Albena — Silistra" mira ad aumentare l'attrattiva della città, la qualità e il comfort di vivere attraverso un impatto integrato su importanti spazi urbani. Le attività principali del progetto riguardano la ricostruzione e la riabilitazione della rete di vicoli, pavimentazione, restauro di uno specchio d'acqua e monumento "1800 anni Silistra", creazione di parco giochi per bambini e aree ricreative, costruzione della pista ciclabile, introduzione di videosorveglianza e illuminazione a risparmio energetico e fornendo un ambiente accessibile per le persone con difficoltà di mobilità. Il principale gruppo di destinatari in considerazione della specificità del progetto riguarda l'intera popolazione di Silistra, che con la realizzazione del progetto beneficerà dell'ambiente urbano attraente creato, che migliorerà la qualità della vita, l'inclusione sociale e migliorerà l'ambiente ambientale. La implementación del proyecto «Reconstrucción y rehabilitación de la Plaza Albena — Silistra» tiene como objetivo aumentar el atractivo de la ciudad, la calidad y comodidad de vivir a través de un impacto integrado en espacios urbanos significativos. Las principales actividades del proyecto están relacionadas con la reconstrucción y rehabilitación de la red de callejones, el pavimento, la restauración de un espejo de agua y monumento «1800 años Silistra», la creación de zonas de juegos infantiles y de recreación, la construcción del carril bici, la introducción de videovigilancia y la iluminación de ahorro de energía y proporcionar un entorno accesible para las personas con movilidad difícil. El principal grupo destinatario en vista de la especificidad del proyecto abarca a toda la población de Silistra, que con la realización del proyecto se beneficiará del atractivo entorno urbano creado, que aumentará la calidad de vida, la inclusión social y mejorará el medio ambiente.
