Към настоящият момент съществуващия Дневен център за деца с увреждания в гр. Свищов предоставя социални услуги на 30 деца в две отделни сгради, публична общинска собственост. Това води до разделение на децата, на наличното специализирано оборудване, екипа от специалисти и съществено затруднява ефективното и целесъобразно използване на наличните ресурси. С реализирането на Проекта ще се осъществи ремонт и преустройство на допълнителни помещения в сградата на УК "Алеко Константинов" гр. Свищов, за да се обедини местонахождението на двете условно създадени групи на социалната услуга. Предвижда се ремонт на четири бивши класни стаи, библиотека, хранилище, помощни и санитарни помещения, коридор. Ще бъде осигурена достъпна, структурирана и визуализирана работна среда, като за всички деца ще са осигурени подходящи помещения за групова и индивидуална работа, терапевтични въздействия, санитарно и хигиенно обслужване. Същевременно ще бъдат създадени подходящи условия за съхранение и обработка на документацията и работата на екипа специалисти. (Bulgarian)

Currently, the existing Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities in Svishtov provides social services to 30 children in two separate buildings, public municipal property. This leads to a separation of children, the specialised equipment available, the team of professionals and significantly hampers the efficient and appropriate use of available resources. With the realisation of the project will be carried out repair and reconstruction of additional premises in the building of “Aleko Konstantinov” UC, Svishtov, in order to unite the location of the two conditionally created groups of the social service. Four former classrooms, library, repository, auxiliary and sanitary facilities, corridor are planned to be repaired. An accessible, structured and visualised working environment will be provided and suitable rooms for group and individual work, therapeutic effects, sanitary and hygienic services will be provided for all children. At the same time, appropriate conditions will be created for storing and processing the documentation and work of the team of specialists. (English)

À l’heure actuelle, la garderie pour enfants handicapés de Svishtov fournit des services sociaux à 30 enfants dans deux bâtiments distincts, la propriété municipale publique. Cela conduit à la séparation des enfants, du matériel spécialisé disponible, de l’équipe de professionnels et entrave considérablement l’utilisation efficace et appropriée des ressources disponibles. Avec la réalisation du projet sera effectuée la réparation et la reconstruction de locaux supplémentaires dans le bâtiment de «Aleko Konstantinov» UC, Svishtov, afin d’unir l’emplacement des deux groupes conditionnellement créés du service social. Quatre anciennes salles de classe, bibliothèque, dépôt, installations auxiliaires et sanitaires, couloirs sont prévus. Un environnement de travail accessible, structuré et visualisé sera mis à disposition et des salles adaptées pour le travail collectif et individuel, des effets thérapeutiques, des services sanitaires et hygiéniques seront fournies à tous les enfants. Dans le même temps, des conditions appropriées seront créées pour le stockage et le traitement de la documentation et du travail de l’équipe de spécialistes. (French)

Derzeit bietet das bestehende Tagespflegezentrum für Kinder mit Behinderungen in Svishtov soziale Dienstleistungen für 30 Kinder in zwei separaten Gebäuden, öffentliches kommunales Eigentum. Dies führt zu einer Trennung von Kindern, der verfügbaren Spezialausrüstung, dem Team von Fachleuten und behindert erheblich die effiziente und angemessene Nutzung der verfügbaren Ressourcen. Mit der Durchführung von dem Projekt wird die Reparatur und Rekonstruktion von zusätzlichen Räumlichkeiten im Gebäude von „Aleko Konstantinov“ UC, Svishtov durchgeführt werden, um den Standort von den zwei bedingt geschaffenen Gruppen von dem Sozialdienst zu vereinen. Vier ehemalige Klassenräume, Bibliothek, Repository, Hilfs- und Sanitäreinrichtungen, Korridor sind geplant. Es wird ein zugängliches, strukturiertes und visualisiertes Arbeitsumfeld zur Verfügung gestellt und geeignete Räume für Gruppen- und Einzelarbeit, therapeutische Effekte, sanitäre und hygienische Dienstleistungen für alle Kinder bereitgestellt. Momenteel biedt het bestaande Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities in Svishtov sociale diensten aan 30 kinderen in twee afzonderlijke gebouwen, openbaar gemeentelijk eigendom. Dit leidt tot een scheiding van kinderen, de beschikbare gespecialiseerde apparatuur, het team van professionals en vormt een aanzienlijke belemmering voor een efficiënt en passend gebruik van de beschikbare middelen. Met de realisatie van het project zal worden uitgevoerd reparatie en wederopbouw van extra panden in de bouw van „Aleko Konstantinov” UC, Svishtov, om de locatie van de twee voorwaardelijk gecreëerde groepen van de sociale dienst te verenigen. Vier voormalige klaslokalen, bibliotheek, opslagplaats, hulp- en sanitaire voorzieningen, gang zijn gepland om te worden gerepareerd. Er zal een toegankelijke, gestructureerde en gevisualiseerde werkomgeving worden geboden en er zullen voor alle kinderen geschikte ruimtes voor groeps- en individueel werk, therapeutische effecten, sanitaire en hygiënische diensten worden geboden. Attualmente, l'attuale centro di assistenza diurna per i bambini con disabilità a Svishtov fornisce servizi sociali a 30 bambini in due edifici separati, proprietà comunale pubblica. Ciò porta a una separazione dei bambini, delle attrezzature specializzate disponibili, del team di professionisti e ostacola notevolmente l'uso efficiente e appropriato delle risorse disponibili. Con la realizzazione del progetto sarà effettuata la riparazione e la ricostruzione di locali aggiuntivi nella costruzione di "Aleko Konstantinov" UC, Svishtov, al fine di unire la posizione dei due gruppi condizionatamente creati del servizio sociale. En la actualidad, el Centro de atención diurna para niños con discapacidad en Svishtov presta servicios sociales a 30 niños en dos edificios separados, propiedad municipal pública. Esto conduce a la separación de los niños, el equipo especializado disponible, el equipo de profesionales y obstaculiza significativamente el uso eficiente y adecuado de los recursos disponibles. Con la realización del proyecto se llevará a cabo la reparación y reconstrucción de locales adicionales en la construcción de «Aleko Konstantinov» UC, Svishtov, para unir la ubicación de los dos grupos condicionalmente creados del servicio social.
