    В Инвестиционната програма за изпълнение на ИПГВР на гр. Ловеч са включени проекти за прилагане на мерки за енeргийна ефективност (ЕЕ) върху многофамилни жилищни сгради (МЖС). С реализирането на настоящия проект ще се приложат мерки за ЕЕ по отношение на 5 МЖС, разположени в строителните граници на Ловеч, отговарящи на критериите за допустимост по процедурата:-МЖС на ул. "Иларион Ловчански" №34-МЖС на бул. "България" №48, вх.А-МЖС на ул. "Оборище" №1-МЖС на ул. "Петко Р. Славейков" №7А-МЖС на ул. "Търговска" №54, бл. "Надежда"Потребността, която ще бъде удовлетворена чрез изпълнението на проекта е: осигуряване на по-добри условия на живот за живущите в МЖС, подобрен топлинен комфорт и осигуряване на по-високо качество на жизнената среда.Целеви групи са сдруженията на собствениците (СС) в МЖС в които членуват собствениците на самостоятелни обекти в МЖС и по-конкретно собствениците на самостоятелни обекти в 5-те МЖС, в т.ч. собственици на жилища и стопански обекти, както и лицата посещаващи жилищата и стопанските обекти.Конкретната цел на проектното предложение (ПП) е повишаване на енергийната ефективност в жилищния сектор в гр.Ловеч. Очакваните резултати от изпълнението на проекта са:-по-високо ниво на ЕЕ на МЖС и намаляване разходите за енергия;-подобряване на експлоатационните характеристики за удължаване на жизнения цикъл на сградите; -осигуряване на адекватна с критериите за устойчиво развитие, достъпна жизнена среда.Основните дейности, които ще се изпълнят по време на проекта са: организация и управление на проекта, мерки за информиране и публичност, инженеринг (проектиране, извършване на строително-монтажни работи и авторски надзор), оценка на съответствието на инвестиционни проекти и осъществяване на строителен надзор, въвеждане на обектите в експлоатация и извършване на одит.     Projects for the implementation of energy efficiency measures (EE) on multi-apartment residential buildings (MZS) are included in the Investment Programme for the implementation of the ILUCF of Lovech. With the implementation of this project, measures for EE will be implemented in relation to 5 MZhS located within the construction borders of Lovech, meeting the eligibility criteria under the procedure:-MZhS at 34 Ilarion Lovchanski Str., 48 Bulgaria Blvd., ent.A-MZhS on 1 Oborishte Street at 7A-MZhS, Petko R. Slaveykov Street, 54, Targovska Street, Nadezhda blvd. The need to be satisfied through the implementation of the project is: providing better living conditions for the residents of the Ministry of Railways, improved thermal comfort and ensuring a higher quality of the living environment.The target groups are the owners’ associations (CC) of the Ministry of Railways in which the owners of independent sites in the Ministry of Railways are members, in particular the owners of independent sites in the 5 MZhM, including owners of homes and businesses, as well as persons visiting the homes and businesses. The specific objective of the project proposal (PP) is to increase the energy efficiency in the residential sector in Lovech. The expected results of the implementation of the project are: — a higher EE level of the LGE and the reduction of energy costs;-improvement of performance to extend the life cycle of buildings; —providing adequate sustainable development criteria, accessible living environment.The main activities to be implemented during the project are: organisation and management of the project, information and publicity measures, engineering (design, execution of construction and installation works and author’s supervision), assessment of the conformity of investment projects and execution of construction supervision, commissioning of the sites and auditing.     Les projets de mise en œuvre des mesures d’efficacité énergétique (EE) sur les bâtiments résidentiels multiappartements (MZS) sont inclus dans le programme d’investissement pour la mise en œuvre de l’UTCATF de Lovech. Avec la mise en œuvre de ce projet, des mesures pour l’EE seront mises en œuvre en ce qui concerne 5 MZhS situés à l’intérieur des frontières de la construction de Lovech, répondant aux critères d’éligibilité dans le cadre de la procédure:-MZhS au 34, rue Ilarion Lovchanski, 48 Blvd de Bulgarie, ent.A-MZhS sur 1 rue Oborishte au 7A-MZhS, rue Petko R. Slaveykov, 54, rue Targovska, Nadezhda blvd. La nécessité d’être satisfaite par la mise en œuvre du projet est: offrir de meilleures conditions de vie aux résidents du Ministère des chemins de fer, améliorer le confort thermique et assurer une meilleure qualité de vie. Les groupes cibles sont les associations de propriétaires (CC) du Ministère des chemins de fer dans lesquelles les propriétaires de sites indépendants du Ministère des chemins de fer sont membres, en particulier les propriétaires de sites indépendants dans les 5 MZhM, y compris les propriétaires de maisons et d’entreprises, ainsi que les personnes visitant les maisons et les entreprises. L’objectif spécifique de la proposition de projet (PP) est d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique dans le secteur résidentiel de Lovech. Les résultats escomptés de la mise en œuvre du projet sont les suivants: — un niveau d’efficacité énergétique plus élevé de l’EEG et la réduction des coûts énergétiques;- l’amélioration des performances pour prolonger le cycle de vie des bâtiments; —fournir des critères de développement durable adéquats, un environnement de vie accessible. Les principales activités à mettre en œuvre au cours du projet sont: organisation et gestion du projet, actions d’information et de publicité, ingénierie (conception, exécution des travaux de construction et d’installation et supervision de l’auteur), évaluation de la conformité des projets d’investissement et exécution de la supervision de la construction, mise en service des chantiers et audit.     Projekte zur Umsetzung von Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen (EE) zu Mehrfamilienhäusern (MZS) sind im Investitionsprogramm zur Umsetzung des ILUCF von Lovech enthalten. Mit der Umsetzung dieses Projekts werden Maßnahmen für EE in Bezug auf 5 MZhS innerhalb der Baugrenzen von Lovech durchgeführt, die die Förderkriterien nach dem Verfahren erfüllen:-MZhS in 34 Ilarion Lovchanski Str., 48 Bulgaria Blvd., ent.A-MZhS auf 1 Oborishte Straße 7A-MZhS, Petko R. Slaveykov Straße, 54, Targovska Straße, Nadezhda blvd. die Zielgruppen sind die Eigentümerverbände (CC) des Eisenbahnministeriums, in denen die Eigentümer unabhängiger Standorte im Eisenbahnministerium Mitglieder sind, insbesondere die Eigentümer von unabhängigen Standorten in der 5 MZhM, einschließlich Eigentümer von Häusern und Unternehmen, sowie Personen, die Häuser und Unternehmen besuchen.     Projecten voor de uitvoering van energie-efficiëntiemaatregelen (EE) voor woongebouwen met meerdere appartementen (MZS) zijn opgenomen in het investeringsprogramma voor de uitvoering van het ILUCF van Lovech. Met de uitvoering van dit project zullen maatregelen voor EE worden uitgevoerd met betrekking tot 5 MZhS gelegen binnen de bouwgrenzen van Lovech, die voldoen aan de subsidiabiliteitscriteria in het kader van de procedure:-MZhS op 34 Ilarion Lovchanski Str., 48 Bulgarije Blvd., ent.A-MZhS op 1 Oborishte Street op 7A-MZhS, Petko R. Slaveykov Street, 54, Targovska Street, Nadezhda blvd. De noodzaak om te worden voldaan door de uitvoering van het project is: betere leefomstandigheden voor de bewoners van het ministerie van Spoorwegen, verbetering van het thermisch comfort en een hogere kwaliteit van de leefomgeving.De doelgroepen zijn de verenigingen van eigenaars (CC) van het ministerie van Spoorwegen waarin de eigenaren van onafhankelijke locaties in het ministerie van Spoorwegen zijn aangesloten, met name de eigenaren van onafhankelijke locaties in de 5 MZhM, waaronder eigenaren van woningen en bedrijven, evenals personen die de huizen en bedrijven bezoeken.     I progetti per l'attuazione di misure di efficienza energetica (EE) sugli edifici residenziali condominiali (MZS) sono inclusi nel programma di investimenti per l'attuazione dell'ICLUCF di Lovech. Con l'attuazione di questo progetto, le misure per EE saranno attuate in relazione a 5 MZhS situati all'interno dei confini di costruzione di Lovech, che soddisfano i criteri di ammissibilità secondo la procedura:-MZhS a 34 Ilarion Lovchanski Str., 48 Bulgaria Blvd., ent.A-MZhS su 1 Oborishte Street a 7A-MZhS, Petko R. Slaveykov Street, 54, Targovska Street, Nadezhda blvd. La necessità di essere soddisfatti attraverso l'attuazione del progetto è: fornire migliori condizioni di vita ai residenti del ministero delle Ferrovie, migliorare il comfort termico e garantire una migliore qualità dell'ambiente di vita. I gruppi destinatari sono le associazioni proprietarie (CC) del ministero delle Ferrovie in cui sono membri i proprietari di siti indipendenti del ministero delle Ferrovie, in particolare i proprietari di siti indipendenti nel 5 MZhM, compresi i proprietari di abitazioni e imprese, nonché le persone che visitano le abitazioni e le imprese. L'obiettivo specifico della proposta di progetto (PP) è quello di aumentare l'efficienza energetica nel settore residenziale di Lovech.
