Проектното предложение на община Елхово е насочено към подобряване на административния капацитет на работещите в общината служители, чрез участие в програми за обмен на опит и добри практики - специализирани обучения, обмяна на опит и участие в конференции в областта на енергийната ефективност в страни от Северна и Централна Европа, както и на територията наР България. В обученията ще вземат участие само за служители на общината участващи в екипите за подготовка и изпълнение на проекти по процедура BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Енергийна ефективност в периферните райони”, Приоритетна ос 2 „Подкрепа за енергийнаефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони“ на ОПРР 2014-2020 г., а темите на конкретните обучение ще бъдат свързани с изпълнението на дейности по Приоритетна ос 2: „Подкрепа за енергийна ефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони“.· (Bulgarian)

The project proposal of the municipality of Elhovo is aimed at improving the administrative capacity of employees working in the municipality through participation in programmes for exchange of experience and good practices — specialised trainings, exchange of experience and participation in conferences in the field of energy efficiency in countries of Northern and Central Europe, as well as in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The trainings will take part only for employees of the municipality participating in the teams for preparation and implementation of projects under procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 “Energy efficiency in peripheral regions”, Priority axis 2 “Support for energy efficiency in support centres in peripheral areas” of OPRG 2014-2020, and the topics of the specific training will be related to the implementation of activities under Priority Axis 2: “Support for energy efficiency in support centres in peripheral areas”. La proposition de projet de la municipalité d’Elhovo vise à améliorer la capacité administrative des employés travaillant dans la municipalité en participant à des programmes d’échange d’expériences et de bonnes pratiques — formation spécialisée, échange d’expériences et participation à des conférences dans le domaine de l’efficacité énergétique dans les pays d’Europe du Nord et centrale, ainsi que sur le territoire de la République de Bulgarie. Les formations ne participeront qu’aux employés de la commune participant aux équipes de préparation et de mise en œuvre des projets relevant de la procédure BG16RFOP001-2.001 «Efficacité énergétique dans les régions périphériques», axe prioritaire 2 «Soutien à l’efficacité énergétique dans les centres d’appui dans les zones périphériques» de l’OPRG 2014-2020, et les thèmes de la formation spécifique seront liés à la mise en œuvre des activités relevant de l’axe prioritaire 2: «Soutien à l’efficacité énergétique dans les centres d’appui dans les zones périphériques». Der Projektvorschlag der Gemeinde Elhovo zielt darauf ab, die Verwaltungskapazität der in der Gemeinde arbeitenden Mitarbeiter durch die Teilnahme an Programmen zum Austausch von Erfahrungen und bewährten Verfahren – spezialisierte Schulungen, Erfahrungsaustausch und Teilnahme an Konferenzen im Bereich der Energieeffizienz in den Ländern Nord- und Mitteleuropas sowie im Hoheitsgebiet der Republik Bulgarien – zu verbessern. Die Schulungen werden nur für Mitarbeiter der Gemeinde, die an den Teams für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projekten im Rahmen des Verfahrens BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Energieeffizienz in Randregionen“, Prioritätsachse 2 „Förderung der Energieeffizienz in Förderzentren in Randgebieten“ der OPRG 2014-2020 teilnehmen, und die Themen der spezifischen Schulung im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung von Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Prioritätsachse 2 stattfinden: „Förderung der Energieeffizienz in Förderzentren in Randgebieten“. Het projectvoorstel van de gemeente Elhovo heeft tot doel de bestuurlijke capaciteit van werknemers die in de gemeente werkzaam zijn te verbeteren door deel te nemen aan programma’s voor de uitwisseling van ervaringen en goede praktijken — gespecialiseerde opleidingen, uitwisseling van ervaringen en deelname aan conferenties op het gebied van energie-efficiëntie in de landen van Noord- en Midden-Europa en op het grondgebied van de Republiek Bulgarije. De opleidingen zullen alleen deelnemen aan werknemers van de gemeente die deelnemen aan de teams voor de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten in het kader van procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 „Energie-efficiëntie in perifere regio’s”, prioritaire as 2 „Steun voor energie-efficiëntie in ondersteuningscentra in perifere gebieden” van OPRG 2014-2020, en de onderwerpen van de specifieke opleiding zullen betrekking hebben op de uitvoering van activiteiten in het kader van prioritaire as 2: „Steun voor energie-efficiëntie in ondersteunende centra in perifere gebieden”. La proposta di progetto del comune di Elhovo mira a migliorare la capacità amministrativa dei dipendenti che lavorano nel comune attraverso la partecipazione a programmi di scambio di esperienze e di buone pratiche — formazioni specializzate, scambio di esperienze e partecipazione a conferenze nel campo dell'efficienza energetica nei paesi dell'Europa settentrionale e centrale, nonché nel territorio della Repubblica di Bulgaria.
