Проектното предложение е насочено към повишаване на енергийната ефективност в две сгради в жилищния сектор. В проектното предложение са включени като обект на интервенция следните сгради:- Многофамилната жилищна сграда "Кольо Фичето №1", с адрес гр.Девин, ул.„Родопи“ №4.- Многофамилната жилищна сграда "Кольо Фичето №2" , с адрес гр.Девин, ул.„Родопи“ №2. С изпълнение на предвидените мерки за енергийна ефективност ще се осигурят по-добри условия на живот за жителите в многофамилните жилищни сгради, топлинен комфорт и по-високо качество на жизнената среда. След извършване на дейностите се очаква подобряване на енергийната и ефективност до клас "С", което от своя страна ще допринесе за намаляване на крайното потребление на енергия и съответно удължаване на експлоатационния живот на сградите. The project proposal aims at improving energy efficiency in two buildings in the residential sector. The following buildings are included in the project proposal as a subject of intervention:- The multi-family residential building “Kolyo Ficheto No 1”, with address: Devin, 4 Rodopi Str.- The multifamily residential building “Kolyo Ficheto No2”, with address 2 Devin, Rodopi Str.. The implementation of the envisaged energy efficiency measures will provide better living conditions for residents in multi-apartment buildings, thermal comfort and higher quality of living environment. Once the activities have been carried out, an improvement in energy and efficiency to class “C” is expected, which in turn will contribute to reducing final energy consumption and consequently prolonging the service life of buildings. La proposition de projet vise à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique de deux bâtiments du secteur résidentiel. Les bâtiments suivants sont inclus dans la proposition de projet en tant que sujet d’intervention:- Le bâtiment résidentiel multifamilial «Kolyo Ficheto no 1», avec l’adresse: Devin, 4 Rodopi Str.- Le bâtiment résidentiel multifamilial «Kolyo Ficheto No2», avec l’adresse 2 Devin, Rodopi Str.. La mise en œuvre des mesures d’efficacité énergétique envisagées permettra d’améliorer les conditions de vie des résidents des immeubles à appartements multiples, le confort thermique et l’amélioration de la qualité de l’environnement de vie. Une fois les activités réalisées, on s’attend à une amélioration de l’énergie et de l’efficacité de la classe «C», ce qui contribuera à réduire la consommation finale d’énergie et, partant, à prolonger la durée de vie des bâtiments. Der Projektvorschlag zielt auf die Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz in zwei Gebäuden im Wohnsektor ab. Das Mehrfamilienhaus „Kolyo Ficheto Nr. 1“ mit Adresse: Devin, 4 Rodopi Str.- Das Mehrfamilienhaus „Kolyo Ficheto No2“, mit Adresse 2 Devin, Rodopi Str.. Die Umsetzung der geplanten Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen wird den Bewohnern in Mehrfamilienhäusern bessere Lebensbedingungen, thermischen Komfort und eine höhere Lebensqualität bieten. Sobald die Tätigkeiten durchgeführt wurden, wird eine Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz und der Effizienz auf die Klasse „C“ erwartet, die wiederum zur Verringerung des Endenergieverbrauchs und damit zur Verlängerung der Lebensdauer von Gebäuden beitragen wird. Het projectvoorstel heeft tot doel de energie-efficiëntie in twee gebouwen in de residentiële sector te verbeteren. De volgende gebouwen zijn opgenomen in het projectvoorstel als onderwerp van interventie:- Het meergezinswoningsgebouw „Kolyo Ficheto nr. 1”, met adres: Devin, 4 Rodopi Str.- Het meergezinswoningsgebouw „Kolyo Ficheto No2”, met adres 2 Devin, Rodopi Str.. De tenuitvoerlegging van de beoogde maatregelen voor energie-efficiëntie zal zorgen voor betere levensomstandigheden voor bewoners van appartementengebouwen, thermisch comfort en een hogere kwaliteit van de leefomgeving. Zodra de activiteiten zijn uitgevoerd, wordt een verbetering van energie en efficiëntie ten opzichte van klasse „C” verwacht, die op zijn beurt zal bijdragen tot een vermindering van het eindenergieverbruik en bijgevolg tot een verlenging van de levensduur van gebouwen. La proposta di progetto mira a migliorare l'efficienza energetica in due edifici del settore residenziale. I seguenti edifici sono inclusi nella proposta di progetto come oggetto di intervento:- L'edificio residenziale plurifamiliare "Kolyo Ficheto No 1", con indirizzo: Devin, 4 Rodopi Str.- L'edificio residenziale multifamiliare "Kolyo Ficheto No2", con indirizzo 2 Devin, Rodopi Str.. L'attuazione delle misure di efficienza energetica previste consentirà di migliorare le condizioni di vita dei residenti in edifici condominiali, il comfort termico e una migliore qualità dell'ambiente di vita. Una volta svolte le attività, si prevede un miglioramento dell'efficienza energetica e dell'efficienza fino alla classe "C", che a sua volta contribuirà a ridurre il consumo finale di energia e prolungare di conseguenza la vita utile degli edifici. Los siguientes edificios están incluidos en la propuesta de proyecto como tema de intervención:- El edificio residencial multifamiliar «Kolyo Ficheto No 1», con dirección: Devin, 4 Rodopi Str.- El edificio residencial multifamiliar «Kolyo Ficheto No2», con dirección 2 Devin, Rodopi Str.. La aplicación de las medidas de eficiencia energética previstas proporcionará mejores condiciones de vida a los residentes en edificios de apartamentos múltiples, confort térmico y una mayor calidad de vida. Una vez realizadas las actividades, se espera una mejora de la energía y la eficiencia de la clase «C», lo que a su vez contribuirá a reducir el consumo final de energía y, en consecuencia, a prolongar la vida útil de los edificios.
