Проектното предложение е насочено от една страна към изграждане на инсталация за компостиране в затворено съоръжение на битови биоразградими и зелени отпадъци, а от друга - към въвеждане на пилотна система за разделно събиране на тези отпадъци.Настоящият проект е насочен към намаляване количеството на депонирани отпадъци чрез предотвратяване на образуването им и повишаване на общественото съзнание за спазване на йерархията за управлението на отпадъците и за намаляване на количеството депонирани битови отпадъци чрез компостирането на зелената и биоразградима фракция. Проектът има пряк принос за изпълнението на Специфичната цел 1 на Приоритетна ос 2 „Отпадъци“ на ОПОС 2014 - 2020 г.Въвеждането на пилотна система за разделно събиране и рециклиране на битови биоразградими и зелени отпадъци на община Малко Търново е насочена към разделното им събиране и рециклиране.Проектът има пряк принос за изпълнението на Специфичната цел 1 на Приоритетна ос 2 „Отпадъци“ на ОПОС 2014-2020 г. и ще се изпълнява на територията на община Малко Търново. The project proposal aims, on the one hand, at the construction of a composting plant for household biodegradable and green waste in a closed facility and on the other hand at introducing a pilot system for separate collection of this waste. This project aims at reducing the amount of landfilled waste by preventing its generation and raising public awareness of compliance with the waste management hierarchy and reducing the amount of municipal waste landfilled by composting the green and biodegradable fraction. The project contributes directly to the implementation of the Specific Objective 1 of Priority Axis 2 “Waste” of OPE 2014-2020.The introduction of a pilot system for separate collection and recycling of municipal biodegradable and green waste of the Municipality of Malko Tarnovo is aimed at their separate collection and recycling. The project contributes directly to the implementation of the Specific Objective 1 of Priority Axis 2 “Waste” of Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020 and will be implemented on the territory of the Municipality of Malko Tarnovo. La proposition de projet vise, d’une part, la construction d’une usine de compostage pour les déchets ménagers biodégradables et verts dans une installation fermée et, d’autre part, la mise en place d’un système pilote de collecte séparée de ces déchets, qui vise à réduire la quantité de déchets mis en décharge en empêchant leur production et en sensibilisant le public au respect de la hiérarchie de gestion des déchets et à réduire la quantité de déchets municipaux mis en décharge en compostant la fraction verte et biodégradable. Le projet contribue directement à la mise en œuvre de l’objectif spécifique no 1 de l’axe prioritaire 2 «Déchets» d’OPE 2014-2020. L’introduction d’un système pilote de collecte et de recyclage séparés des déchets municipaux biodégradables et verts de la municipalité de Malko Tarnovo vise leur collecte et leur recyclage séparés. Le projet contribue directement à la mise en œuvre de l’objectif spécifique no 1 de l’axe prioritaire 2 «Déchets» du programme opérationnel «Environnement» 2014-2020 et sera mis en œuvre sur le territoire de la municipalité de Malko Tarnovo. Der Projektvorschlag zielt zum einen auf den Bau einer Kompostierungsanlage für biologisch abbaubare und umweltverträgliche Haushaltsabfälle in einer geschlossenen Anlage und zum anderen auf die Einführung eines Pilotsystems für die getrennte Sammlung dieser Abfälle ab. Dieses Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Menge an deponierten Abfällen zu verringern, indem deren Erzeugung verhindert und die Öffentlichkeit für die Einhaltung der Abfallbewirtschaftungshierarchie sensibilisiert und die Menge der Siedlungsabfälle, die durch die Kompostierung der grünen und biologisch abbaubaren Fraktion deponiert werden, verringert wird. Das Projekt trägt direkt zur Umsetzung des spezifischen Ziels 1 der Prioritätsachse 2 „Abfall“ von OPE 2014-2020 bei.Die Einführung eines Pilotsystems für die getrennte Sammlung und Verwertung von kommunalen biologisch abbaubaren und grünen Abfällen der Gemeinde Malko Tarnovo zielt auf ihre getrennte Sammlung und Verwertung ab. Das Projekt trägt direkt zur Umsetzung des spezifischen Ziels 1 der Prioritätsachse 2 „Abfall“ des operationellen Programms Umwelt 2014-2020 bei und wird auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Malko Tarnovo durchgeführt. Het projectvoorstel is enerzijds gericht op de bouw van een composteerinstallatie voor huishoudelijk biologisch afbreekbaar en groen afval in een gesloten installatie en anderzijds op de invoering van een proefsysteem voor de gescheiden inzameling van dit afval. Dit project heeft tot doel de hoeveelheid gestort afval te verminderen door de productie ervan te voorkomen en het publiek bewust te maken van de naleving van de afvalbeheerhiërarchie en de hoeveelheid stedelijk afval te verminderen die wordt gestort door de groene en biologisch afbreekbare fractie te composteren. Het project draagt rechtstreeks bij aan de uitvoering van de specifieke doelstelling 1 van prioritaire as 2 „Waste” van het OPE 2014-2020.De invoering van een proefsysteem voor gescheiden inzameling en recycling van stedelijk biologisch afbreekbaar en groen afval van de gemeente Malko Tarnovo is gericht op hun gescheiden inzameling en recycling. Het project draagt rechtstreeks bij tot de uitvoering van de specifieke doelstelling 1 van prioritaire as 2 „Waste” van het operationele programma Milieu 2014-2020 en zal worden uitgevoerd op het grondgebied van de gemeente Malko Tarnovo. La proposta di progetto mira, da un lato, alla costruzione di un impianto di compostaggio per rifiuti domestici biodegradabili e verdi in un impianto chiuso e, dall'altro, all'introduzione di un sistema pilota per la raccolta differenziata di tali rifiuti. Il progetto mira a ridurre la quantità di rifiuti collocati in discarica impedendone la produzione e sensibilizzando il pubblico al rispetto della gerarchia di gestione dei rifiuti e alla riduzione della quantità di rifiuti urbani collocati in discarica mediante compostaggio della frazione verde e biodegradabile. Il progetto contribuisce direttamente all'attuazione dell'obiettivo specifico 1 dell'asse prioritario 2 "Rifiuti" di OPE 2014-2020. L'introduzione di un sistema pilota per la raccolta differenziata e il riciclaggio dei rifiuti urbani biodegradabili e verdi del comune di Malko Tarnovo è finalizzato alla loro raccolta differenziata e riciclaggio. Il progetto contribuisce direttamente all'attuazione dell'obiettivo specifico 1 dell'asse prioritario 2 "Rifiuti" del programma operativo Ambiente 2014-2020 e sarà attuato sul territorio del comune di Malko Tarnovo. La propuesta de proyecto tiene por objeto, por una parte, la construcción de una planta de compostaje para residuos domésticos biodegradables y verdes en una instalación cerrada y, por otra, la introducción de un sistema piloto de recogida selectiva de estos residuos, cuyo objetivo es reducir la cantidad de residuos depositados en vertederos mediante la prevención de su generación y la sensibilización de la opinión pública sobre el cumplimiento de la jerarquía de gestión de residuos y la reducción de la cantidad de residuos municipales vertidos mediante el compostaje de la fracción verde y biodegradable. El proyecto contribuye directamente a la aplicación del objetivo específico n.º 1 del eje prioritario 2 «Residuos» de la OPE 2014-2020. La introducción de un sistema piloto de recogida y reciclado de residuos municipales biodegradables y verdes del municipio de Malko Tarnovo está destinado a su recogida y reciclado separados. El proyecto contribuye directamente a la aplicación del objetivo específico 1 del eje prioritario 2 «Residuos» del Programa Operativo Medio Ambiente 2014-2020 y se ejecutará en el territorio del municipio de Malko Tarnovo.
