Проектното предложение включва изпълнение на мерки за енергийна ефективност в четири обществени и две многофамилни жилищни сгради в град Генерал Тошево. Планираните дейности по проекта, включени в техническото обследване на сградите и в обследването за енергийна ефективност, ще доведат до удължаване на живота им, ще осигурят рентабилната им експлоатация, ще позволят по-нататъшно устойчиво управление на поддръжката им, с оглед предоставяне на по-добри и качествени услуги на населението в града. Изпълнените строително-ремонтни и монтажни работи ще осигурят по-добрa работна среда и по-добри условия на живот за гражданите, ще повишат качеството на въздуха. (Bulgarian)

The project proposal includes the implementation of energy efficiency measures in four public and two multi-apartment buildings in the town of General Toshevo. The planned project activities included in the technical audit of the buildings and the energy efficiency audit will lead to an extension of their lives, will ensure their cost-effective operation, will allow further sustainable management of their maintenance, with a view to providing better and quality services to the city’s population. The completed construction and installation works will provide a better working environment and better living conditions for citizens, improve air quality. (English)

La proposition de projet comprend la mise en œuvre de mesures d’efficacité énergétique dans quatre bâtiments publics et deux immeubles à appartements multiples dans la ville de General Toshevo. Les activités de projet prévues dans l’audit technique des bâtiments et l’audit de l’efficacité énergétique permettront d’allonger leur durée de vie, d’assurer leur fonctionnement rentable, de permettre une gestion plus durable de leur entretien, en vue de fournir des services de meilleure qualité et de meilleure qualité à la population de la ville. Les travaux de construction et d’installation achevés permettront d’améliorer l’environnement de travail et les conditions de vie des citoyens et amélioreront la qualité de l’air. (French)

Der Projektvorschlag umfasst die Umsetzung von Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen in vier öffentlichen und zwei Mehrfamilienhäusern in der Stadt General Toshevo. Die geplanten Projektaktivitäten, die im Rahmen der technischen Prüfung der Gebäude und des Energieeffizienzaudits vorgesehen sind, werden zu einer Verlängerung ihrer Lebensdauer führen, ihren kosteneffizienten Betrieb gewährleisten und eine weitere nachhaltige Verwaltung ihrer Instandhaltung ermöglichen, um der Bevölkerung bessere und qualitativ hochwertige Dienstleistungen zu bieten. Die abgeschlossenen Bau- und Installationsarbeiten werden ein besseres Arbeitsumfeld und bessere Lebensbedingungen für die Bürger schaffen und die Luftqualität verbessern. (German)

Le attività progettuali previste incluse nell'audit tecnico degli edifici e l'audit sull'efficienza energetica porteranno a un prolungamento della loro vita, ne garantiranno un funzionamento efficiente sotto il profilo dei costi e consentiranno un'ulteriore gestione sostenibile della loro manutenzione, al fine di fornire servizi migliori e di qualità alla popolazione della città.
