Проектното предложение е насочен към внедряване на енергийни мерки в сграда на държавната администрация, целящо подобряване на енергийната и ефективност, което от своя страна ще допринесе за намаляване на крайното потребление на енергия и съответно удължаване на експлоатационния живот на сградата. В проекта обекта на интервенция е сграда на на Районна служба „Пожарна безопасност и защита на населението”, публична държавна собственост, находяща се в гр. Белоградчик, ул. „Алеко Константинов” № 6. С реализацията на проектните дейности, насочени към енергийното обновяване на сградата ще са облагодетелствани не само ползвателите, от страна заети по трудовия кодекс служители в пожарна безопастност, но и гражданите на града от гледна точка на архитектурно обновена сграда и осъвремена градска среда. Още повече подобряването на външния облик и цялостната визия на обекта на интервенция ще се създадат условия за по-добра работна среда, комфорт и повишаване качеството на жизнената среда. Предвидените дейности за изпълнение са в съответствие с предписаните мерки в енергийни и технически обследвания за сградата, водещи до подобряване както на цялостните енергийни характеристики на сградата, но и подобряване по отношение на конструктивна устойчивост. The project proposal is aimed at the implementation of energy measures in a building of the state administration aimed at improving energy and efficiency, which in turn will contribute to reducing the final energy consumption and thus extending the life of the building. In the project, the site of intervention is a building of the District Office “Fire Safety and Protection of the Population”, public state property located in the town of Belogradchik, 6 Aleko Konstantinov Street. The implementation of the project activities aimed at the energy renovation of the building will benefit not only the users employed under the employment code in fire safety, but also the citizens of the city from the point of view of an architecturally renovated building and a modernised urban environment. Even more, the improvement of the external appearance and the overall vision of the intervention site will create conditions for a better working environment, comfort and improvement of the quality of the living environment. The planned implementation activities are in line with the prescribed measures in energy and technical audits for the building, leading to improvement of the overall energy performance of the building, but also improvement in terms of structural stability. La proposition de projet vise à mettre en œuvre des mesures énergétiques dans un bâtiment de l’administration publique visant à améliorer l’énergie et l’efficacité énergétique, ce qui contribuera à réduire la consommation finale d’énergie et à prolonger ainsi la durée de vie du bâtiment. Dans le projet, le site d’intervention est un bâtiment du bureau de district «Sécurité incendie et protection de la population», propriété publique située dans la ville de Belogradchik, 6 rue Aleko Konstantinov. La mise en œuvre des activités du projet visant à la rénovation énergétique du bâtiment bénéficiera non seulement aux utilisateurs employés dans le cadre du code de l’emploi en matière de sécurité incendie, mais aussi aux citoyens de la ville du point de vue d’un bâtiment rénové architecturalement et d’un environnement urbain modernisé. Plus encore, l’amélioration de l’aspect extérieur et la vision d’ensemble du site d’intervention créeront les conditions d’un meilleur environnement de travail, de confort et d’amélioration de la qualité du milieu de vie. Les activités de mise en œuvre prévues sont conformes aux mesures prescrites dans les audits énergétiques et techniques du bâtiment, ce qui permet d’améliorer la performance énergétique globale du bâtiment, mais aussi d’améliorer la stabilité structurelle. Der Projektvorschlag zielt auf die Umsetzung von Energiemaßnahmen in einem Gebäude der staatlichen Verwaltung ab, das auf die Verbesserung von Energieeffizienz und Energieeffizienz abzielt, was wiederum dazu beitragen wird, den Endenergieverbrauch zu senken und damit die Lebensdauer des Gebäudes zu verlängern. In dem Projekt ist der Ort der Intervention ein Gebäude des Bezirksamtes „Feuerschutz und Schutz der Bevölkerung“, öffentliches Staatseigentum in der Stadt Belogradchik, 6 Aleko Konstantinov Straße. Die Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten zur energetischen Renovierung des Gebäudes wird nicht nur den Nutzern zugute kommen, die unter dem Arbeitsgesetz für Brandschutz beschäftigt sind, sondern auch den Bürgern der Stadt aus der Sicht eines architektonisch renovierten Gebäudes und eines modernisierten städtischen Umfelds. Noch mehr werden durch die Verbesserung des äußeren Aussehens und die allgemeine Vision der Interventionsstelle Bedingungen für ein besseres Arbeitsumfeld, Komfort und Verbesserung der Lebensqualität geschaffen. Die geplanten Durchführungsmaßnahmen stehen im Einklang mit den vorgeschriebenen Maßnahmen in Energie- und technischen Audits für das Gebäude, was zur Verbesserung der Gesamtenergieeffizienz des Gebäudes, aber auch zur Verbesserung der strukturellen Stabilität führt. Het projectvoorstel is gericht op de tenuitvoerlegging van energiemaatregelen in een gebouw van de overheid dat gericht is op het verbeteren van energie en efficiëntie, wat op zijn beurt zal bijdragen tot een vermindering van het eindenergieverbruik en dus tot een verlenging van de levensduur van het gebouw. In het project, de plaats van interventie is een gebouw van het District Office „Vuurveiligheid en bescherming van de bevolking”, openbare staatseigendom gelegen in de stad Belogradchik, 6 Aleko Konstantinov Street. De uitvoering van de projectactiviteiten die gericht zijn op de energierenovatie van het gebouw zal niet alleen ten goede komen aan de gebruikers die onder de arbeidswet voor brandveiligheid werken, maar ook aan de burgers van de stad vanuit het oogpunt van een architectonisch gerenoveerd gebouw en een gemoderniseerde stedelijke omgeving. Bovendien zal de verbetering van het uiterlijk en de algemene visie van de interventieplaats voorwaarden scheppen voor een betere werkomgeving, comfort en verbetering van de kwaliteit van de leefomgeving. De geplande uitvoeringsactiviteiten zijn in overeenstemming met de voorgeschreven maatregelen op het gebied van energie- en technische audits voor het gebouw, wat leidt tot een verbetering van de algehele energieprestatie van het gebouw, maar ook tot een verbetering van de structurele stabiliteit. La proposta di progetto è finalizzata all'attuazione di misure energetiche in un edificio dell'amministrazione statale volte a migliorare l'energia e l'efficienza, che a loro volta contribuiranno a ridurre il consumo finale di energia e prolungare così la vita dell'edificio. Nel progetto, il sito di intervento è un edificio dell'ufficio distrettuale "Sicurezza antincendio e protezione della popolazione", proprietà statale pubblica situata nella città di Belogradchik, 6 Aleko Konstantinov Street. L'attuazione delle attività progettuali volte alla ristrutturazione energetica dell'edificio andrà a beneficio non solo degli utenti impiegati in base al codice del lavoro in materia di sicurezza antincendio, ma anche dei cittadini della città dal punto di vista di un edificio ristrutturato architettonicamente e di un ambiente urbano modernizzato. Ancora di più, il miglioramento dell'aspetto esterno e la visione complessiva del sito di intervento creeranno le condizioni per un migliore ambiente di lavoro, comfort e miglioramento della qualità dell'ambiente di vita. Le attività di attuazione previste sono in linea con le misure previste in materia di audit energetici e tecnici per l'edificio, con conseguente miglioramento del rendimento energetico complessivo dell'edificio, ma anche miglioramento in termini di stabilità strutturale. La propuesta de proyecto tiene por objeto la aplicación de medidas energéticas en un edificio de la administración estatal con el fin de mejorar la energía y la eficiencia, lo que a su vez contribuirá a reducir el consumo final de energía y ampliar así la vida útil del edificio. En el proyecto, el lugar de intervención es un edificio de la Oficina del Distrito «Seguridad contra incendios y protección de la población», propiedad pública estatal ubicada en la ciudad de Belogradchik, calle Aleko Konstantinov 6. La ejecución de las actividades del proyecto destinadas a la renovación energética del edificio beneficiará no solo a los usuarios empleados en virtud del código de empleo en materia de seguridad contra incendios, sino también a los ciudadanos de la ciudad desde el punto de vista de un edificio renovado arquitectónicamente y un entorno urbano modernizado. Aún más, la mejora de la apariencia externa y la visión general del lugar de intervención crearán condiciones para un mejor entorno de trabajo, comodidad y mejora de la calidad del entorno de vida. Las actividades de ejecución previstas se ajustan a las medidas prescritas en las auditorías energéticas y técnicas del edificio, lo que da lugar a una mejora de la eficiencia energética global del edificio, pero también a una mejora en términos de estabilidad estructural.
