Настоящия проект има за цел: "Подобряване на качеството на работните места, чрез създаване на детски кът за децата на служителите в „ЕНДОРЕП” ЕООД и "ИНДУСТРИАЛ МУВИНГ" ООД". Тази цел ще се постигне чрез следните специфични цели:1. Да се въведе нова социална придобивка в предприятията за повишаване на удовлетвореността от труда на родителите в заетост, чрез създаване на необходимите предпоставки за полагане на пълноценни грижи към деца им. 2. Да се предостави възможност на безработни лица, за повишаване на компетентностите им и включване в трудова заетост.Тези цели ще бъдат постигнати посредством следната последователност от дейности:Дейност 1: Адаптиране и оборудване на подходящо помещение за полагане на почасови грижи за деца;Дейност 2: Подбор и обучение на безработни лица, регистрирани в ДБТ за полагане на грижи за деца в детския кът;Дейност 3: Включване в заетост на подбаните безработни лица за полагане на грижи за деца в детския кътЧрез реализирането на тези дейности ще се постигнат следните измерими резултати:- ще се осигури въвеждане на нова социална придобивка в две фирми - ще се разкрият нови работни места за 4 безработни, с цел осигуряване на шанс за трайната им заетост;- ще се създаде и оборудва 1 детски кът- на 22 родители ще се осигури по-добро съвместяване на семейния и професионалния живот- на 20 деца ще се осигури допълнителна грижа (Bulgarian)

This project aims to: “Improvement of the quality of the workplaces by creating a children’s playground for the children of employees in”ENDOREP“Ltd. and”INDUSTRIAL MUVING“Ltd.”. This objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives:1. To introduce a new social benefit in enterprises to increase the job satisfaction of parents in employment by creating the necessary conditions for full care of their children. 2. To enable unemployed people to increase their competences and employment.These objectives will be achieved through the following sequence of activities: Action 1: Adaptation and equipment of appropriate room for part-time childcare;Action 2: Selection and training of unemployed persons registered with the State Agency for Child Care in the children’s playground;Action 3: The following measurable results will be achieved through the implementation of these activities:- will ensure the introduction of a new social benefit in two companies — will create new jobs for 4 unemployed people in order to provide a chance for their long-term employment;- will create and equip 1 children’s playground — 22 parents will be provided with a better reconciliation of family and professional life — 20 children will be provided with additional care (English)

Ce projet vise à: «Amélioration de la qualité des lieux de travail par la création d’une aire de jeux pour enfants pour les enfants des employés dans»ENDOREP«Ltd. et»INDUSTRIAL MUVING«Ltd.». Cet objectif sera atteint au moyen des objectifs spécifiques suivants:1. Introduire un nouvel avantage social dans les entreprises afin d’accroître la satisfaction professionnelle des parents en matière d’emploi en créant les conditions nécessaires à la pleine prise en charge de leurs enfants. 2. Permettre aux chômeurs d’accroître leurs compétences et leur emploi.Ces objectifs seront atteints au moyen de la série d’activités suivante: Action 1: Adaptation et équipement d’une salle appropriée pour la garde d’enfants à temps partiel;Action 2: Sélection et formation des chômeurs inscrits auprès de l’Agence d’État pour la protection de l’enfance dans la zone de jeux pour enfants;Action 3: Les résultats mesurables suivants seront obtenus grâce à la mise en œuvre de ces activités:- assurera l’introduction d’une nouvelle prestation sociale dans deux entreprises — créera de nouveaux emplois pour 4 chômeurs afin de leur offrir une chance d’emploi à long terme;- créera et équipera 1 aire de jeux pour enfants — 22 parents bénéficieront d’une meilleure conciliation de la vie familiale et professionnelle — 20 enfants bénéficieront d’une prise en charge supplémentaire (French)

Dieses Projekt zielt darauf ab, „Verbesserung der Qualität der Arbeitsplätze durch Schaffung eines Kinderspielplatzes für die Kinder der Mitarbeiter in“ENDOREP„Ltd. und“INDUSTRIAL MUVING„Ltd.“. Dieses Ziel wird durch die folgenden spezifischen Ziele erreicht: Einführung einer neuen Sozialleistung in Unternehmen zur Steigerung der Arbeitsplatzzufriedenheit von Eltern in Beschäftigung durch Schaffung der notwendigen Voraussetzungen für die volle Betreuung ihrer Kinder. 2. Um Arbeitslosen die Möglichkeit zu geben, ihre Kompetenzen und ihre Beschäftigung zu erhöhen.Diese Ziele werden durch folgende Maßnahmen erreicht: Aktion 1: Anpassung und Ausstattung des geeigneten Raumes für die Teilzeitbetreuung;Aktion 2: Auswahl und Ausbildung von Arbeitslosen, die bei der Staatlichen Agentur für Kinderbetreuung auf dem Kinderspielplatz registriert sind; Aktion 3: Die folgenden messbaren Ergebnisse werden durch die Durchführung dieser Maßnahmen erreicht:- wird die Einführung eines neuen Sozialleistungen in zwei Unternehmen sicherstellen – neue Arbeitsplätze für 4 Arbeitslose schaffen, um eine Chance für ihre langfristige Beschäftigung zu schaffen;- wird 1 Kinderspielplatz schaffen und ausstatten – 22 Eltern werden eine bessere Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf erhalten – 20 Kinder werden mit zusätzlicher Betreuung versorgt. Dit project heeft tot doel: „Verbetering van de kwaliteit van de werkplekken door het creëren van een kinderspeelplaats voor de kinderen van werknemers in”ENDOREP„Ltd. en”INDUSTRIAL MUVING„Ltd.”. Deze doelstelling zal worden verwezenlijkt door middel van de volgende specifieke doelstellingen:1. Invoering van een nieuw sociaal voordeel in ondernemingen om de arbeidstevredenheid van ouders op de arbeidsmarkt te vergroten door de noodzakelijke voorwaarden te scheppen voor de volledige verzorging van hun kinderen. 2. Om werklozen in staat te stellen hun competenties en werkgelegenheid te vergroten. Il progetto mira a: "Miglioramento della qualità dei luoghi di lavoro creando un parco giochi per bambini per i bambini dei dipendenti in"ENDOREP"Ltd. e"INDUSTRIAL MUVING"Ltd.". Tale obiettivo sarà conseguito attraverso i seguenti obiettivi specifici:1. Introdurre una nuova prestazione sociale nelle imprese per aumentare la soddisfazione professionale dei genitori nell'occupazione creando le condizioni necessarie per la piena cura dei loro figli. 2. Este proyecto tiene por objeto: «Mejora de la calidad de los lugares de trabajo mediante la creación de un parque infantil para los hijos de los empleados en»ENDOREP«Ltd. and»INDUSTRIAL MUVING«Ltd.». Este objetivo se alcanzará mediante los siguientes objetivos específicos:1. Introducir un nuevo beneficio social en las empresas para aumentar la satisfacción laboral de los padres en el empleo mediante la creación de las condiciones necesarias para el cuidado pleno de sus hijos. 2.
