"Боженцитурс" ЕООД е дружество, което винаги се е стремяло към осигуряване на възможно най-качествена заетост за своите работници и служители. Секторът, в който фирмата развива дейност е продажбата на обувки. За фирма"Боженцитурс" ЕООД е важно да притежава квалифициран персонал, който качествено да извършва своите задължения, с което фирмата да пази добрата си репутация. Фирмата непрекъснато се развива, а една от съществените предпоставки за успех е опитния и квалифициран персонал. Проектът ще има за цел да създаде условия за професионално и кариерно развитие на служителите, чрез повишаване квалификацията на работната сила, повишаване на икономическата активност и подобряване достъпа до заетост затърсещите работа безработни и неактивни лица, посредством предоставяне на обучения. Целта ще бъде постигната чреззаложените по проекта дейности, които включват обучение на заети във фирмата лица, както и обучение на безработни и/или неактивни лица. След преминаването на обученията, лицата ще повишат адекватността на своите умения спрямо актуалните нужди от страна на бизнеса. По този начин ще се постигнат положителни резултати, както в адаптацията им към условията на труд, така и ще се изпълнят целите на настоящата процедура. В рамките на проекта са предвидени обучения за придобиване на професионална степен и обучения по Ключова компетентност. Проектът ще обезпечи решаването на идентифицираните потребности на лицата за професионална реализация свързана с конкретните нужди на пазара. (Bulgarian)

“Bozhentitours” Ltd. is a company that has always strived to provide the best possible employment for its employees. The sector in which the company operates is the sale of shoes. For the company “Bozhentiturs” Ltd. it is important to have qualified staff who can perform its duties qualitatively, thereby keeping the company’s good reputation. The company is constantly developing, and one of the essential prerequisites for success is experienced and qualified staff. The project will aim to create conditions for professional and career development of employees by improving the qualification of the workforce, increasing economic activity and improving access to employment for unemployed and inactive jobseekers by providing trainings. The goal will be achieved through the project activities, which include training of employees, as well as training of unemployed and/or inactive persons. Once the training takes place, individuals will increase the adequacy of their skills to the current needs of the business. This will achieve positive results both in adapting to working conditions and fulfilling the objectives of this procedure. Within the project there are trainings for acquiring a professional degree and trainings on Key Competence. The project will address the identified needs of individuals for professional realisation related to the specific needs of the market. (English)

Pour la société «Bozhentiturs» Ltd., il est important d’avoir du personnel qualifié qui peut exercer ses fonctions qualitativement, conservant ainsi la bonne réputation de l’entreprise. L’entreprise se développe constamment, et l’une des conditions essentielles pour réussir est un personnel expérimenté et qualifié. Le projet visera à créer des conditions propices au développement professionnel et professionnel des travailleurs en améliorant la qualification de la main-d’œuvre, en augmentant l’activité économique et en améliorant l’accès à l’emploi pour les chômeurs et les demandeurs d’emploi inactifs grâce à des formations. L’objectif sera atteint grâce aux activités du projet, qui comprennent la formation des employés, ainsi que la formation des chômeurs et/ou des personnes inactives. Une fois que la formation aura lieu, les individus amélioreront l’adéquation de leurs compétences aux besoins actuels de l’entreprise. Cela permettra d’obtenir des résultats positifs tant en ce qui concerne l’adaptation aux conditions de travail que la réalisation des objectifs de cette procédure. Dans le cadre du projet, il y a des formations pour l’obtention d’un diplôme professionnel et des formations sur les compétences clés. Le projet répondra aux besoins identifiés des individus en matière de réalisation professionnelle liés aux besoins spécifiques du marché. (French)

Der Sektor, in dem das Unternehmen tätig ist, ist der Verkauf von Schuhen. Für das Unternehmen „Bozhentiturs“ Ltd. ist es wichtig, qualifiziertes Personal zu haben, das seine Aufgaben qualitativ erfüllen kann und damit den guten Ruf des Unternehmens behält. Das Unternehmen entwickelt sich ständig weiter, und eine der wesentlichen Voraussetzungen für den Erfolg ist erfahrenes und qualifiziertes Personal. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Voraussetzungen für die berufliche und berufliche Entwicklung der Arbeitnehmer zu schaffen, indem die Qualifikation der Arbeitskräfte verbessert, die Wirtschaftstätigkeit erhöht und der Zugang zu Beschäftigung für Arbeitslose und Nichterwerbstätige durch Ausbildungsmaßnahmen verbessert wird. Das Ziel wird durch die Projektaktivitäten erreicht, die die Ausbildung von Arbeitnehmern sowie die Ausbildung von Arbeitslosen und/oder Nichterwerbstätigen umfassen. Sobald die Ausbildung stattfindet, wird der Einzelne die Angemessenheit ihrer Fähigkeiten an die aktuellen Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens erhöhen. Dies wird sowohl bei der Anpassung an die Arbeitsbedingungen als auch bei der Erfüllung der Ziele dieses Verfahrens zu positiven Ergebnissen führen. Im Rahmen des Projekts gibt es Schulungen zum Erwerb eines professionellen Abschlusses und Schulungen zu Schlüsselkompetenz. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden die ermittelten Bedürfnisse von Einzelpersonen an der beruflichen Umsetzung im Zusammenhang mit den spezifischen Bedürfnissen des Marktes berücksichtigt. (German)

Voor het bedrijf „Bozhentiturs” Ltd. is het belangrijk om gekwalificeerd personeel te hebben dat zijn taken kwalitatief kan uitvoeren, waardoor de goede reputatie van het bedrijf behouden blijft. Het bedrijf is voortdurend in ontwikkeling, en een van de essentiële voorwaarden voor succes is ervaren en gekwalificeerd personeel. Het project heeft tot doel de voorwaarden te scheppen voor de beroeps- en loopbaanontwikkeling van werknemers door de kwalificaties van de beroepsbevolking te verbeteren, de economische activiteit te vergroten en de toegang tot werk voor werklozen en inactieve werkzoekenden te verbeteren door opleidingen te verstrekken. Het doel zal worden bereikt door middel van de projectactiviteiten, waaronder de opleiding van werknemers en de opleiding van werklozen en/of inactieven. Zodra de opleiding plaatsvindt, zullen individuen de geschiktheid van hun vaardigheden voor de huidige behoeften van het bedrijf vergroten. Dit zal positieve resultaten opleveren, zowel wat betreft de aanpassing aan de arbeidsomstandigheden als de verwezenlijking van de doelstellingen van deze procedure. Binnen het project zijn er opleidingen voor het behalen van een beroepsopleiding en opleidingen op sleutelcompetentie. Het project zal tegemoet komen aan de vastgestelde behoeften van individuen voor professionele realisatie in verband met de specifieke behoeften van de markt. (Dutch)

Per la società "Bozhentiturs" Ltd. è importante avere personale qualificato in grado di svolgere le sue funzioni qualitativamente, mantenendo così la buona reputazione dell'azienda. L'azienda è in costante sviluppo e uno dei prerequisiti essenziali per il successo è personale esperto e qualificato. Il progetto mira a creare le condizioni per lo sviluppo professionale e professionale dei lavoratori migliorando la qualificazione della forza lavoro, aumentando l'attività economica e migliorando l'accesso all'occupazione per i disoccupati e le persone inattive in cerca di lavoro attraverso la formazione. L'obiettivo sarà raggiunto attraverso le attività del progetto, che comprendono la formazione dei dipendenti, nonché la formazione dei disoccupati e/o delle persone inattive. Una volta effettuata la formazione, gli individui aumenteranno l'adeguatezza delle loro competenze alle esigenze attuali dell'impresa. Ciò produrrà risultati positivi sia nell'adattamento alle condizioni di lavoro che nel conseguimento degli obiettivi di questa procedura. All'interno del progetto ci sono formazioni per l'acquisizione di una laurea professionale e corsi di formazione sulla Competenza Chiave. La empresa está en constante desarrollo, y uno de los requisitos esenciales para el éxito es el personal experimentado y cualificado. El proyecto tendrá por objeto crear condiciones para el desarrollo profesional y profesional de los trabajadores mejorando la cualificación de la mano de obra, aumentando la actividad económica y mejorando el acceso al empleo de los desempleados y los solicitantes de empleo inactivos mediante la formación. El objetivo se logrará mediante las actividades del proyecto, que incluyen la capacitación de los empleados, así como la formación de desempleados o inactivos. Una vez realizada la formación, las personas aumentarán la adecuación de sus competencias a las necesidades actuales de la empresa. Esto logrará resultados positivos tanto en la adaptación a las condiciones de trabajo como en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de este procedimiento. Dentro del proyecto hay formaciones para adquirir un título profesional y capacitaciones en Competencias Clave. El proyecto abordará las necesidades identificadas de las personas para la realización profesional en relación con las necesidades específicas del mercado. (Spanish)
