Проект "Докторантско Обучение в МУ-Пловдив за Компетентност, Творчество, Оригиналност, Реализация и Академизъм в Науката и Технологиите - 2 (ДОКТОРАНТ 2)" се изпълнява от МУ-Пловдив като продължение и надграждане на успешно реализиран проект "ДОКТОРАНТ 1"в предишния планов период. Целта на проекта е да допринесе за развитието на човешките ресурси на МУ, ангажирани в сферата на науката и повишаване капацитета за научноизследователска дейност на докторанти, постдокторанти и млади учени. В проекта са включени 4 студенти, 15 докторанти, 15 постдокторанти, 5 млади учени и 12 хабилитирани преподаватели.Ще продължим обученията за успешна научна кариера в Докторантското училище изградено по проект "ДОКТОРАНТ 1". Следващата стъпка в обучението на младите изследователи (постдокторанти и млади учени) е включването им в Педагогическа академия, където фокусът на обучение е към изграждане на капацитет за научни изследвания, включване в международни научни проекти и др. В Педагогическата академия ще се обучават и хабилитирани преподаватели за придобиване на знания и изграждане на умения за научно ръководство на докторанти, трансфер на технологии и др. За постигане на значими резултати от научната дейност на младите изследователи и за придобиване на практически умения за научни изследвания ще осигурим менторска и консултантска подкрепа от изявени чуждестранни и български учени. 10 млади изследователи и 4 студенти ще проведат едномесечен стаж в утвърдени университети в ЕС и САЩ. 30 млади изследователи ще имат възможност да представят своите научни проекти и резултати на форуми в ЕС. Ще осигурим подкрепа за 45 публикации в международно признати издания. За популяризиране научните постижения на младите изследователи организираме "Дни на медицинската наука" и Международна конференция "Наука и младост". По проекта ще бъде осигурен достъп до научни бази данни, ще бъдат закупени научни издания, ще подпомогнем достъпа на младите изследователи до международни мрежи и проекти. (Bulgarian)

The project “Doctoral Training at MU-Plovdiv for Competence, Creativity, Originality, Realisation and Academicism in Science and Technology — 2 (DoCTORANT 2)” is implemented by MU-Plovdiv as a continuation and upgrade of a successfully implemented project “Doctor 1” in the previous planning period. The aim of the project is to contribute to the development of the human resources of the Medical University engaged in the field of science and increase the research capacity of PhD students, postdoctoral students and young scientists. The project includes 4 students, 15 PhD students, 15 postdoctoral students, 5 young scientists and 12 professors. We will continue the trainings for a successful scientific career at the PhD school built under the project “Doctorate 1”. The next step in the training of young researchers (postdoctoral and young scientists) is their participation in the Pedagogical Academy, where the focus of training is on building capacity for research, inclusion in international scientific projects, etc. The Pedagogical Academy will train and habilitate teachers to acquire knowledge and build skills for scientific guidance of PhD students, transfer of technology, etc. To achieve significant results from the scientific activities of young researchers and to acquire practical skills for research we will provide mentoring and advisory support from prominent foreign and Bulgarian scientists. 10 young researchers and 4 students will carry out a one-month internship at well-established universities in the EU and the US. 30 young researchers will have the opportunity to present their research projects and results in fora in the EU. We will provide support for 45 publications in internationally recognised publications. To promote the scientific achievements of young researchers, we organise “Days of Medical Science” and the International Conference “Science and Youth”. The project will provide access to scientific databases, buy scientific publications, support young researchers’ access to international networks and projects. (English)

Le projet «Formation doctorale à MU-Plovdiv pour les compétences, la créativité, l’originalité, la réalisation et l’académisme en science et technologie — 2 (doctorant 2)» est mis en œuvre par MU-Plovdiv en tant que continuation et mise à niveau d’un projet mis en œuvre avec succès «Doctor 1» au cours de la période de planification précédente. L’objectif du projet est de contribuer au développement des ressources humaines de l’Université de médecine engagée dans le domaine des sciences et d’accroître la capacité de recherche des doctorants, des étudiants postdoctoraux et des jeunes scientifiques. Le projet comprend 4 étudiants, 15 doctorants, 15 étudiants postdoctoraux, 5 jeunes scientifiques et 12 professeurs. Nous poursuivrons les formations pour une carrière scientifique réussie à l’école de doctorat construite dans le cadre du projet «Doctorat 1». L’étape suivante de la formation des jeunes chercheurs (postdoctoraux et jeunes scientifiques) est leur participation à l’Académie pédagogique, où l’accent est mis sur le renforcement des capacités de recherche, l’inclusion dans des projets scientifiques internationaux, etc. L’Académie pédagogique formera et aidera les enseignants à acquérir des connaissances et à développer des compétences pour l’orientation scientifique des doctorants, le transfert de technologie, etc. Afin d’obtenir des résultats significatifs des activités scientifiques des jeunes chercheurs et d’acquérir des compétences pratiques pour la recherche, nous fournirons un mentorat et un soutien consultatif de scientifiques étrangers et bulgares éminents. Dix jeunes chercheurs et 4 étudiants effectueront un stage d’un mois dans des universités bien établies de l’UE et des États-Unis. 30 jeunes chercheurs auront la possibilité de présenter leurs projets de recherche et leurs résultats dans des forums dans l’UE. Nous fournirons un soutien pour 45 publications dans des publications reconnues à l’échelle internationale. Afin de promouvoir les réalisations scientifiques des jeunes chercheurs, nous organisons des «Journées des sciences médicales» et la Conférence internationale «Science et jeunesse». Le projet permettra d’accéder aux bases de données scientifiques, d’acheter des publications scientifiques, de soutenir l’accès des jeunes chercheurs aux réseaux et projets internationaux. (French)

Das Projekt „Doctoral Training at MU-Plovdiv for Competence, Creativity, Originality, Realisation and Academicism in Science and Technology – 2 (Doktor 2)“ wird von der MU-Plovdiv als Fortsetzung und Weiterentwicklung eines erfolgreich umgesetzten Projekts „Doctor 1“ in der vorangegangenen Planungsphase umgesetzt. Ziel des Projekts ist es, zur Entwicklung der Humanressourcen der Medizinischen Universität im Bereich der Wissenschaft beizutragen und die Forschungskapazität von Doktoranden, Postdoktoranden und jungen Wissenschaftlern zu erhöhen. Das Projekt umfasst 4 Studierende, 15 Doktoranden, 15 Postdoktoranden, 5 junge Wissenschaftler und 12 Professoren. Wir werden die Ausbildungen für eine erfolgreiche wissenschaftliche Karriere an der Doktorandenschule fortsetzen, die im Rahmen des Projekts „Doctorate 1“ errichtet wurde. Der nächste Schritt in der Ausbildung junger Forscher (Postdoktoranden und Nachwuchswissenschaftler) ist ihre Teilnahme an der Pädagogischen Akademie, wo der Schwerpunkt der Ausbildung auf dem Aufbau von Forschungskapazitäten, der Einbeziehung in internationale wissenschaftliche Projekte usw. liegt. Die Pädagogische Akademie wird Lehrer schulen und habilitieren, um Wissen zu erwerben und Fähigkeiten für die wissenschaftliche Beratung von Doktoranden, Technologietransfer usw. zu erwerben. 10 junge Forscher und 4 Studierende absolvieren ein einmonatiges Praktikum an etablierten Universitäten in der EU und in den USA. 30 junge Forscher haben die Möglichkeit, ihre Forschungsprojekte und Ergebnisse in Foren in der EU zu präsentieren. Het project „Doctoral Training at MU-Plovdiv for Competence, Creativity, Originality, Realisation and Academicism in Science and Technology — 2 (Doctorant 2)” wordt uitgevoerd door MU-Plovdiv als voortzetting en upgrade van een succesvol uitgevoerd project „Doctor 1” in de vorige planningsperiode. Het doel van het project is om bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van het menselijk potentieel van de Medische Universiteit die zich bezighoudt met wetenschap en de onderzoekscapaciteit van promovendi, postdoctorale studenten en jonge wetenschappers te vergroten. Het project omvat 4 studenten, 15 promovendi, 15 postdoctorale studenten, 5 jonge wetenschappers en 12 professoren. We zullen de trainingen voortzetten voor een succesvolle wetenschappelijke carrière op de PhD school gebouwd in het kader van het project „Doctoraat 1”. De volgende stap in de opleiding van jonge onderzoekers (postdoctorale en jonge wetenschappers) is hun deelname aan de Pedagogische Academie, waar de focus van opleiding ligt op het opbouwen van capaciteit voor onderzoek, integratie in internationale wetenschappelijke projecten, enz. De Pedagogische Academie zal leraren opleiden en habiliteren om kennis te verwerven en vaardigheden op te bouwen voor wetenschappelijke begeleiding van promovendi, overdracht van technologie, enz. Om significante resultaten te behalen uit de wetenschappelijke activiteiten van jonge onderzoekers en om praktische vaardigheden voor onderzoek te verwerven, zullen we mentor- en adviesondersteuning bieden van vooraanstaande buitenlandse en Bulgaarse wetenschappers. Il progetto "Doctoral Training at MU-Plovdiv for Competence, Creativity, Originality, Realisation and Academicism in Science and Technology — 2 (Doctorant 2)" è attuato da MU-Plovdiv come continuazione e aggiornamento di un progetto "Doctor 1" attuato con successo nel precedente periodo di pianificazione. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di contribuire allo sviluppo delle risorse umane dell'Università Medica impegnata nel campo della scienza e aumentare la capacità di ricerca di dottorandi, studenti post-dottorato e giovani scienziati. Il progetto comprende 4 studenti, 15 dottorandi, 15 studenti post-dottorato, 5 giovani scienziati e 12 professori. Proseguiremo i corsi di formazione per una carriera scientifica di successo presso la scuola di dottorato costruita nell'ambito del progetto "Doctorate 1". Il prossimo passo nella formazione dei giovani ricercatori (postdottorato e giovani scienziati) è la loro partecipazione all'Accademia Pedagogica, dove l'obiettivo della formazione è quello di sviluppare capacità di ricerca, inclusione in progetti scientifici internazionali, ecc. L'Accademia Pedagogica formerà e abiliterà gli insegnanti per acquisire conoscenze e sviluppare competenze per l'orientamento scientifico dei dottorandi, il trasferimento di tecnologia, ecc. Per ottenere risultati significativi dalle attività scientifiche dei giovani ricercatori e per acquisire competenze pratiche per la ricerca forniremo tutoraggio e supporto consultivo da eminenti scienziati stranieri e bulgari. 10 giovani ricercatori e 4 studenti effettueranno uno stage di un mese presso università consolidate nell'UE e negli Stati Uniti. 30 giovani ricercatori avranno l'opportunità di presentare i loro progetti di ricerca e risultati in sedi nell'UE. Forniremo supporto per 45 pubblicazioni in pubblicazioni riconosciute a livello internazionale. Per promuovere i risultati scientifici dei giovani ricercatori, organizziamo "Giorni di scienza medica" e il Convegno Internazionale "Scienza e Gioventù". El siguiente paso en la formación de jóvenes investigadores (postdoctorales y jóvenes científicos) es su participación en la Academia Pedagógica, donde la formación se centra en la creación de capacidad para la investigación, la inclusión en proyectos científicos internacionales, etc. La Academia Pedagógica formará y capacitará a profesores para adquirir conocimientos y desarrollar habilidades para la orientación científica de los estudiantes de doctorado, la transferencia de tecnología, etc. Para lograr resultados significativos de las actividades científicas de los jóvenes investigadores y adquirir habilidades prácticas para la investigación, proporcionaremos asesoramiento y asesoramiento de destacados científicos extranjeros y búlgaros.
