Инвестиционният проект предвижда интегриране на ново технологично оборудване, като бъде закупено описаното по-долу ново оборудване с по-големи технологични възможности, интегрира се система за оползотворяване на отпадна топлина и система за мониторинг на енергопотреблението:- Линия за коване на палети (Мярка 1 от Енергийния одит);- Газокар (Мярка 2 от Енергийния одит);- Вентилационна инсталация за оползотворяване на остатъчна топлинна енергия (Мярка 3 от Енергийния одит);- Система за мониторинг на енергопотреблението (Мярка 4 от Енергийния одит).След интегриране на изброеното по-горе технологично оборудване, производственият капацитет на предприятието ще нарасне значително. С новото оборудване разходите за енергопотреблението на единица произведена продукция ще са значително по-малки отколкото при старо такова оборудване и освен това производството ще бъде значително по-енергоефективно и енергоспестяващо и на тази основа ще осигури значително намаляването на емисиите CO2. The investment project envisages the integration of new technological equipment by purchasing new equipment with greater technological capabilities described below, integrating a waste heat recovery system and a monitoring system for energy consumption:- Pallet forging line (Measure 1 of the Energy Audit);- Gazokar (Measure 2 of the Energy Audit);- Ventilation plant for the recovery of residual heat (Measure 3 of the Energy Audit);- Energy consumption monitoring system (Energy Audit Measure 4).After integration of the technological equipment listed above, the production capacity of the company will increase significantly. With the new equipment, the cost of energy consumption per unit of production will be significantly lower than for old equipment and, moreover, production will be significantly more energy-efficient and energy-saving and, on this basis, will significantly reduce CO2 emissions. Le projet d’investissement prévoit l’intégration de nouveaux équipements technologiques en achetant de nouveaux équipements dotés de capacités technologiques plus importantes décrites ci-dessous, intégrant un système de récupération de chaleur résiduelle et un système de surveillance de la consommation d’énergie:- Ligne de forge de palettes (mesure 1 de l’audit énergétique);- Gazokar (mesure 2 de l’audit énergétique);- Installation de ventilation pour la récupération de la chaleur résiduelle (mesure 3 de l’audit énergétique);- Système de surveillance de la consommation d’énergie (mesure d’audit énergétique 4).Après l’intégration des équipements technologiques énumérés ci-dessus, la capacité de production de l’entreprise augmentera considérablement. Avec les nouveaux équipements, le coût de la consommation d’énergie par unité de production sera nettement inférieur à celui des anciens équipements et, en outre, la production sera nettement plus efficace sur le plan énergétique et économise en énergie et, sur cette base, réduira considérablement les émissions de CO2. Das Investitionsvorhaben sieht die Integration neuer technologischer Ausrüstungen vor, indem neue Geräte mit größeren technologischen Fähigkeiten erworben werden, die ein Abwärmerückgewinnungssystem und ein Überwachungssystem für den Energieverbrauch umfassen:- Palettenschmiedelinie (Maßnahme 1 des Energieaudits);- Gazokar (Maßnahme 2 des Energieaudits);- Lüftungsanlage zur Rückgewinnung von Restwärme (Maßnahme 3 des Energieaudits);- Energieverbrauchsüberwachungssystem (Energieauditmaßnahme 4).Nach der Integration der oben genannten technologischen Ausrüstung wird die Produktionskapazität des Unternehmens erheblich steigen. Mit der neuen Ausrüstung werden die Kosten für den Energieverbrauch pro Produktionseinheit deutlich niedriger sein als bei alten Anlagen, und die Produktion wird zudem deutlich energieeffizienter und energiesparend sein und auf dieser Grundlage die CO2-Emissionen deutlich reduzieren. Het investeringsproject voorziet in de integratie van nieuwe technologische apparatuur door de aankoop van nieuwe apparatuur met grotere technologische capaciteiten, zoals hieronder beschreven, integratie van een systeem voor de terugwinning van afvalwarmte en een monitoringsysteem voor het energieverbruik:- Pallet-smeedlijn (maatregel 1 van de energieaudit);- Gazokar (maatregel 2 van de energieaudit);- Ventilatie-installatie voor de terugwinning van restwarmte (maatregel 3 van de energieaudit);- monitoringsysteem voor energieverbruik (maatregel 4).Na integratie van de hierboven genoemde technologische apparatuur zal de productiecapaciteit van het bedrijf aanzienlijk toenemen. Met de nieuwe apparatuur zullen de kosten van het energieverbruik per productie-eenheid aanzienlijk lager zijn dan voor oude apparatuur en bovendien zal de productie aanzienlijk energie-efficiënter en energiebesparend zijn en op basis hiervan de CO2-uitstoot aanzienlijk verminderen. Il progetto di investimento prevede l'integrazione di nuove attrezzature tecnologiche acquistando nuove attrezzature con maggiori capacità tecnologiche descritte di seguito, integrando un sistema di recupero del calore di scarto e un sistema di monitoraggio dei consumi energetici:- Linea di forgiatura pallet (Misura 1 dell'Energy Audit);- Gazokar (Misura 2 dell'Energy Audit);- Impianto di ventilazione per il recupero di calore residuo (Misura 3 dell'Audit Energetico);- Sistema di monitoraggio dei consumi energetici (Misura Energetica 4).Dopo l'integrazione delle attrezzature tecnologiche sopra elencate, la capacità produttiva dell'azienda aumenterà notevolmente. Con le nuove apparecchiature, il costo del consumo energetico per unità di produzione sarà notevolmente inferiore a quello delle vecchie apparecchiature e, inoltre, la produzione sarà significativamente più efficiente dal punto di vista energetico e risparmio energetico e, su questa base, ridurrà notevolmente le emissioni di CO2. El proyecto de inversión prevé la integración de nuevos equipos tecnológicos mediante la adquisición de nuevos equipos con mayores capacidades tecnológicas descritas a continuación, integrando un sistema de recuperación de calor residual y un sistema de control del consumo de energía:- Línea de forja de paletas (medida 1 de la Auditoría Energética);- Gazokar (Medida 2 de la Auditoría Energética);- Planta de ventilación para la recuperación de calor residual (medida 3 de la Auditoría Energética);- Sistema de control del consumo de energía (Medida de Auditoría Energética 4).Después de la integración de los equipos tecnológicos mencionados anteriormente, la capacidad de producción de la empresa aumentará significativamente. Con los nuevos equipos, el coste del consumo de energía por unidad de producción será significativamente inferior al de los equipos antiguos y, además, la producción será significativamente más eficiente en términos de energía y ahorro de energía y, sobre esta base, reducirá significativamente las emisiones de CO2.
