Настоящото проектно предложение е фокусирано върху реализиране на предприемаческата услуга за създаване на архитектурни проекти на пространствената среда с методи на лазерно сканиране и 3D моделиране и за използването им като инструменти за нейното управление, в отговор на реалните потребности на архитектурната практиката за внедряване на иновационни технологии. "АРХИТЕКТУРНО СТУДИО ДИ ЕНД КЕЙ"ЕООД идентифицира настоящата предприемаческа идея на база на оценения й пазарен потенциал, образованието и експертизата на екипа, който ще я осъществява и принадената стойност на услугите. Тези архитектурни дейности намират широко приложение при: геодезическо заснемане и картиране;архитектурата, урбанистиката, строителството на сгради и съоръжения;пътно проектиране и строителство;планиране, анализ и контрол при бедствия и аварии;установяване на причините за ПТП,както и възможностите за тяхното избягване;археология и обекти на културното наследство и много др.Основното пазарно предимство на тази услуга е, че след приключване на проекта разработената иновационна практика ще намери широко практическо приложение в управлението на градската среда и особено при работа с пространствени среди, включително отделни групи сгради, квартали, паметници на архитектурата и културно-историческото наследство, трудно достъпни терени и др. За описаната предприемаческа идея към настоящия момент има отворена пазарна ниша в България. Архитектурните дейности имат висока добавена стойност и са в процес на устойчиво икономическо развитие. За да е в състояние да реализира предприемаческата си идея, дружеството се нуждае от наемане на квалифициран персонал-4 човека на трудов договор, които ще осъществят на практика архитектурните дейности;закупуване на ДМА-4бр. различна по вид и функционалност измервателна и копираща техника и изработване на интернет страница.Всичко това ще има кумулативен ефект върху осигуряване на възможност дружеството да предлага на пазара дългосрочни качествени нишови услуги. This project proposal is focused on the realisation of the entrepreneurial service for creating architectural designs of the spatial environment with laser scanning methods and 3D modeling and for their use as tools for its management, in response to the real needs of architectural practice for the implementation of innovative technologies. “Architectural STUDIO DI ENDE” Ltd. identifies the current entrepreneurial idea based on its estimated market potential, education and expertise of the team, which will implement it and the added value of the services. These architectural activities are widely used in: geodetic surveying and mapping; architecture, urban science, construction of buildings and facilities; road design and construction; planning, analysis and control of disasters and accidents; identification of the causes of accidents, as well as the possibilities for their avoidance; archaeology and cultural heritage sites, etc. The main market advantage of this service is that after completion of the project, the developed innovative practice will find wide practical application in the management of the urban environment and especially when working with spatial environments, including separate groups of buildings, neighbourhoods, monuments of architecture and cultural and historical heritage, hard-to-reach terrains, etc. There is currently an open market niche in Bulgaria for the described entrepreneurial idea. Architectural activities have a high added value and are in the process of sustainable economic development. In order to be able to realise its entrepreneurial idea, the company needs to hire qualified staff — 4 people on a contract of employment, who will carry out the architectural activities in practice; purchasing DMA-4 pcs. different in type and functionality measuring and copying equipment and making a website. All this will have a cumulative effect on enabling the company to market long-term quality niche services. (English)

Cette proposition de projet est axée sur la réalisation du service entrepreneurial pour la création de conceptions architecturales de l’environnement spatial avec des méthodes de balayage laser et la modélisation 3D et pour leur utilisation comme outils de gestion, en réponse aux besoins réels de la pratique architecturale pour la mise en œuvre de technologies innovantes. «Architectural STUDIO DI ENDE» Ltd. identifie l’idée entrepreneuriale actuelle sur la base de son potentiel de marché estimé, de l’éducation et de l’expertise de l’équipe, qui la mettra en œuvre et de la valeur ajoutée des services. Ces activités architecturales sont largement utilisées dans les domaines suivants: L’arpentage et la cartographie géodésiques; l’architecture, la science urbaine, la construction de bâtiments et d’installations; la conception et la construction de routes; la planification, l’analyse et la maîtrise des catastrophes et des accidents; l’identification des causes des accidents, ainsi que les possibilités d’éviter ces accidents; l’archéologie et les sites du patrimoine culturel et culturel, etc. L’avantage principal de ce service sur le marché est qu’après l’achèvement du projet, les pratiques innovantes développées trouveront une application pratique étendue dans la gestion de l’environnement urbain et, en particulier, lorsque l’on travaille avec des environnements spatiaux, y compris des groupes distincts de bâtiments, de quartiers, de monuments d’architecture et de patrimoine culturel et historique, de terrains difficiles d’accès, etc. Il existe actuellement un créneau ouvert en Bulgarie pour l’idée entrepreneuriale décrite. Der Projektvorschlag konzentriert sich auf die Realisierung des unternehmerischen Dienstes zur Erstellung von architektonischen Entwürfen der räumlichen Umgebung mit Laser-Scan-Methoden und 3D-Modellierung und für deren Nutzung als Werkzeuge für das Management, um den realen Anforderungen der Architekturpraxis für die Umsetzung innovativer Technologien gerecht zu werden. „Architectural STUDIO DI ENDE“ Ltd. identifiziert die aktuelle unternehmerische Idee auf der Grundlage ihres geschätzten Marktpotenzials, der Ausbildung und des Know-hows des Teams, das sie umsetzen wird und den Mehrwert der Dienstleistungen. Diese architektonischen Aktivitäten sind weit verbreitet in: geodätische Vermessung und Kartierung; Architektur, Stadtwissenschaft, Bau von Gebäuden und Einrichtungen; Straßenplanung und -bau; Planung, Analyse und Kontrolle von Katastrophen und Unfällen; Ermittlung der Unfallursachen sowie der Möglichkeiten für deren Vermeidung; Archäologie und kulturelles Erbe usw. Der größte Marktvorteil dieser Dienstleistung besteht darin, dass die entwickelte innovative Praxis nach Abschluss des Projekts eine breite praktische Anwendung in der Verwaltung der städtischen Umwelt findet und insbesondere bei der Arbeit mit räumlichen Umgebungen, darunter separate Gebäudegruppen, Nachbarschaften, Denkmäler der Architektur und des kulturellen und historischen Erbes, schwer zugängliche Gelände usw. In Bulgarien gibt es derzeit eine offene Marktnische für die beschriebene unternehmerische Idee. Dit projectvoorstel is gericht op de realisatie van de ondernemende dienst voor het maken van architectonische ontwerpen van de ruimtelijke omgeving met laserscanningsmethoden en 3D-modellering en voor het gebruik ervan als instrumenten voor het beheer ervan, in antwoord op de werkelijke behoeften van de architectonische praktijk voor de implementatie van innovatieve technologieën. „Architectural STUDIO DI ENDE” Ltd. identificeert het huidige ondernemersidee op basis van het geschatte marktpotentieel, de opleiding en de deskundigheid van het team, dat het zal implementeren en de toegevoegde waarde van de diensten. Deze architectonische activiteiten worden veel gebruikt in: geodetisch onderzoek en inventarisatie; architectuur, stedelijke wetenschap, bouw van gebouwen en voorzieningen; wegenontwerp en -constructie; planning, analyse en beheersing van rampen en ongevallen; identificatie van de oorzaken van ongevallen, alsmede de mogelijkheden om deze te vermijden; archeologie en cultureel erfgoed, enz. Het belangrijkste marktvoordeel van deze dienst is dat de ontwikkelde innovatieve praktijk na voltooiing van het project een brede praktische toepassing zal vinden in het beheer van de stedelijke omgeving en vooral bij het werken met ruimtelijke omgevingen, waaronder afzonderlijke groepen gebouwen, buurten, monumenten van architectuur en cultureel en historisch erfgoed, moeilijk te bereiken terreinen, enz. "Architectural STUDIO DI ENDE" Ltd. identifica l'attuale idea imprenditoriale basata sul suo potenziale di mercato stimato, sulla formazione e sulla competenza del team, che la implementerà e sul valore aggiunto dei servizi. Queste attività architettoniche sono ampiamente utilizzate in: geodetic surveying e mapping; architettura, scienze urbane, costruzione di edifici e strutture; progettazione e costruzione di strade; pianificazione, analisi e controllo di disastri e incidenti; identificazione delle cause degli incidenti, così come le possibilità per la loro prevenzione; archeologia e siti del patrimonio culturale, ecc Il principale vantaggio di mercato di questo servizio è che dopo il completamento del progetto, la pratica innovativa sviluppata troverà un'ampia applicazione pratica nella gestione dell'ambiente urbano e soprattutto quando si lavora con ambienti spaziali, tra cui gruppi separati di edifici, quartieri, monumenti di architettura e patrimonio culturale e storico, terreni difficili da raggiungere, ecc C'è attualmente una nicchia di mercato aperto in Bulgaria per l'idea imprenditoriale descritta. Estas actividades arquitectónicas son ampliamente utilizadas en: topografía y cartografía geodésica; arquitectura, ciencias urbanas, construcción de edificios e instalaciones; diseño y construcción de carreteras; planificación, análisis y control de catástrofes y accidentes; identificación de las causas de los accidentes, así como de las posibilidades de evitarlos; arqueología y sitios del patrimonio cultural, etc. La principal ventaja del mercado de este servicio es que tras la finalización del proyecto, la práctica innovadora desarrollada encontrará una amplia aplicación práctica en la gestión del entorno urbano y especialmente cuando se trabaja con entornos espaciales, incluidos grupos separados de edificios, barrios, monumentos de arquitectura y patrimonio cultural e histórico, terrenos difíciles de alcanzar, etc. Actualmente existe un mercado abierto en Bulgaria para la idea empresarial descrita.
