Kehityshankkeen tavoitteena lanseerata uusi mobiiliteknologiaa hyödyntävä terveysalan palvelukonsepti, vastaamaan terveysalan suurimpaan haasteeseen: Miten vaikuttaa potilaan/asiakkaan terveyskäyttäytymiseen ja siihen millaisia valintoja vastaanottoajan ulkopuolella tehdään? Hankkeen aikana kehitetään mobiiliteknologiaa hyödyntävä palvelukonsepti terveysalan ammattilasten ja heidän asiakkaidensa käyttöön. Tavoitteena on rakentaa toimintatapa, jonka tarkoituksena on tiivistää terveysalan ammattilaisen ja asiakkaan välistä vuorovaikutusta ja mahdollistaa näin tehokkaampi terveyspalvelujen toteutus, samalla pyrkien pois tilanteesta, jossa potilas tuntee jäävänsä hoidossaan yksin. Samalla tarjotaan terveysalan ammattilaisille avaimet asiakkaiden terveyskäyttäytymiseen vaikuttamiseen. (Finnish)

The aim of the development project is to launch a new healthcare service concept using mobile technology to meet the biggest challenge facing the health sector: How do you influence the patient’s/client’s health behaviour and the choices made outside of reception time? During the project, a service concept using mobile technology will be developed for the use of health professionals and their customers. The aim is to build a way of working towards closer interaction between the health professional and the client, thus enabling more efficient health services to be carried out, while seeking to overcome the situation where the patient feels alone in their care. At the same time, health professionals are provided with keys to influence customers’ health behaviour. (English)

L’objectif du projet de développement est de lancer un nouveau concept de services de santé utilisant la technologie mobile pour relever le plus grand défi auquel le secteur de la santé est confronté: Comment influez-vous sur le comportement de santé du patient/client et sur les choix faits en dehors du temps d’accueil? Au cours du projet, un concept de service utilisant la technologie mobile sera développé à l’intention des professionnels de la santé et de leurs clients. L’objectif est de construire une manière de travailler vers une interaction plus étroite entre le professionnel de la santé et le client, permettant ainsi d’assurer des services de santé plus efficaces, tout en cherchant à surmonter la situation où le patient se sent seul dans ses soins. Dans le même temps, les professionnels de la santé reçoivent des clés pour influencer le comportement des clients en matière de santé. (French)

Ziel des Entwicklungsprojekts ist die Einführung eines neuen Gesundheitsdienstes mit mobiler Technologie, um der größten Herausforderung im Gesundheitswesen gerecht zu werden: Wie beeinflussen Sie das Gesundheitsverhalten des Patienten/Kunden und die Entscheidungen außerhalb der Aufnahmezeit? Während des Projekts wird ein Servicekonzept mit mobiler Technologie für den Einsatz von Angehörigen der Gesundheitsberufe und deren Kunden entwickelt. Ziel ist es, eine Möglichkeit zu schaffen, auf eine engere Interaktion zwischen dem Gesundheitsfachmann und dem Kunden hinzuarbeiten, damit effizientere Gesundheitsdienste durchgeführt werden können, während gleichzeitig versucht wird, die Situation zu überwinden, in der sich der Patient allein in seiner Versorgung fühlt. Gleichzeitig werden Gesundheitsfachkräfte mit Schlüsseln ausgestattet, um das Gesundheitsverhalten der Kunden zu beeinflussen. (German)

Het doel van het ontwikkelingsproject is om een nieuw concept van gezondheidszorgdiensten te lanceren met behulp van mobiele technologie om de grootste uitdaging voor de gezondheidssector aan te gaan: Hoe beïnvloedt u het gezondheidsgedrag van de patiënt/cliënt en de keuzes die buiten de opvangtijd zijn gemaakt? Tijdens het project zal een serviceconcept met behulp van mobiele technologie worden ontwikkeld voor het gebruik van gezondheidswerkers en hun klanten. Het doel is een manier te ontwikkelen om te werken aan een nauwere interactie tussen de zorgverlener en de cliënt, zodat efficiëntere gezondheidszorg kan worden uitgevoerd en tegelijkertijd wordt getracht de situatie te overwinnen waarin de patiënt zich alleen in zijn zorg voelt. Tegelijkertijd krijgen gezondheidswerkers de sleutel om het gezondheidsgedrag van klanten te beïnvloeden. (Dutch)

L'obiettivo del progetto di sviluppo è quello di lanciare un nuovo concetto di servizio sanitario utilizzando la tecnologia mobile per affrontare la più grande sfida che il settore sanitario deve affrontare: In che modo influenza il comportamento di salute del paziente/cliente e le scelte fatte al di fuori del tempo di ricezione? Durante il progetto, verrà sviluppato un concetto di servizio che utilizza la tecnologia mobile per l'uso dei professionisti della salute e dei loro clienti. L'obiettivo è quello di costruire un modo di lavorare verso una più stretta interazione tra l'operatore sanitario e il cliente, consentendo così di svolgere servizi sanitari più efficienti, cercando di superare la situazione in cui il paziente si sente solo nelle cure. Allo stesso tempo, agli operatori sanitari vengono fornite le chiavi per influenzare il comportamento dei clienti in materia di salute. (Italian)

El objetivo del proyecto de desarrollo es lanzar un nuevo concepto de servicio de salud utilizando la tecnología móvil para afrontar el mayor desafío al que se enfrenta el sector sanitario: ¿Cómo influye en el comportamiento de salud del paciente/cliente y en las decisiones tomadas fuera del horario de recepción? Durante el proyecto, se desarrollará un concepto de servicio utilizando tecnología móvil para el uso de profesionales de la salud y sus clientes. El objetivo es construir una forma de trabajar hacia una interacción más estrecha entre el profesional de la salud y el cliente, permitiendo así la realización de servicios de salud más eficientes, buscando al mismo tiempo superar la situación en la que el paciente se siente solo en su cuidado. Al mismo tiempo, los profesionales de la salud reciben claves para influir en el comportamiento sanitario de los clientes. (Spanish)
