Het Arcadia project zal ons ondersteunen in het aanpassen van de organisatie aan de nieuwe context na het afsplitsen van Proviron en OBC als afzonderlijke entiteiten. Bedoeling is om na te gaan hoe medewerkers meer kunnen bijdragen aan de werking en welke verbeterpunten er kunnen doorgevoerd worden aan de structuur en binnen de manier van werken (Dutch)
