Projekt si klade za cíl komplexní podporu zaměstnanosti a zaměstnatelnosti lidí s duš.onemocněním na území Písecka,Strakonicka,Prachaticka,Vimperska a Sušicka za pomoci mezinárodně ověřené metody IPS. Jedná se o klienty naší organizace,kteří chtějí najít práci a získané místo si udržet. Jako podpora účastníkům proběhnou na počátku projektu vzdělávací aktivity a krátká rekvalifikace. Následně za pomoci Pracovního konzultanta a PEER konzultanta dojde k umisťování účastníků na podpořená prac.místa. (Czech)

The project aims to promote employment and employability of people with soul sickness in the territory of Písecka, Strakonicka, Prachaticka,Vimperska and Sushicka with the help of the internationally verified IPS method. These are clients of our organisation who want to find a job and keep a job. In support of participants, educational activities and short retraining will take place at the beginning of the project. Subsequently, with the help of the Working Consultant and the PEER consultant, the participants will be placed on the supported work place. (English)

Le projet vise à soutenir l’emploi complet et l’employabilité des personnes atteintes de dysp.disease à Písecka, Strakonicka, Prachaticka, Vimperska et Sušice avec l’aide de la méthode IPS éprouvée à l’échelle internationale. Ce sont les clients de notre organisation, qui veulent trouver un emploi et obtenir un emploi à conserver. Pour soutenir les participants, des activités éducatives et un recyclage de courte durée auront lieu au début du projet. Par la suite, avec l’aide d’un consultant au travail et d’un consultant PEER, les participants seront placés sur les emplois soutenus. (French)

Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die umfassende Beschäftigung und Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Menschen mit dysp.disease in Písecka, Strakonicka, Prachaticka,Vimperska und Sušice mit Hilfe der international bewährten IPS-Methode zu unterstützen. Dies sind die Kunden unserer Organisation, die einen Job finden und einen Job bekommen wollen, um zu behalten. Zur Unterstützung der Teilnehmer finden zu Beginn des Projekts Bildungsaktivitäten und kurze Umschulungen statt. Anschließend werden die Teilnehmer mit Hilfe eines Arbeitsberaters und eines PEER-Beraters an den unterstützten Stellen platziert. (German)

Het project is gericht op het ondersteunen van uitgebreide werkgelegenheid en inzetbaarheid van mensen met dysp.disease in Písecka, Strakonicka, Prachaticka,Vimperska en Sušice met behulp van de internationaal beproefde IPS-methode. Dit zijn de klanten van onze organisatie, die een baan willen vinden en een baan willen behouden. Il progetto mira a sostenere l'occupazione completa e l'occupabilità delle persone con disp.disease a Písecka, Strakonicka, Prachaticka, Vimperska e Sušice con l'aiuto del metodo IPS collaudato a livello internazionale. Questi sono i clienti della nostra organizzazione,che vogliono trovare un lavoro e ottenere un lavoro da mantenere. Per sostenere i partecipanti, all'inizio del progetto si svolgeranno attività educative e di breve riqualificazione. Successivamente, con l'aiuto di un consulente di lavoro e di un consulente PEER, i partecipanti saranno assegnati ai posti di lavoro sostenuti. (Italian)

El proyecto tiene como objetivo apoyar el empleo integral y la empleabilidad de las personas con disp.disease en Písecka, Strakonicka, Prachaticka,Vimperska y Sušice con la ayuda del método IPS probado internacionalmente. Estos son los clientes de nuestra organización, que quieren encontrar un trabajo y conseguir un trabajo para mantener. Para apoyar a los participantes, al inicio del proyecto se llevarán a cabo actividades educativas y un breve reciclaje. Posteriormente, con la ayuda de un consultor de trabajo y un consultor de PEER, los participantes serán colocados en los puestos de trabajo subvencionados. (Spanish)
