Projekt se zaměřuje na profesionalizaci spolku Prostor pro rodinu zejména v oblasti zkvalitnění nabízení poskytovaných služeb a zajištění vícezdrojového financování.Profesionalizace bude probíhat na základě resumé z externí procesní analýzy spolku, kde jsou definovány i návrhy kroků k požadované změně. Profesionalizací v oblasti řízení, PR a fundraisingu a prostřednictvím zahraničního partnera, chceme stabilizovat organizaci tak, aby byla prospěšná klientům ne zcela závisle na dotacích. (Czech)

The project focuses on the professionalisation of the Association Space for the Family, especially in the area of improving the quality of offered services and ensuring multisource financing.Professionalisation will take place on the basis of a summary from the external process analysis of the association, where proposals for the required change are also defined. By professionalising management, PR and fundraising and through a foreign partner, we want to stabilise the organisation so that it is beneficial to clients not entirely dependent on subsidies. Le projet se concentre sur la professionnalisation de l’association «Prostor for the Family» en particulier dans le domaine de l’amélioration de la qualité des services offerts et de la fourniture de financements multi-sources. La professionnalisation se fera sur la base d’un résumé de l’analyse du processus externe de l’association, où sont définies des propositions d’étapes au changement souhaité. En professionnalisant dans le domaine de la gestion, des relations publiques et de la collecte de fonds et par l’intermédiaire d’un partenaire étranger, nous voulons stabiliser l’organisation afin qu’elle soit bénéfique pour les clients qui ne dépendent pas entièrement des subventions. Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Professionalisierung des Vereins „Prostor for the Family“ insbesondere im Bereich der Verbesserung der Qualität der angebotenen Dienstleistungen und der Bereitstellung von Mehrquellenfinanzierungen. Die Professionalisierung erfolgt auf der Grundlage einer Zusammenfassung der externen Prozessanalyse des Vereins, in der Vorschläge für Schritte zur gewünschten Änderung definiert werden. Durch Professionalisierung im Bereich Management, PR und Fundraising und durch einen ausländischen Partner wollen wir die Organisation so stabilisieren, dass sie für Kunden vorteilhaft ist, die nicht vollständig von Subventionen abhängig sind. Het project richt zich op de professionalisering van de vereniging „Prostor for the Family” met name op het gebied van het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van de aangeboden diensten en het verstrekken van financiering uit meerdere bronnen. De professionalisering vindt plaats op basis van een samenvatting van de externe procesanalyse van de vereniging, waarbij voorstellen voor stappen naar de gewenste verandering worden gedefinieerd. Door te professionaliseren op het gebied van management, PR en fondsenwerving en via een buitenlandse partner willen we de organisatie zo stabiliseren dat deze gunstig is voor klanten die niet volledig afhankelijk zijn van subsidies. Il progetto si concentra sulla professionalizzazione dell'associazione "Prostor for the Family" in particolare nel campo del miglioramento della qualità dei servizi offerti e dell'erogazione di finanziamenti multi-source. La professionalizzazione si svolgerà sulla base di una sintesi dell'analisi di processo esterna dell'associazione, in cui vengono definite proposte per i passi verso il cambiamento desiderato. Professionalizzando nel campo della gestione, PR e raccolta fondi e attraverso un partner straniero, vogliamo stabilizzare l'organizzazione in modo che sia vantaggiosa per i clienti non interamente dipendenti dalle sovvenzioni. El proyecto se centra en la profesionalización de la asociación «Prostor para la Familia», especialmente en el campo de la mejora de la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos y la provisión de financiación multifuente. La profesionalización se llevará a cabo sobre la base de un resumen del análisis de procesos externos de la asociación, donde se definen propuestas de pasos para el cambio deseado. Mediante la profesionalización en el campo de la gestión, las relaciones públicas y la recaudación de fondos y a través de un socio extranjero, queremos estabilizar la organización para que sea beneficiosa para los clientes que no dependen del todo de los subsidios.
