Projekt vytváří podmínky pro efektivní strategické řízení a plánování (SRP) ve školách a v územích s akcentem na pedagogické vedení (leadership). Bude vytvořen a ověřen systém intenzivní podpory škol směřující k podpoře kompetencí ped. pracovníků v oblasti strategického managementu vedoucí ke zvyšování kvality vzdělávání. Projekt prohloubí spolupráci mezi vedením škol, zřizovateli a dalšími aktéry při tvorbě místního akčního plánu, příjemcům IPo MAP poskytne metodickou a koordinační podporu. (Czech)

The project creates conditions for effective strategic management and planning (SRP) in schools and territories with an emphasis on teaching (leadership). A system of intensive support for schools will be established and verified to support the competences of employees in the area of strategic management leading to improving the quality of education. The project will deepen cooperation between school management, founders and other actors in the development of a local action plan, providing methodological and coordination support to the beneficiaries of IPo MAP. Le projet crée les conditions d’une gestion et d’une planification stratégiques efficaces (SRP) dans les écoles et les territoires en mettant l’accent sur le leadership pédagogique (leadership). Un système de soutien intensif aux écoles visant à soutenir les compétences des cadres supérieurs dans le domaine de la gestion stratégique conduisant à l’amélioration de la qualité de l’éducation sera mis en place et vérifié. Le projet approfondira la coopération entre les responsables scolaires, les fondateurs et les autres acteurs dans l’élaboration du plan d’action local, en fournissant un soutien méthodologique et de coordination aux bénéficiaires du PAIP. Das Projekt schafft Bedingungen für ein effektives strategisches Management und Planung (SRP) in Schulen und Gebieten mit Schwerpunkt auf pädagogischer Führung (Führung). Ein System der intensiven Unterstützung von Schulen zur Unterstützung der Kompetenzen von Führungskräften im Bereich des strategischen Managements, das zur Verbesserung der Bildungsqualität führt, wird eingerichtet und überprüft. Das Projekt wird die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Schulleitern, Gründern und anderen Akteuren bei der Ausarbeitung des lokalen Aktionsplans vertiefen, indem die Begünstigten des IPO-MAP-Programms methodisch und koordiniert unterstützt werden. Er zal een systeem van intensieve steun voor scholen worden opgezet dat gericht is op de ondersteuning van de competenties van hoger personeel op het gebied van strategisch management, met als doel de kwaliteit van het onderwijs te verbeteren. Het project zal de samenwerking tussen schoolleiders, oprichters en andere actoren bij de ontwikkeling van het lokale actieplan verdiepen door methodologische en coördinatiesteun te verlenen aan begunstigden van IPO MAP’s. Sarà istituito e verificato un sistema di supporto intensivo per le scuole volto a sostenere le competenze del personale di alto livello nel campo della gestione strategica che porti al miglioramento della qualità dell'istruzione.
