БЛИК–99 е компания специализирана в производството на богата гама от възли, детайли и резервни части от метал и конструкционни полимери за почти всички индустриални отрасли. Предприятието произвежда основно за българския пазар като около 4% от продукцията е за износ.За да устои на конкурентния натиск и утвърди позициите си на българския пазар и разшири възможносттите за експорт, компанията има нужда да оптимизира производствените си процеси и да увеличи капацитета и ефективността на работа. Въпреки, че разполагаме със сравнително добро технологично оборудване, липсата на някои машини в производстената верига влияе върху ефективността на производствения процес и повишаване на производителността. Наличното оборудване не позволява и изработването на по-големи серии продукти и някои по-специфични детайли с висока добавена стойност, което е пречка за увеличаване обема на произведена продукция и устойчив капацитет за растеж.Настоящето проектно предложение има за задача да отговори на тези ограничения и нужди като цели да разшири производствения капацитет на БЛИК-99, чрез добавяне на нови технологични мощности към технологичния парк на предприятието и подобри производствените процеси с цел постигане на по-висока производителност.Проектът ще се реализира посредством изпълнението на дейност за подобряване на производствения капацитет за растеж на предприятието чрез закупуване и въвеждане в експлоатация на ДМА представляващи високотехнологично оборудване.В резултат от изпълнението на тaзи дейност се очаква да постигнем следните резултати: оптимизиране на производствените процеси, подобряване на производителността, намаляване на производствените разходи, повишена добавена стойност, ръст в обема на произведена продукция и създадаване на необходимия потенциал за експорт.Изпълнението на проекта и очакваните резултати ще допринесат за ефективно преодоляване на проблемите и ограниченията пред развитието и растежа на предприятието и повишаване на конкурентоспособността му. Blick-99 is a company specialised in the production of a wide range of assemblies, parts and spare parts of metal and construction polymers for almost all industrial sectors. The company produces mainly for the Bulgarian market with about 4 % of the production being exported. In order to resist competitive pressure and strengthen its position on the Bulgarian market and expand its export opportunities, the company needs to optimise its production processes and increase the capacity and efficiency of operation. Although we have relatively good technological equipment, the lack of some machines in the production chain affects the efficiency of the production process and increased productivity. The available equipment does not allow the production of larger series of products and some more specific parts with high added value, which is an obstacle to increasing the production volume and sustainable capacity for growth.This project proposal aims to meet these constraints and needs by aiming to expand the production capacity of BLIC-99 by adding new technological capacities to the plant’s technological park and improving the production processes in order to achieve higher productivity. The project will be realised through the implementation of an activity to improve the production capacity for growth of the enterprise by purchasing and commissioning DMA representing high-tech equipment. As a result of the implementation of this activity, the project is expected to achieve the following results: optimisation of production processes, improvement of productivity, reduction of production costs, increased added value, growth in production volume and creation of the necessary export potential. The implementation of the project and the expected results will contribute to effectively overcome the problems and limitations of the development and growth of the enterprise and increase its competitiveness. Blick-99 est une société spécialisée dans la production d’une large gamme d’assemblages, de pièces et de pièces de rechange en métal et polymères de construction pour presque tous les secteurs industriels. La société produit principalement pour le marché bulgare avec environ 4 % de la production exportée. Afin de résister à la pression concurrentielle et de renforcer sa position sur le marché bulgare et d’élargir ses possibilités d’exportation, l’entreprise doit optimiser ses processus de production et augmenter la capacité et l’efficacité de l’exploitation. Bien que nous disposions d’un équipement technologique relativement bon, l’absence de certaines machines dans la chaîne de production affecte l’efficacité du processus de production et l’augmentation de la productivité. L’équipement disponible ne permet pas la production de grandes séries de produits et de pièces plus spécifiques à forte valeur ajoutée, ce qui constitue un obstacle à l’augmentation du volume de production et de la capacité de croissance durable.Cette proposition de projet vise à répondre à ces contraintes et besoins en visant à accroître la capacité de production de BLIC-99 en ajoutant de nouvelles capacités technologiques au parc technologique de l’usine et en améliorant les processus de production afin d’atteindre une productivité plus élevée. Le projet sera réalisé par la mise en œuvre d’une activité visant à améliorer la capacité de production de l’entreprise en achetant et en mettant en service des DMA représentant des équipements de haute technologie. optimisation des processus de production, amélioration de la productivité, réduction des coûts de production, augmentation de la valeur ajoutée, croissance du volume de production et création du potentiel d’exportation nécessaire. La mise en œuvre du projet et les résultats escomptés contribueront à surmonter efficacement les problèmes et les limites du développement et de la croissance de l’entreprise et à accroître sa compétitivité. Blick-99 ist ein Unternehmen, das sich auf die Herstellung einer breiten Palette von Baugruppen, Teilen und Ersatzteilen von Metall- und Baupolymeren für nahezu alle Industriezweige spezialisiert hat. Das Unternehmen produziert hauptsächlich für den bulgarischen Markt mit rund 4 % der Exportproduktion. Um dem Wettbewerbsdruck standzuhalten und seine Position auf dem bulgarischen Markt zu stärken und seine Exportchancen zu erweitern, muss das Unternehmen seine Produktionsprozesse optimieren und die Kapazität und Effizienz des Betriebs steigern. Obwohl wir über eine relativ gute technologische Ausstattung verfügen, wirkt sich der Mangel an einigen Maschinen in der Produktionskette auf die Effizienz des Produktionsprozesses und die Steigerung der Produktivität aus. Die verfügbare Ausrüstung ermöglicht nicht die Produktion von größeren Produktserien und einigen spezifischeren Teilen mit hohem Mehrwert, was ein Hindernis für die Steigerung des Produktionsvolumens und der nachhaltigen Wachstumskapazität darstellt.Dieser Projektvorschlag zielt darauf ab, die Produktionskapazität von BLIC-99 durch die Erweiterung der Produktionskapazität von BLIC-99 durch die Erweiterung des Technologieparks der Anlage zu erweitern und die Produktionsprozesse zu verbessern, um eine höhere Produktivität zu erreichen. Blick-99 is een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de productie van een breed scala aan assemblages, onderdelen en reserveonderdelen van metaal- en bouwpolymeren voor bijna alle industriële sectoren. Het bedrijf produceert voornamelijk voor de Bulgaarse markt, waarbij ongeveer 4 % van de productie wordt geëxporteerd. Om de concurrentiedruk te weerstaan en haar positie op de Bulgaarse markt te versterken en haar exportmogelijkheden uit te breiden, moet het bedrijf zijn productieprocessen optimaliseren en de capaciteit en efficiëntie van de bedrijfsvoering vergroten. Hoewel we over relatief goede technologische apparatuur beschikken, heeft het gebrek aan bepaalde machines in de productieketen gevolgen voor de efficiëntie van het productieproces en de verhoogde productiviteit. De beschikbare apparatuur maakt de productie van grotere reeksen producten en enkele meer specifieke onderdelen met een hoge toegevoegde waarde niet mogelijk, wat een belemmering vormt voor het verhogen van het productievolume en de duurzame groeicapaciteit.Dit projectvoorstel is bedoeld om aan deze beperkingen en behoeften te voldoen door de productiecapaciteit van BLIC-99 uit te breiden door nieuwe technologische capaciteiten toe te voegen aan het technologische park van de fabriek en de productieprocessen te verbeteren om een hogere productiviteit te bereiken. Het project zal worden gerealiseerd door de uitvoering van een activiteit om de productiecapaciteit voor groei van de onderneming te verbeteren door de aankoop en inbedrijfstelling van DMA die high-tech apparatuur vertegenwoordigt. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van deze activiteit zal het project naar verwachting de volgende resultaten bereiken: optimalisering van productieprocessen, verbetering van de productiviteit, vermindering van productiekosten, verhoogde toegevoegde waarde, groei van het productievolume en creatie van het nodige exportpotentieel. Blick-99 è un'azienda specializzata nella produzione di una vasta gamma di assiemi, parti e pezzi di ricambio di polimeri metallici e da costruzione per quasi tutti i settori industriali. L'azienda produce principalmente per il mercato bulgaro con circa il 4 % della produzione esportata. Al fine di resistere alla pressione concorrenziale e rafforzare la sua posizione sul mercato bulgaro ed espandere le sue opportunità di esportazione, l'azienda ha bisogno di ottimizzare i suoi processi di produzione e aumentare la capacità e l'efficienza del funzionamento. Anche se disponiamo di attrezzature tecnologiche relativamente buone, la mancanza di alcune macchine nella catena di produzione incide sull'efficienza del processo di produzione e sull'aumento della produttività. Le attrezzature disponibili non consentono la produzione di più grandi serie di prodotti e di alcune parti più specifiche ad alto valore aggiunto, il che costituisce un ostacolo all'aumento del volume di produzione e alla capacità sostenibile di crescita. Questa proposta di progetto mira a soddisfare tali vincoli ed esigenze mirando ad ampliare la capacità produttiva di BLIC-99 aggiungendo nuove capacità tecnologiche al parco tecnologico dell'impianto e migliorando i processi di produzione al fine di raggiungere una maggiore produttività. Il progetto sarà realizzato attraverso la realizzazione di un'attività volta a migliorare la capacità produttiva per la crescita dell'impresa acquistando e commissionando DMA che rappresenta attrezzature high-tech. ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi, miglioramento della produttività, riduzione dei costi di produzione, aumento del valore aggiunto, crescita del volume di produzione e creazione del potenziale di esportazione necessario. Blick-99 es una empresa especializada en la producción de una amplia gama de ensamblajes, piezas y repuestos de polímeros metálicos y de construcción para casi todos los sectores industriales. La empresa produce principalmente para el mercado búlgaro con alrededor del 4 % de la producción exportada. Para resistir la presión competitiva y fortalecer su posición en el mercado búlgaro y ampliar sus oportunidades de exportación, la empresa necesita optimizar sus procesos de producción y aumentar la capacidad y eficiencia de operación. Aunque contamos con un equipo tecnológico relativamente bueno, la falta de algunas máquinas en la cadena de producción afecta a la eficiencia del proceso de producción y al aumento de la productividad. El equipo disponible no permite la producción de series más grandes de productos y algunas partes más específicas de alto valor añadido, lo que supone un obstáculo para aumentar el volumen de producción y la capacidad de crecimiento sostenible. Esta propuesta de proyecto tiene por objeto satisfacer estas limitaciones y necesidades con el objetivo de ampliar la capacidad de producción de BLIC-99 mediante la adición de nuevas capacidades tecnológicas al parque tecnológico de la planta y la mejora de los procesos de producción para lograr una mayor productividad. El proyecto se llevará a cabo mediante la implementación de una actividad para mejorar la capacidad de producción para el crecimiento de la empresa mediante la compra y puesta en servicio de DMA que represente equipos de alta tecnología. Como resultado de la ejecución de esta actividad, se espera que el proyecto alcance los siguientes resultados: optimización de los procesos de producción, mejora de la productividad, reducción de costes de producción, aumento del valor añadido, crecimiento del volumen de producción y creación del potencial de exportación necesario. La ejecución del proyecto y los resultados esperados contribuirán a superar eficazmente los problemas y limitaciones del desarrollo y crecimiento de la empresa y aumentar su competitividad. (Spanish)
