Проектът има за цел повишаване на производителността и експортния потенциал на "АЙ БИ ДЖИ - ПЛАСТ" ЕООД. Чрез реализацията му ще се постигне подобряване на пазарното присъствие на МСП на територията на МИГ „Долни Чифлик и Бяла”, оптимизиране на производствените процеси и нарастване на производствения капацитет на предприятията. Към настоящия момент компанията е достигнала пълна натовареност на производството си и няма възможност да приема поръчки за производство на нови продукти, както и да увеличи капацитета на текущото си производство, поради остарялото си оборудване. Успешното реализиране на проекта ще даде възможност за внедряване на технологии за оптимизиране и нарастване на общите производствени инвестиции чрез ефективното и ефикасно използване на факторите на производство и изграждането на възможности за възприемане и адаптиране на европейски и международни знания и технологии.Основната проектна дейност е насочена към доставка, монтаж и въвеждане в експлоатация на модерни технологии и оборудване за производство на продукти с високо качество, съответстващи на европейските норми и изисквания. Като резултат ще се увеличи потенциалът за производство и износ на продукти с висока добавена стойност и ще се осигури развитието на конкурентно, ефикасно и ефективно производство, гарантиращо устойчивост и добър икономически ефект за компанията. Чрез внедрените нови технологии ще се подобри производственият процес, ще се постигане по-висока производителност, ще се намалят производствените разходи и ще се оптимизира производствената верига. Чрез успешното изпълнение на проекта ще се постигне заложената в СВОМР на МИГ Долни Чифлик и Бяла стратегическа цел 2 „Устойчив и интелигентен растеж на територията на МИГ “Долни Чифлик и Бяла“. Очаква се да бъде постигнато повишаване на конкурентоспособността и капацитета за растеж на местната икономика чрез насърчаване на технологичното развитие и иновациите и устойчиво управление и развитие на местните ресурси. The project aims to increase the productivity and export potential of ABI PLAST EOOD. Its implementation will improve the market presence of SMEs on the territory of the LAG Dolni Chiflik and Byala, optimising the production processes and increasing the production capacity of the enterprises. At present, the company has reached full production load and is unable to accept orders for the production of new products, as well as to increase the capacity of its current production due to its outdated equipment. The successful implementation of the project will enable the implementation of technologies for optimisation and increase of total productive investments through the effective and efficient use of production factors and the building of opportunities for perception and adaptation of European and international knowledge and technologies. The main project activity is focused on supply, installation and commissioning of modern technologies and equipment for the production of high-quality products in compliance with European standards and requirements. As a result, the potential for production and export of products with high added value will be increased and the development of competitive, efficient and effective production ensuring sustainability and good economic effect for the company will be ensured. The new technologies deployed will improve the production process, achieve higher productivity, reduce production costs and optimise the production chain. Through the successful implementation of the project, the project will achieve the objectives set by the LAG Dolni Chiflik and White Strategic Objective 2 “Sustainable and smart growth on the territory of the LAG Dolni Chiflik and Byala”. Increasing the competitiveness and growth capacity of the local economy is expected to be achieved by promoting technological development and innovation and sustainable management and development of local resources. Le projet vise à accroître la productivité et le potentiel d’exportation d’ABI PLAST EOOD. Sa mise en œuvre améliorera la présence sur le marché des PME sur le territoire du GAL Dolni Chiflik et Byala, en optimisant les processus de production et en augmentant la capacité de production des entreprises. À l’heure actuelle, la société a atteint la pleine charge de production et n’est pas en mesure d’accepter les commandes pour la production de nouveaux produits, ainsi que d’augmenter la capacité de sa production actuelle en raison de son équipement périmé. La mise en œuvre réussie du projet permettra la mise en œuvre de technologies d’optimisation et d’augmentation des investissements productifs totaux grâce à l’utilisation efficace et efficiente des facteurs de production et à la création de possibilités de perception et d’adaptation des connaissances et des technologies européennes et internationales. En conséquence, le potentiel de production et d’exportation de produits à forte valeur ajoutée sera accru et le développement d’une production compétitive, efficiente et efficace, garantissant la durabilité et un bon effet économique pour l’entreprise sera assuré. Les nouvelles technologies déployées permettront d’améliorer le processus de production, d’accroître la productivité, de réduire les coûts de production et d’optimiser la chaîne de production. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Produktivität und das Exportpotenzial von ABI PLAST EOOD zu steigern. Die Umsetzung wird die Marktpräsenz von KMU auf dem Gebiet der LAG Dolni Chiflik und Byala verbessern, die Produktionsprozesse optimieren und die Produktionskapazität der Unternehmen erhöhen. Derzeit hat das Unternehmen die volle Produktionslast erreicht und ist nicht in der Lage, Aufträge für die Produktion neuer Produkte zu akzeptieren und die Kapazität seiner aktuellen Produktion aufgrund seiner veralteten Ausrüstung zu erhöhen. Die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Projekts ermöglicht die Implementierung von Technologien zur Optimierung und Steigerung der gesamten produktiven Investitionen durch den effektiven und effizienten Einsatz von Produktionsfaktoren und den Aufbau von Wahrnehmungs- und Anpassungsmöglichkeiten für europäische und internationale Kenntnisse und Technologien. Die Haupttätigkeit des Projekts ist die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme moderner Technologien und Ausrüstungen für die Herstellung hochwertiger Produkte gemäß den europäischen Standards und Anforderungen. Dadurch wird das Produktions- und Exportpotenzial von Produkten mit hohem Mehrwert erhöht und die Entwicklung einer wettbewerbsfähigen, effizienten und wirksamen Produktion gewährleistet, die Nachhaltigkeit und gute wirtschaftliche Wirkung für das Unternehmen gewährleistet. Die neuen Technologien werden den Produktionsprozess verbessern, höhere Produktivität erzielen, Produktionskosten senken und die Produktionskette optimieren. Durch die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Projekts wird das Projekt die Ziele der LAG Dolni Chiflik und Weißes strategisches Ziel 2 „Nachhaltiges und intelligentes Wachstum auf dem Gebiet der LAG Dolni Chiflik und Byala“ erreichen. Die Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und der Wachstumskapazität der lokalen Wirtschaft dürfte durch die Förderung der technologischen Entwicklung und Innovation sowie eines nachhaltigen Managements und der Entwicklung lokaler Ressourcen erreicht werden. Het project heeft tot doel het productiviteits- en exportpotentieel van ABI PLAST EOOD te verhogen. De tenuitvoerlegging ervan zal de aanwezigheid van kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen op de markt op het grondgebied van de LAG Dolni Chiflik en Byala verbeteren, waardoor de productieprocessen worden geoptimaliseerd en de productiecapaciteit van de ondernemingen wordt vergroot. Op dit moment heeft het bedrijf de volledige productiebelasting bereikt en is het niet in staat bestellingen voor de productie van nieuwe producten te accepteren en de capaciteit van de huidige productie te verhogen vanwege de verouderde apparatuur. De succesvolle uitvoering van het project zal de implementatie van technologieën voor optimalisering en verhoging van de totale productieve investeringen mogelijk maken door een doeltreffend en efficiënt gebruik van productiefactoren en het opbouwen van mogelijkheden voor perceptie en aanpassing van Europese en internationale kennis en technologieën. De hoofdactiviteit van het project is gericht op de levering, installatie en inbedrijfstelling van moderne technologieën en apparatuur voor de productie van hoogwaardige producten overeenkomstig de Europese normen en eisen. Als gevolg daarvan zal het potentieel voor de productie en uitvoer van producten met een hoge toegevoegde waarde worden vergroot en zal worden gezorgd voor de ontwikkeling van concurrerende, efficiënte en doeltreffende productie die zorgt voor duurzaamheid en een goed economisch effect voor de onderneming. De nieuwe technologieën zullen het productieproces verbeteren, de productiviteit verhogen, de productiekosten verlagen en de productieketen optimaliseren. Door de succesvolle uitvoering van het project zal het project de doelstellingen van de LAG Dolni Chiflik en White Strategische Doelstelling 2 „Duurzame en slimme groei op het grondgebied van de LAG Dolni Chiflik en Byala” bereiken. Verwacht wordt dat het concurrentievermogen en de groeicapaciteit van de lokale economie zullen worden vergroot door technologische ontwikkeling en innovatie en duurzaam beheer en ontwikkeling van lokale hulpbronnen te bevorderen. Il progetto mira ad aumentare la produttività e il potenziale di esportazione di ABI PLAST EOOD. La sua attuazione migliorerà la presenza sul mercato delle PMI sul territorio del GAL Dolni Chiflik e Byala, ottimizzando i processi produttivi e aumentando la capacità produttiva delle imprese. Attualmente, l'azienda ha raggiunto il pieno carico di produzione e non è in grado di accettare ordini per la produzione di nuovi prodotti, nonché di aumentare la capacità della sua attuale produzione a causa delle sue attrezzature obsolete. L'attuazione riuscita del progetto consentirà l'implementazione di tecnologie per l'ottimizzazione e l'aumento degli investimenti produttivi totali attraverso l'uso efficace ed efficiente dei fattori produttivi e la creazione di opportunità di percezione e adattamento di conoscenze e tecnologie europee e internazionali. El proyecto tiene como objetivo aumentar la productividad y el potencial de exportación de ABI PLAST EOOD. Su implementación mejorará la presencia en el mercado de las PYME en el territorio del GAL Dolni Chiflik y Byala, optimizando los procesos de producción y aumentando la capacidad de producción de las empresas. En la actualidad, la empresa ha alcanzado la plena carga de producción y no puede aceptar pedidos para la producción de nuevos productos, así como aumentar la capacidad de su producción actual debido a su equipo obsoleto. La ejecución exitosa del proyecto permitirá la implementación de tecnologías para la optimización y el aumento de las inversiones productivas totales a través del uso eficaz y eficiente de los factores de producción y la creación de oportunidades para la percepción y adaptación del conocimiento y las tecnologías europeas e internacionales. La principal actividad del proyecto se centra en el suministro, instalación y puesta en marcha de tecnologías y equipos modernos para la producción de productos de alta calidad de conformidad con las normas y requisitos europeos. Como resultado, se incrementará el potencial de producción y exportación de productos de alto valor añadido y se garantizará el desarrollo de una producción competitiva, eficiente y eficaz que garantice la sostenibilidad y un buen efecto económico para la empresa. Las nuevas tecnologías implementadas mejorarán el proceso de producción, lograrán una mayor productividad, reducirán los costes de producción y optimizarán la cadena de producción.
