A projekt során a Decsi óvoda és idősek otthona épületeinek komplex energetikai felújítása valósul meg. A fejlesztés során szigetelésre kerül a padlásfödém, a külső falak valamint a lábazat. A külső nyílászárók kicserélésre kerülnek, új modern a TNM rendeletben foglaltaknak megfelelő fahatású műanyag nyílászárókra az idősek otthona épületén. A fűtési rendszer korszerűsítésre kerül mindkét épületben a fosszilis energialeadók és a rendszer. A napelemes rendszer ezen kívül az idősek otthona épület villamos energia fogyasztását fedezi. During the project, the complex energy renovation of the buildings of the Decsi kindergarten and the nursing home will be realised. During the development, the attic slab, the outer walls and the plinth are insulated. The exterior doors and windows will be replaced, new modern with wooden doors and windows in accordance with the provisions of the TNM Decree in the building of the elderly’s home. The heating system will be modernised in both buildings with fossil energy outlets and system. The solar system also covers the electricity consumption of the elderly home. (English)

Au cours du projet, la rénovation énergétique complexe des bâtiments de la maternelle Decsi et de la maison de soins infirmiers sera réalisée. Pendant le développement, la dalle du grenier, les parois extérieures et le socle sont isolés. Les portes et fenêtres extérieures seront remplacées, nouvelles modernes avec des portes et des fenêtres en bois conformément aux dispositions du décret TNM dans la construction de la maison des personnes âgées. Le système de chauffage sera modernisé dans les deux bâtiments avec des prises et un système d’énergie fossile. Le système solaire couvre également la consommation d’électricité des maisons âgées.
