A pályázatban megfogalmazott projekt a meglévő belterületi csapadékvíz elvezető rendszer 2 főgyűjtőjének rekonstrukcióját foglalja magában. A projekt tárgya az NF-1 és az NF-4 főgyűjtők kivezető szakaszainak rekonstrukciója, amely magába foglalja a problémás szakaszok felújítását és a meder nyilvántartási állapotának helyreállítását, több helyen a nyílt meder burkolását. A főgyűjtők hatásterülete mindkét esetben a város belterülete. Az NF-1 csatorna vízgyűjtője a legnagyobb és legösszetettebb, területe 341 ha. A vízgyűjtő jelentős részét teszi ki a belváros közepes intenzitású lakó- és intézményterületei, illetve a déli városrész kertes, családi házas övezetei. Az NF-4 főgyűjtő vízgyűjtőjén kertes családi házas lakóterületek helyezkednek el. A főgyűjtők külterületi szakaszai a térségi befogadó Fürjérig tartanak, érdemi külterületi vízgyűjtővel nem rendelkeznek. Az elmúlt 10 év során a belterületen nem voltak jelentős épületkárok, ám helyi elöntések előfordultak. Ismertek olyan, ún. zárványterületek, ahol tavaszi hóolvadás időszakában vízállások alakulnak ki, időszakos lokális víztelenítést igényelnek. A projektnek nincs előrelátható klímakockázata. Az erről szóló nyilatkozat csatolásra került a kitöltő felületre. A projekt valamennyi környezeti, esélyegyenlőségi jogszabálynak megfelel, és az energiafelhasználásra, a projekt ökológiai állapotára, a vizek állapotára és a klímaváltozásra hatása nincs. A projekt Natura 2000 élőhely állapotát nem veszélyezteti, az erről szóló nyilatkozat csatolásra került a kitöltő felületre. (Hungarian)

The project set out in the tender involves the reconstruction of the 2 main collectors of the existing urban rainwater drainage system. The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the exit stages of the NF-1 and NF-4 main collectors, which includes the renovation of problematic sections and the restoration of the register state of the bed, and in several places the cover of the open bed. In both cases, the impact area of the main collectors is the inner part of the city. The catchment area of the channel NF-1 is the largest and most complex, with an area of 341 ha. A significant part of the river basin is the mid-intensity residential and institutional areas of the city centre, as well as the gardened, family-married areas of the southern part of the city. In the catchment area of the main collector NF-4 there are family-married residential areas with gardens. The periphery sections of the main collectors extend to the regional host Fürjér, they do not have a meaningful outlying catchment. In the last 10 years there have been no significant damage to buildings in the urban area, but local flooding has occurred. Some so-called inclusion areas are known, where water levels are formed during the spring snow melting period and require intermittent local dehydration. The project has no foreseeable climate risk. The declaration is attached to the filling interface. The project complies with all environmental and equal opportunities legislation and has no impact on energy use, ecological status, water status and climate change. The project does not endanger the status of the Natura 2000 habitat, and a statement on this has been attached to the filling interface. (English)

Le projet exposé dans l’appel d’offres porte sur la reconstruction des 2 principaux collecteurs du système existant de drainage des eaux pluviales urbaines. L’objet du projet est la reconstruction des étapes de sortie des collecteurs principaux NF-1 et NF-4, qui comprend la rénovation de sections problématiques et la restauration de l’état du registre du lit, et en plusieurs endroits la couverture du lit ouvert. Dans les deux cas, la zone d’impact des collecteurs principaux est la partie intérieure de la ville. Le bassin versant du canal NF-1 est le plus grand et le plus complexe, avec une superficie de 341 ha. Une partie importante du bassin hydrographique est constituée des zones résidentielles et institutionnelles de moyenne intensité du centre-ville, ainsi que des zones jardinées et familiales mariées de la partie sud de la ville. Dans le bassin versant du collecteur principal NF-4, il y a des zones résidentielles familiales avec jardins. Les sections périphériques des collecteurs principaux s’étendent jusqu’à l’hôte régional Fürjér, ils n’ont pas de captage périphérique significatif. Au cours des 10 dernières années, il n’y a pas eu de dommages importants aux bâtiments dans la zone urbaine, mais des inondations locales ont eu lieu. Certaines zones dites d’inclusion sont connues, où les niveaux d’eau se forment pendant la période de fonte des neiges au printemps et nécessitent une déshydratation locale intermittente. Le projet ne présente aucun risque climatique prévisible. La déclaration est jointe à l’interface de remplissage. Le projet est conforme à l’ensemble de la législation en matière d’environnement et d’égalité des chances et n’a aucune incidence sur l’utilisation de l’énergie, l’état écologique, l’état de l’eau et le changement climatique. Le projet ne met pas en danger l’état de l’habitat Natura 2000, et une déclaration à ce sujet a été jointe à l’interface de remplissage. (French)
