A projekt keretében mindösszesen 11,05 km hosszon kerül mellékúthálózati szakasz felújításra. A beavatkozás során a meglévő burkolat profilmarását végezzük el, majd kötő és kopóréteg beépítésével alakítjuk ki az új burkolatot. A vízelvezetést a meglévő vízelvezetési rendszer felújításával, jó karba helyezésével biztosítjuk, valamint az útpadka is rendezésre kerül. Az érintett útszakaszokon lévő műtárgyak, átereszek, forgalomtechnikai berendezések szükség szerint felújításra kerülnek. Felújítással érintett szakaszok: 6819 j. ök út (4+950-11+050 kmsz) beavatkozási hossz: 6,1 km érintett település: Csurgó 6819 j. ök út (0+000-4+950 kmsz) beavatkozási hossz: 4,950 km érintett település: Berzence, Csurgó A projekt 4-5 számjegyű leromlott állapotú utak felújítását, fejlesztését célozza meg, melynek megvalósulása esetén javul a települések és a térségben lévő munkahelyek elérhetősége, ezzel a munkaerő mobilitást és gazdaságfejlesztést ösztönzi. A beruházások az állami úthálózaton valósulnak meg. Az érintett ingatlanok és tulajdonviszonyai ténylegesen csak a tervezés folyamán határozhatóak meg. A projekt a közúti közlekedésről szóló 1988. I. tv. 8. § (1a) bekezdésével összhangban kerül(t) tervezésre valamennyi érintett közlekedő igényeinek a figyelembevételével. A lakott területen belüli útszakaszok esetében a kerékpáros forgalom biztonságos levezetésének lehetősége megvizsgálásra kerül(t). A beruházás hozzájárul a közlekedésbiztonság javításához, a tervezés és megvalósítás során a közlekedésbiztonsági szempontok kiemelt figyelmet kapnak illetve fognak kapni. A beruházás a Somogy Megyei Területfejlesztési programba illeszkedik. A felújításra kerülő útszakaszok listája a megyei önkormányzattal egyeztetésre, jóváhagyatásra került. A Pályázó szervezeti formájából, továbbá szakértői és intézményi hátteréből adódóan, a projekt pénzügyi fenntarthatósága, illetve a megvalósított tevékenység hosszú távú (5 éves) működtetése és fenntartása biztosított. A projekt műszaki tartalma úgy kerül kialakításra, megtervezésre, hogy javítson a gyalogosok, kerékpárosok, de mindenekelőtt a gyerekek, idősek és fogyatékkal élők közlekedésbiztonságán. A beruházást költséghatékony módon, reális és takarékos költségvetéssel került megtervezésre, illetve kerül megvalósításra. A beruházás közvetlen vagy közvetett gazdaságfejlesztési és foglalkoztatási kapcsolódással valósul meg, valamint elősegíti a munkaerő mobilitás infrastrukturális feltételeit. A beruházás a Somogy Megyei Területfejlesztési programba illeszkedik. A felújításra kerülő útszakaszok listája a megyei önkormányzattal egyeztetésre, jóváhagyatásra került. A felújított útszakasz 2 db települést érint. Hiánypótlás: A TOP – 1.3.1-15 számú, Gazdaságfejlesztést és a munkaerő mobilitás ösztönzését szolgáló közlekedésfejlesztés tárgyú felhívás, Somogy megyei területspecifikus melléklet szerint rendelkezésre álló teljes keretösszegből a „106/2015 (IV.23.) Korm. rendelet szerinti komplex programmal fejlesztendő járások számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszeg” felhasználása a 6819 jelű, Berzence-Iharosberény összekötő út 4+950 – 11+050 kmsz szelvények közötti szakasz, illetve a 6819 jelű, Berzence-Iharosberény összekötő út 0+000 – 4+950 kmsz szelvények közötti szakaszra történik, melynek összege 834 millió Ft indikatív keretösszeget. A fennmaradó 666 000 000Ft a B, Minden megyén belüli jogosult számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszegre irányul. Értékelési szempontok: 1.1. Nyilatkozzuk, hogy a projekt illeszkedik a Somogy megye Integrált Területi programjába. A projekt illeszkedik a megyei területfejlesztési programba; az ITP célrendszer prioritásához tartozik a fenntartható gazdálkodást, piacra jutást segítő infrastrukturális elemek fejlesztése, a hátrányos helyzetű népességcsoport integrációja a munkavállalói mobilitás segítése. 2.1. A projekt részeként önkormányzati tulajdonú útszakasz nem kerül felújításra. 3.1. A 106/2015(IV.23.) Korm. Rendelet szerinti komplex programmal fejlesztendő járási központhoz kapcsolódóan, az érintett településen, Csurgón, mintegy 100 vállalkozás, gazdasági üzem, szolgáltatás könnyebb elérhetőségét, piacra jutását segíti a fejlesztés, továbbá a szolgáltatási- és képzési központot is ezen az úton érhetik el a környező települések potenciális munkavállalói. As part of the project, a section of the secondary road network will be refurbished for a total length of 11.05 km. The remaining HUF 666 000 000 relates to an indicative allocation for B, eligible in all counties. Evaluation criteria: 1.1. We declare that the project fits into the Integrated Territorial Programme of Somogy County. Dans le cadre du projet, un tronçon du réseau routier secondaire sera remis à neuf pour une longueur totale de 11,05 km. Au cours de l’intervention, le broyage de profilés du boîtier existant est effectué, et le nouveau boîtier est formé par l’installation d’une couche de fixation et d’usure. En raison de l’organisation de la requérante et de ses connaissances spécialisées et institutionnelles, la viabilité financière du projet ainsi que l’exploitation et la maintenance à long terme (5 ans) de l’activité mise en œuvre sont assurées. Le contenu technique du projet sera conçu et conçu pour améliorer la sécurité des piétons, des cyclistes et, surtout, des enfants, des personnes âgées et des personnes handicapées. L’investissement est planifié et mis en œuvre de manière rentable, avec un budget réaliste et économique. L’investissement est réalisé par le biais d’un lien direct ou indirect avec le développement économique et l’emploi et facilite les conditions d’infrastructure pour la mobilité de la main-d’œuvre. L’investissement fait partie du programme de développement régional du comté de Somogy. La liste des tronçons routiers à remettre en état a été convenue et approuvée avec le gouvernement du comté. Le tronçon de route rénové couvre 2 agglomérations. Rectification: À partir de l’enveloppe totale disponible au titre de l’annexe spécifique TOP — 1.3.1-15 pour le développement économique et la promotion de la mobilité de la main-d’œuvre, l’«enveloppe indicative pour les districts à développer dans le cadre d’un programme complexe au titre du décret gouvernemental no 106/2015» sera utilisée pour le tronçon entre les tronçons de la route reliant Berzence-Iharosberény 4+ 950-11+ 050 et la route de liaison 6819 entre les tronçons 0+ 000-4+ 950 + 950, d’un montant de 834 millions de HUF. Le reste de 666 000 000 HUF correspond à une dotation indicative pour B, éligible dans tous les comtés. Critères d’évaluation: 1.1. Nous déclarons que le projet s’inscrit dans le programme territorial intégré du comté de Somogy.
