A projekt során a Reba Hungary Kft. építőipari tevékenységét kívánja fejleszteni . Főbb tevékenységei: - családi házak szerkezetépítése, generálkivitelezése, - lakás- és házfelújítás, korszerűsítés, emelet ráépítés, tetőtér beépítés, - tereprendezés és kertgondozás, - Bontási munkálatok elvégzése, - Üzletek kialakítása, - Szakipari munkák elvégzése: Villanyszerelés Ácsmunkák Burkolás Gipszkarton szerelés, álmennyezet készítés Festés, mázolás, tapétázás Hőszigetelés, vízszigetelés Hideg-és melegburkolás, térburkolás A jelenlegi munkavállalók szakmunkások, az adott építőipari folyamat kiszolgálásához szükséges végzettséggel: kőműves, ács, burkoló, festő. A vállalkozás piaci helyzete az építőipar jelenlegi általános keresleti piaci helyzetéből is kiindulóan is stabil. Megredenléseink jelenleg akár hosszabb távú projektekhez pl.: társasházépítés, önkormányzati, más közületi beruházásokhoz is kapcsolódnak. Fejlődési lehetőségeink az elkövetkező 2-3 évben biztatóak, nagyobb létszámú kapacitást is tudnánk értékesíteni. A létszámbővítést a tevékenységünk iránti piaci igény indokolja. A tervezett fejlesztés során egy önálló építési technológia kerül beszerzésre, aminek a kiszolgálásához szükséges a felvenni kívánt szakképzett (kőműves, festő, illetve segédmunkás) (Hungarian)

During the project, Reba Hungary Ltd. intends to develop its construction activities. Main activities: — construction and general construction of family houses, — renovation of dwellings and houses, modernisation, floor construction, attic construction, — landscaping and garden care, — completion of demolition works, — construction of businesses, — performance of professional works: Electrical fittings Painting, polishing, wallpapering Thermal insulation, waterproofing Cold and hot covering, space covering The current workers are skilled workers, with the necessary qualifications to serve the given construction process: bricklayer, carpenter, cladding, painter. The firm’s market position is also stable on the basis of the current overall demand market position in the construction sector. At present, we are committed to longer-term projects, e.g.: they are also related to the construction of condominiums, local governments and other public investments. Our development opportunities in the next 2-3 years are encouraging, we could also sell more capacity. The increase in staff is justified by the market demand for our activities. During the planned development a self-contained construction technology is procured, which is necessary for the service of the qualified (mason, painter or auxiliary worker) to be recruited. Au cours du projet, Reba Hungary Ltd. a l’intention de développer ses activités de construction. Principales activités: — construction et construction générale de maisons familiales, — rénovation de logements et de maisons, modernisation, construction d’étages, construction de greniers, — aménagement paysager et entretien des jardins, — achèvement des travaux de démolition, — construction d’entreprises, — exécution de travaux professionnels: Raccords électriques Peinture, polissage, papier peint Isolation thermique, imperméabilisation Couverture froide et chaude, couverture d’espace Les travailleurs actuels sont des travailleurs qualifiés, avec les qualifications nécessaires pour servir le processus de construction donné: maçonnerie, menuisier, habillage, peintre. La position de l’entreprise sur le marché est également stable sur la base de la position actuelle sur le marché de la demande globale dans le secteur de la construction. À l’heure actuelle, nous nous engageons à réaliser des projets à plus long terme, par exemple: ils sont également liés à la construction de copropriétés, d’administrations locales et d’autres investissements publics. Nos possibilités de développement au cours des 2-3 prochaines années sont encourageantes, nous pourrions également vendre plus de capacité. L’augmentation du personnel est justifiée par la demande du marché pour nos activités. Au cours du développement prévu, une technologie de construction autonome est achetée, ce qui est nécessaire pour le recrutement du personnel qualifié (maçons, peintres ou auxiliaires). (French)
