A cég 6. éve működik. Tevékenységét tekintve első sorban kereskedelemmel foglalkozik. A vállalkozás árbevétele az évek során folyamatosan növekedett, visszaesés nem volt rá jellemző. Jelenleg 3 alkalmazottal dolgozom. Folyamatosan bővülő igényekhez és kereskedelmi forgalomhoz kapcsolódóan munkaerő fejlesztést hajt végre. Új telephely került nyitásra, ahol raktározást végünk és ide szükséges egy fő 2 fő gyakornok ügyintézőt kívánok foglalkoztatni, raktárosi munkakörben a pályázati előírásoknak megfelelően. . A gyakornok végzettségét tekintve az Országos Képzési Jegyzék (OKJ) 3-as és 5-ös szintjébe tartozó alábbi végzettségű gyakornokot kíván alkalmazni: Pénzügyi-számviteli ügyintéző 54 344 01; Pénzügyi projektmenedzser-asszisztens 51 344 06; Számviteli ügyintéző 51 344 05; Egyéb szervezeti mérlegképes könyvelő 55 344 03; Pénzügyi projektmenedzser-asszisztens 51 344 06; Számviteli ügyintéző 51 344 05;logisztikai műszaki menedzser asszisztens 53 345 020 010 5501; Logisztikai ügyintéző 54 345 01; Egy fő vállalati kapcsolattartó fog a gyakornokkal foglalkozni mind a támogatási időszakban, mind pedig a továbbfoglalkoztatás során. A vállalati kapcsolattartó maga az ügyvezető lesz. Jelenleg 6. éve működteti a vállalkozást, 15 éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik. Végzettségét tekintve kereskedelmi végzettségű. A csatolt önéletrajzban részletesen megtalálható a végzettsége és a munkatapasztalatai. A gyakornok munkavégzéséhez szükséges tárgyi eszközök keretében 2 db asztali számítógépet azaz számítógép konfigurációt szerez be a hozzá tartozó Led monitorral és szoftverekkel Windows 10 operációs rendszer szoftverrel. a két számítógépre azért van szükség mert a raktározási folyamat során egyik gépen rögzítésre kerül az éppen lerakodandó áru. Majd átmásolásra kerül az irodai épbe ahol készletnyilvántartó programon keresztül figyeli a gyakornok a fogyást és végzi el a rendelést. Továbbá nyomtatót szereznek be, amely az irodai munkák elvégzéséhez szükséges, a gyakornok az ügyfelet tájékoztatásához illetve egyéb adminisztratív feladtok elvégzéséhez használja pl: szerződések nyomtatása. Az etikett címke nyomtató azért szükséges mert ha a beérkezett árú nem tartalmaz termék leírást azt pótolni kell és rá kell nyomtatni az adott termékre. Ezen kívül beszerzésre kerül egy 4 részes salgó polcrendszer amely szintén a gyakornok munkáját segíti abban, hogy az áruk átláthatóvá válnak a polcon elhelyezve mint a földön tárolva. A pályázat során elszámolásra kerül a gyakornokok adminisztrációjához kapcsolódó költségek is főként rezsi jellegű telefonköltség. Valamint megvalósításra kerül a kötelező nyilvánosság biztosítása is. A projektben részt vevő gyakornok egy olyan céghez kerülnek ahol magasak az elvárások és munkája során számos tapasztalatokat szerezhet mind ügyfelekkel való bánásmódban. A gyakornok a munkavégzése során számos munkafolyamatba bevonásra kerülnek majd és tapasztalatokat gyűjthet. A tapasztalat szerzéssel a munkaerő-piaci kilátásai jelentősen javulnak, mert cégünktől elkerülve magas referencia értékkel fog rendelkezni. (Hungarian)
