A Megújuló energia használatát, energiahatékonyság növelését célzó épületenergetikai fejlesztések támogatása című pályázattal célunk az energiatakarékosság, illetve az energiahatékonyság fokozása. Versenyképességünket növelni szeretnénk, így mind gazdasági és környezeti szempontból is fejlődni szeretnénk. Környezettudatos gazdasági versenyképesség erősítése során a felhasznált primer energia mennyiségének csökkenését, illetve a vállalkozások rezsiköltségéhez kötődő terheit szeretnénk enyhíteni. A projekt megvalósítása során elődleges tevékenységek, amikkel céljainkat szeretnék megvalósítani a következők: teljes szigetelés, napaelem beszerelés és világítási rendszerek korszerűsítése. Céljaink összefüggnek a felhívás indokoltságával és célrendszerével. A projekt során a Felhívás 3.1.1. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek alpontban az A) Megújuló energiafelhasználás növelését célzó tevékenységek című és III. alpontja Napelemes rendszer telepítése hálózati villamosenergia-termelés céljából, kizárólag a fejlesztésben érintett épület és az abban folyó gazdasági-termelési folyamatok villamosenergia-ellátásához. A B) Energiahatékonyság javítására vonatkozó tevékenységek közül az I. alpont Az épületek hőtechnikai adottságainak javítása, hőveszteségének csökkentésén belül a) Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nem nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek hőszigetelése és b) Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek cseréje / energia-megtakarítást eredményező korszerűsítése, valamint a Napelem beszerelésével célunk a gazdasági-termelési folyamatok villamosenergia-ellátáshoz hozzájárulni és azt kedvezőbbé tenni. A kapcsolódó szerkezeti- és tartóelemek beszerzése és telepítése, az épület elektromos rendszeréhez illetve a hálózathoz való csatlakozáshoz és a műszakilag biztonságos működéshez szükséges elemek beszerzése és ezek kiépítése. Az energiahatékonyság javítására vonatkozó tevékenységek közül az épületek hőtechnikai adottságainak javítását és hőveszteségének csökkentését szeretnénk elérni. Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nem nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek hőszigetelésével biztosítjuk az energiamegtakarítást. Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek cseréje / energia-megtakarítást eredményező korszerűsítése során műanyag és fa nyílászárók kerülnek beépítésre. Meglévő beltéri világítási rendszerek energiatakarékos átalakítása során a meglévő régi és elavult beltéri világítási rendszerek korszerűsítése fog megvalósulni. Az energiatakarékossággal és energiahatékonysággal célunk a versenyképesség elérése. A hazai vállalatok piacán minél inkább versenyképesek szeretnénk lenni. A projekt előkészítettsége megfelelő, elkészültek az energetikai tanúsítások, illetve tervek. A partnerekkel egyeztetések folynak a sikeres megvalósítás érdekében. A beruházás keretében beszerelésre kerül egy 10 kw teljesítményű napelemes rendszer. A projekt megvalósításához szükséges dokumentumok készítését elkezdtük. Energetikai tanúsítványt elkészítettük, a beruházáshoz szükséges műszaki dokumentációk folyamatban vannak. Felhívás kritériumainak megfelelően kívánjuk a tevékenységeket megvalósítani. A költségkorlátokat figyelembe vettük. A szakemberek szakmai tudása, tapasztalata megfelel a Felhívásban megjelölt szakemberek kritériumának. (Hungarian)

With the call for support for building energy development aimed at using renewable energy and increasing energy efficiency, our goal is to save energy and increase energy efficiency. We want to increase our competitiveness, so we want to develop both economically and environmentally. In strengthening green economic competitiveness, we want to reduce the amount of primary energy consumed and reduce the burden on businesses’ costs. During the implementation of the project, the following activities are intended to achieve our goals: complete insulation, solar panel installation and modernisation of lighting systems. Our objectives are related to the justification and the target system of the call. During the project call 3.1.1. Self-eligible activities in subsection A) Activities aimed at increasing renewable energy use and III. Installation of a solar system for the production of electricity in the grid, exclusively for the supply of electricity to the building concerned by the development and its economic and production processes. Among the activities related to the improvement of energy efficiency, subsection I. The improvement of the thermal technical capabilities of buildings, the reduction of heat loss a) The thermal insulation of building envelopes separating heated and unheated spaces other than doors and windows, and b) Replacement of building envelope structures classified as doors and windows separating Heated and unheated spaces/renovation resulting in energy savings, and by installing the solar panel, our aim is to contribute to the supply of electricity by economic and production processes and to make it more favourable. The purchase and installation of related structural and support elements, and the purchase and construction of the elements necessary for connection to the building’s electrical system and the grid and for technically safe operation. Among the activities to improve energy efficiency, we want to improve the thermal capabilities of buildings and reduce their heat loss. Energy savings are ensured by thermal insulation of building envelopes other than doors and windows separating heated and unheated spaces. Plastic and wooden doors and windows are installed during the replacement/renovation of building envelopes classified as doors and windows separating heated and unheated spaces, resulting in energy savings. The energy-saving transformation of existing indoor lighting systems will result in the modernisation of existing and outdated indoor lighting systems. With energy saving and energy efficiency, our goal is to achieve competitiveness. We want to be more competitive on the domestic market. The project is well prepared, energy certifications and plans have been completed. Partners are being consulted for successful implementation. As part of the investment, a 10-kw solar system will be installed. We have started to prepare the documents necessary for the implementation of the project. We have prepared an energy certificate, the technical documentation required for the investment is in progress. We intend to implement the activities according to the criteria of the call. The cost limits have been taken into account. The professional knowledge and experience of the professionals meet the criteria of the experts indicated in the Call. (English)

Avec l’appel à un soutien au développement énergétique des bâtiments visant à utiliser les énergies renouvelables et à accroître l’efficacité énergétique, notre objectif est d’économiser de l’énergie et d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique. Nous voulons accroître notre compétitivité, nous voulons donc nous développer tant sur le plan économique que sur le plan environnemental. En renforçant la compétitivité économique verte, nous voulons réduire la quantité d’énergie primaire consommée et réduire la charge pesant sur les coûts des entreprises. Au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet, les activités suivantes sont destinées à atteindre nos objectifs: isolation complète, installation de panneaux solaires et modernisation des systèmes d’éclairage. Nos objectifs sont liés à la justification et au système cible de l’appel. Au cours de l’appel à projets 3.1.1. Activités auto-éligibles dans la sous-section A) Activités visant à accroître l’utilisation des énergies renouvelables et III. Installation d’un système solaire pour la production d’électricité dans le réseau, exclusivement pour la fourniture d’électricité au bâtiment concerné par le développement et ses processus économiques et de production. Parmi les activités liées à l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique, sous-section I. L’amélioration des capacités techniques thermiques des bâtiments, la réduction des pertes de chaleur a) L’isolation thermique des enveloppes des bâtiments séparant les espaces chauffés et non chauffés autres que les portes et les fenêtres, et b) le remplacement des structures d’enveloppe du bâtiment classées comme portes et fenêtres séparant les espaces chauffants et non chauffés/rénovation entraînant des économies d’énergie, et en installant le panneau solaire, notre objectif est de contribuer à l’approvisionnement en électricité par des processus économiques et de production et de la rendre plus favorable. L’achat et l’installation d’éléments structurels et de soutènement connexes, ainsi que l’achat et la construction des éléments nécessaires à la connexion au système électrique du bâtiment et au réseau et à un fonctionnement techniquement sûr. Parmi les activités visant à améliorer l’efficacité énergétique, nous voulons améliorer les capacités thermiques des bâtiments et réduire leur perte de chaleur. Les économies d’énergie sont assurées par l’isolation thermique des enveloppes des bâtiments autres que les portes et les fenêtres séparant les espaces chauffés et non chauffés. Les portes et fenêtres en plastique et en bois sont installées lors du remplacement/rénovation d’enveloppes de bâtiment classées comme portes et fenêtres séparant les espaces chauffés et non chauffés, ce qui entraîne des économies d’énergie. La transformation économe en énergie des systèmes d’éclairage intérieur existants entraînera la modernisation des systèmes d’éclairage intérieur existants et périmés. Grâce aux économies d’énergie et à l’efficacité énergétique, notre objectif est d’atteindre la compétitivité. Nous voulons être plus compétitifs sur le marché intérieur. Le projet est bien préparé, les certifications énergétiques et les plans ont été achevés. Les partenaires sont consultés en vue d’une mise en œuvre réussie. Dans le cadre de l’investissement, un système solaire de 10 kW sera installé. Nous avons commencé à préparer les documents nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du projet. Nous avons préparé un certificat énergétique, la documentation technique requise pour l’investissement est en cours. Nous avons l’intention de mettre en œuvre les activités selon les critères de l’appel. Les limites de coûts ont été prises en compte. Les connaissances et l’expérience professionnelles des professionnels répondent aux critères des experts indiqués dans l’appel. (French)
