A kiszolgálói oldal továbbra is a meglévő eszközpark marad, tekintettel arra, hogy annak állapota jelenleg teljesen megfelelő. A fejlesztés akképpen érinti a jelenleg használt rendszereket, hogy a mostani infrastruktúra felszámolásra kerül, mivel az széttagolt. A jelenlegi struktúrában külön rendszerben valósulnak meg adminisztratív munkafolyamatok. Ezen rendszerek között az adatkapcsolatok, adatcserék kiépítése csak korlátozottan lehetséges, illetve az adatvesztés kockázata fennáll. A beszerzéssel cél a teljes integráció és a transzparens vállalati működés mind a jogszabályi kötelezettségek, mind a tulajdonosi elvárások betartása mellett. A bevezetendő vállalatirányítási rendszerhez egy db szerver, egy rack szekrény és egy szünetmentes tápegység kerül beszerzésre. A vállalkozás nem rendelkezik jelenleg vállalatirányítási rendszerrel (ERP-vel), szigetrendszerei vannak. (Hungarian)

The server side will continue to be the existing asset park, given that it is currently in a fully correct state. The development will affect the systems currently in use so that the current infrastructure will be dismantled as it is fragmented. Under the current structure, there is a separate system of administrative workflows. The development of data links and exchanges between these systems is limited and there is a risk of data loss. The aim of the procurement is to complete integration and transparent corporate operation in compliance with both legal obligations and ownership requirements. One server, a rack cabinet and an uninterrupted power supply will be purchased for the corporate management system to be introduced. The company does not currently have an ERP, it has island systems. Le côté serveur continuera d’être le parc d’actifs existant, étant donné qu’il est actuellement dans un état entièrement correct. Le développement aura une incidence sur les systèmes actuellement utilisés, de sorte que l’infrastructure actuelle sera démantelée à mesure qu’elle est fragmentée. Dans la structure actuelle, il existe un système distinct de flux de travail administratifs. Le développement de liaisons et d’échanges de données entre ces systèmes est limité et il existe un risque de perte de données. L’objectif de la passation de marchés est d’achever l’intégration et la transparence des opérations de l’entreprise, dans le respect des obligations légales et des exigences en matière de propriété. Un serveur, une armoire à crémaillère et une alimentation électrique ininterrompue seront achetés pour l’introduction du système de gestion d’entreprise. L’entreprise ne dispose pas actuellement d’un ERP, elle a des systèmes insulaires. (French)
