A fejlesztés keretében kialakításra kerül a telken belüli infrastruktúra, felépül a gépek elhelyezéséhez és a termeléshez szükséges üzemcsarnok, beszerzésre kerülnek a nagy volumenű alkatrészgyártáshoz szükséges öntőgépek, a CNC megmunkáló központok és a kiszolgáló berendezések, bevezetésre kerül az IPAR 4.0 elvárásaihoz igazodó fejlett termelésirányítási rendszer, továbbá megvalósításra kerülnek beszállítói tevékenység végzéséhez szükséges szervezetfejlesztési- képzési és piacra jutási tevékenységek. A beruházás megvalósítása lehetővé teszi, hogy meglévő tevékenységei mellett a METALCONSTRUCT Zrt. egy új üzletágat hozzon létre, amely belépőt jelenthet a nagyvállalati beszállítói körbe. A DAB Pump Hungary Kft-vel kötött együttműködési megállapodásban is rögzített integrátori javaslatok, elvárások alapján kialakított projektterv a kapacitások mellett azt is biztosítja, hogy a társaság működése hatékony és folytonos legyen, amelyet a fejlett vállalat- és termelésirányítási rendszer tesz lehetővé, a szervezetfejlesztési programok megvalósításával a társaság teljes szervezet felkészül az új tevékenységek és az integrátori együttműködések által diktált elvárásokhoz, a képzések pedig az egyes munkatársak kompetenciáit fejlesztik annak érdekében, hogy mind a cég, mind az egyes munkavállalók valóban értékes és hatékony tagjaivá váljanak az új együttműködéseknek. A vásáron való megjelenés célja, hogy társaság növelje beszállítói integrátor partneri körét, biztosítsa beszállítói szolgáltatásai/termékei piacra jutását. A beruházás megvalósítása révén a társaság öntészeti kapacitásai elérik az éves 2100 tonnát, amely volumen a saját belső igények és DAB Hungary Kft. alkatrészigényeinek kielégítésére is megfelelő kapacitást biztosít. Az alkalmazni kívánt nagynyomású öntési technológia lényege, hogy az olvadt alumínium ötvözetet nagy nyomással öntőgép segítségével bepréselik az öntőszerszámba. Az olvadék felveszi a formaüreg alakját, megdermed. Lehűlés után a szerszámot az öntőgép szétnyitja és az öntvény a mozgó szerszám félben marad melyből a kilökő rendszer kimozdítja majd kézzel vagy gép segítségével eltávolítják. Az öntvényről a beömlő csatornát és az esetleg képződött sorjákat trimmelőgépre szerelt szerszámmal távolítják el, majd szükség esetén sorjátlanítják és felület kezelik, ez után kerül sor a gépi megmunkálásra. Az alumínium nagynyomású öntvénygyártás három technológiai műveletből áll: 1. Olvasztás 2. Öntés 3. Felületkezelés 4. Öntvény forgácsolás. Az alkalmazásra kerülő technológia lehetővé teszi, hogy a társaság a beszállítói értéklánc értékes tagja legyen azáltal, hogy stabil, biztonságos termelési körülmények között a vevői igényekhez igazodva nagy volumenű termelést tesz lehetővé, hatékonyan, azaz jól tervezhető és relatív alacsony költségek mellett. A több évtizedes szakmai múlt és a társaság vezetésének folyamatos megújulásra törekvő szemlélete magas innovációs potenciált rejt magában, amely a piacszerzés fontos eszköze lehet a közeljövőben. The realisation of the investment will allow METALCONSTRUCT Zrt. to create a new business unit in addition to its existing activities, which can be an entrant to the large company suppliers. In addition to the capacities, the project plan established on the basis of the integrator proposals and expectations set out in the cooperation agreement concluded with DAB Pump Hungary Kft. ensures that the company’s operation is efficient and continuous, which is enabled by the advanced company and production management system, the company’s entire organisation prepares for the expectations of new activities and integrator cooperations by implementing the organisation development programmes, and the trainings develop the competences of the individual staff in order to make both the company and the individual employees a valuable and effective member of the new cooperation. The aim of the fair is to increase the partnership of its suppliers integrator and to ensure the market access of its suppliers’ services/products. Through the implementation of the investment, the company’s casting capacity reaches 2,100 tonnes per year, which provides sufficient capacity to meet its own internal needs and the component requirements of DAB Hungary Kft. The high-pressure casting technology to be applied consists of pressing the molten aluminum alloy into the moulding tool with high pressure casting machine. The molten takes the shape of the molten cavity, it freezes. After cooling, the mould is opened by the casting machine and the casting remains in half of the moving tool from which the ejection system will move it either manually or by means of a machine. The inlet channel and any formed deburrings are removed from the casting with a tool mounted on a trim machine, then deburring and treated as necessary, after which the machine is machined. Aluminium high-pressure casting production consists of three technological operations: 1. Melting 2. Casting 3. Surface treatment 4. Casting chipping. The technology to be used allows the company to become a valuable part of the supply value chain by enabling large-scale production in stable, safe production conditions, adapted to customer needs, efficiently, i.e. at a well-designable and relatively low cost. The decades of professional history and the continuous renewal of the company’s management have a high potential for innovation, which can be an important tool for market acquisition in the near future. Dans le cadre du développement, l’infrastructure du terrain sera mise en place, le hall d’usine nécessaire à l’installation des machines et de la production sera construit, les machines de coulée pour la production de pièces à grande échelle, les centres d’usinage CNC et les équipements de service seront construits, le système avancé de gestion de la production adapté aux exigences de l’IPAR 4.0 sera mis en œuvre et les activités de développement, de formation et d’accès au marché nécessaires à la réalisation des activités d’approvisionnement seront mises en œuvre. La réalisation de l’investissement permettra à METALCONSTRUCT Zrt. de créer une nouvelle unité commerciale en plus de ses activités existantes, qui peut être un entrant dans la grande entreprise fournisseurs. Outre les capacités, le plan de projet établi sur la base des propositions d’intégrateurs et des attentes énoncées dans l’accord de coopération conclu avec DAB Pump Hungary Kft. garantit l’efficacité et la continuité du fonctionnement de l’entreprise, ce qui est rendu possible par le système avancé de gestion de l’entreprise et de la production, l’ensemble de l’organisation de l’entreprise se prépare aux attentes de nouvelles activités et de coopérations intégratrices en mettant en œuvre les programmes de développement de l’organisation, et les formations développent les compétences du personnel individuel afin de faire de l’entreprise et des employés individuels un membre précieux et efficace de la nouvelle coopération. L’objectif de la foire est d’accroître le partenariat de ses fournisseurs intégrateurs et d’assurer l’accès au marché des services/produits de ses fournisseurs. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de l’investissement, la capacité de coulée de l’entreprise atteint 2 100 tonnes par an, ce qui fournit une capacité suffisante pour répondre à ses propres besoins internes et aux exigences en matière de composants de DAB Hungary Kft. La technologie de coulée à haute pression à appliquer consiste à presser l’alliage d’aluminium fondu dans l’outil de moulage avec une machine de coulée à haute pression. La fonte prend la forme de la cavité fondue, elle gèle. Après refroidissement, le moule est ouvert par la machine de coulée et la coulée reste dans la moitié de l’outil mobile à partir duquel le système d’éjection le déplacera soit manuellement, soit au moyen d’une machine. Le canal d’entrée et les ébavurages formés sont retirés de la coulée à l’aide d’un outil monté sur une machine de compensation, puis ébavuré et traité selon les besoins, après quoi la machine est usinée. La production de coulée à haute pression en aluminium se compose de trois opérations technologiques: 1. Fusion 2. Coulée 3. Traitement de surface 4. Coulée d’écailles. La technologie à utiliser permet à l’entreprise de devenir un élément précieux de la chaîne de valeur d’approvisionnement en permettant une production à grande échelle dans des conditions de production stables et sûres, adaptées aux besoins du client, efficacement, c’est-à-dire à un coût bien conçu et relativement faible. Les décennies d’histoire professionnelle et le renouvellement continu de la direction de l’entreprise ont un fort potentiel d’innovation, qui peut être un outil important pour l’acquisition du marché dans un avenir proche.
