A projekt megvalósítása kapcsán TEÁOR2363 Előre kevert beton gyártása tevékenység fejlesztéséhez szükséges termelési kapacitásbővítés fog megvalósulni. Ehhez a költségek adatlapon bemutatott tartalommal és kapcsolódással a következő beruházást tervezzük: A VMT-BETOMIX 150 DW ikertengelyes betonkeverő berendezés segítségével különböző receptúrák alapján különböző transzportbeton termékeket készítünk. A betonkeverő berendezés számítógép vezérlésű, a különböző receptúrák alapján adagolja, keveri a betont. A betonkeverős berendezés elhelyezéséhez a berendezés mérete, tömege, egyéb paraméterei, valamint a berendezést megközelítő járművek tömege, forgalma alapján méretezett betonalapozás szükséges. A 6000m2-nyi betonalap fajlagos ktge: 10657 Ft/m2. A Komatsu WA380-8 homlokrakodóval a betonkeverővel készített transzportbeton alapanyagait, adalékait termeljük a betonkeverő berendezésbe. A gazdálkodási adatok közt is megadott adatok alapján nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkezünk, így megítélhető a Felhívás 4.4.2.3. táblázat 11) a) pontja szerinti 5 pont. Batovszki Katalin többségi tulajdonosi aránya valamint ügyvezetői pozíciója révén a Felhívás 4.4.2.3. táblázat 11) f) pontja alapján vállalkozásunk női vállalkozás, így 5 pont megítélhető. A megvalósítási hely Pásztón, szabad vállalkozási zónában van, ezért a Felhívás 4.4.2.3. táblázat 11) g) alapján megítélhető az 5 pont, továbbá a pályázati adatlapon megadott adatok alapján megítélhető további pontok. Környezet-, minőségirányítási rendszer: Vállalatunk rendelkezik a pályázat benyújtásakor ISO 9001 szabvány előírása szerinti minőségirányítási rendszerrel, ezért a Felhívás 4.4.2.3. táblázat 18. pontja és a Felhívás 4.4.2.3.1. h) pontja szerint megítélhető az 5 pont. A Felhívás 4.4.2.3. táblázat 19) és az azzal összefüggő 4.4.2.3.1. i) pontjában részletesen szabályozottaknak, az ott hivatkozott 10. sz. mellékletnek megfelelően vállalkozásunk az alábbi modulokat használja működése során, így erre a szempontra 7 pont adható: 2. modul: Gyártási terület funkcionális specifikáció, 4. modul: Beszerzési, logisztikai terület funkcionális specifikáció, 5. modul: Pénzügyi, számviteli terület funkcionális specifikáció Mivel társaságunk “A támogatást igénylő pénzügyi korrekciót eredményezett szabálytalansággal nem érintett.”, ezért megítélhető a 4.4.2.3. táblázat 20) pontja szerinti 3 pont. Társaságunknál megvalósított transzportbeton gyártási kapacitásbővítés során üzemünkben az ISO9001 szerinti minőségbiztosítási rendszerben, vállalatirányítási rendszerrel adminisztrált módon, számítógép által vezérelt betonkeverő berendezés kerül üzembe helyezésre a szükséges alapozással és a hozzá kapcsolódó anyagmozgató berendezéssel. Így bővítjük kapacitásunkat és teremtjük meg a korszerű termék előállítási képességet. In connection with the implementation of the project, TEÁOR2363 Premixed concrete production capacity will be increased for the development of activities. In order to do this, we plan the following investment with the content and connection shown in the cost sheet: With the help of the VMT-Betomix 150 DW Twin Axis Concrete Mixer, we make different transport concrete products based on different recipes. The concrete mixer is computer-controlled, dispenses and mixes the concrete on the basis of different recipes. The installation of the concrete-strength device requires concrete foundation based on the size, weight and other parameters of the equipment, as well as the weight and traffic of the vehicles approaching the device. Specific ktge of 6 000 m² concrete base: HUF 10657/m². With the Komatsu WA380-8 front loader, we produce the raw materials and additives of transport concrete made with the concrete mixer. Based on the data provided in the management data, we have high growth potential, so the 5 points under point 11(a) of Table 4.4.2.3 of the Call can be judged. By virtue of Katalin Batovszki’s majority ownership and management position, based on point 11(f) of Table 4.4.2.3 of the Call, our enterprise is a female enterprise, so 5 points can be judged. The implementation site is located in Pásztón, in a free business zone, therefore 5 points can be awarded on the basis of Table 4.4.2.3, 11(g) and additional points that can be awarded on the basis of the data provided in the application form. Environmental and quality management system: At the time of submission of the application, our company has a quality management system according to ISO 9001 standard, therefore 5 points can be judged in accordance with point 18 of Table 4.4.2.3 and point 4.4.4.3.1(h) of the Call. In accordance with the detailed provisions of point 19.3 of Table 4.4.2.3 and the related point 4.4.2.3.1.(i), and in accordance with Annex 10 referred to therein, our company uses the following modules in its operation, so that 7 points can be given for this aspect: Module 2: Production area functional specification Module 4: Functional Specification of Purchasing, Logistics Area, Module 5: Financial and accounting functional specification Since our company “has not been affected by an irregularity resulting in a financial correction applying for the grant”, therefore 3 points according to point 20 of Table 4.4.2.3 can be judged. During the expansion of transport concrete production capacity at our company, the installation of computer-controlled concrete mixing equipment with the necessary foundation and the associated material handling equipment is installed in our factory in accordance with the ISO9001 quality assurance system and in an administrative manner with an enterprise management system. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet, la capacité de production de béton prémélangé TEÁOR2363 sera renforcée pour le développement des activités. Pour ce faire, nous planifions l’investissement suivant avec le contenu et la connexion indiqués dans la feuille de coûts: Avec l’aide du VMT-Betomix 150 DW Twin Axis Concrete Mixer, nous fabriquons différents produits de transport en béton sur la base de différentes recettes. Le mélangeur de béton est contrôlé par ordinateur, distribue et mélange le béton sur la base de différentes recettes. L’installation du dispositif de résistance au béton nécessite une fondation en béton basée sur la taille, le poids et d’autres paramètres de l’équipement, ainsi que sur le poids et la circulation des véhicules qui approchent de l’appareil. Ktge spécifique de 6 000 m² de base en béton: HUF 10657/m². Avec la chargeuse frontale Komatsu WA380-8, nous produisons les matières premières et les additifs de béton de transport fabriqués avec le mélangeur de béton. Sur la base des données fournies dans les données de gestion, nous avons un potentiel de croissance élevé, de sorte que les 5 points du point 11 a) du tableau 4.4.2.3 de l’appel peuvent être évalués. Lors de l’expansion de la capacité de production de béton de transport dans notre société, l’installation de l’équipement de mélange de béton contrôlé par ordinateur avec les fondations nécessaires et l’équipement de manutention des matériaux associés est installé dans notre usine conformément au système d’assurance qualité ISO9001 et d’une manière administrative avec un système de gestion d’entreprise. Im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung des Projekts wird TEÁOR2363 Fertigbetonproduktionskapazitäten für die Entwicklung von Tätigkeiten erhöht. Um dies zu tun, planen wir folgende Investition mit Inhalt und Verbindung im Kostenblatt: Mit Hilfe des VMT-Betomix 150 DW Twin Axis Betonmischer fertigen wir verschiedene Transportbetonprodukte auf Basis unterschiedlicher Rezepturen. Der Betonmischer ist computergesteuert, verteilt und mischt den Beton auf der Grundlage unterschiedlicher Rezepturen. Der Einbau der Beton-Stärke-Geräte erfordert konkrete Fundamente basierend auf Größe, Gewicht und anderen Parametern der Ausrüstung, sowie das Gewicht und den Verkehr der Fahrzeuge, die sich dem Gerät nähern. Spezifische ktge von 6 000 m² Betonbasis: 10657/m² HUF. Mit dem Komatsu WA380-8 Frontlader produzieren wir die Rohstoffe und Zusätze des Transportbetons aus dem Betonmischer. Auf der Grundlage der in den Managementdaten enthaltenen Daten verfügen wir über ein hohes Wachstumspotenzial, so dass die 5 Punkte unter Ziffer 11 Buchstabe a der Tabelle 4.4.2.3 der Aufforderung beurteilt werden können. Aufgrund der Mehrheitsbeteiligung und Führungsposition von Katalin Batovszki, basierend auf Tabelle 4.4.2.3 Ziffer 11 Buchstabe f der Aufforderung, ist unser Unternehmen ein weibliches Unternehmen, so dass 5 Punkte beurteilt werden können. Die Umsetzungsstätte befindet sich in Pásztón, in einer freien Geschäftszone, daher können 5 Punkte auf der Grundlage der Tabellen 4.4.2.3, 11(g) und zusätzliche Punkte vergeben werden, die auf der Grundlage der im Antragsformular angegebenen Daten vergeben werden können. Umwelt- und Qualitätsmanagementsystem: Zum Zeitpunkt der Antragstellung verfügt unser Unternehmen über ein Qualitätsmanagementsystem nach ISO 9001, daher können 5 Punkte gemäß Tabelle 4.4.2.3 Nummer 18 und Nummer 4.4.4.3.1(h) der Aufforderung bewertet werden. Gemäß den detaillierten Bestimmungen von Tabelle 4.4.2.3 Nummer 19.3 und der entsprechenden Nummer 4.4.2.3.1.i und gemäß Anhang 10, auf den wir in diesem Zusammenhang Bezug nehmen, verwendet unser Unternehmen folgende Module für seinen Betrieb, so dass 7 Punkte für diesen Aspekt angegeben werden können: Modul 2: Produktionsbereich funktionale Spezifikation Modul 4: Funktionale Spezifikation des Einkaufes, Logistikbereich, Modul 5: Finanz- und Rechnungslegungsfunktionalität Da unser Unternehmen „nicht von einer Unregelmäßigkeit betroffen ist, die zu einer finanziellen Berichtigung für die Finanzhilfe führt“, können daher 3 Punkte gemäß Tabelle 4.4.2.3 Ziffer 20 beurteilt werden. Während des Ausbaus der Transportbetonproduktionskapazität bei unserem Unternehmen wird die Installation von computergesteuerten Betonmischgeräten mit der nötigen Grundlage und der dazugehörigen Materialhandlingsanlage in unserem Werk gemäß dem Qualitätssicherungssystem ISO9001 und in administrativer Weise mit einem Enterprise Management System installiert. Auf diese Weise erhöhen wir unsere Kapazität und schaffen die Fähigkeit, moderne Produkte zu produzieren.
